A quaint, boutique-style Italian restaurant and a must-visit if you’re in Bormio and looking for fine Italian dining. The service was exceptional, Eros and Luca were incredible, offering attentive, white-glove service throughout the evening. The freshly made butter alone was unforgettable. We started with goose foie gras, followed by a perfectly executed risotto with black truffle. The filet of deer in blackberry sauce was outstanding, as was the wild boar filet. An absolutely incredible dining experience from start to finish.

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere! All of the starters we tried were absolutely divine, and from the mains I especially loved the octopus — so much so that I ordered it two nights in a row. Every small detail is thoughtfully taken care of, creating a truly welcoming experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely sweet. Overall, a fantastic dining experience — highly recommended!

Excellent food, the tasting menu looked exquisite. We ordered from the a la carte and were not disappointed at all. There's not much choice of beer if you don't like wine unfortunately.

Visited this restaurant last night with my wife and daughter and what a revelation! Food was the absolute best of Italy with inventive twists. I had the porcini pasta and the the Cherry desert, both were exceptional. Service was friendly but professional. If this restaurant was in London there would be a two month wait to get a table - well done Gavioli 11 out of 10!

Very nice restaurant with excellent food and wine! We had polenta with foie gras as primi piatti, as antipasti tortellini with seafood and as secondi piatti deer with myrtilles and pollenta. As wine, Plozza millesimato sparkling wine and then 2 glasses excellent red wine proposed by the owner! Top wine for reasonable price, also from Plozza. plozza is a wine house in Tirano, with limited availability, really fine excellent. Their wine advise and cellar is top! They served excellent, really top warm bread (multicereali, not dry) with whipped fresh butter. Delicious!! When we paid we were offered very fine local digestivo! A place and evening to remember!

We celebrated New Year’s Eve in the restaurant. Definitely one of the best ever experience I had in Italy. Excellent customer service, they had 5 star service. As I worked in customer service industry for me the etiquette and food are super important. The food was very well presented and delicious. I’ve tried for first time kangaroo meet, I love it. I strongly recommend the restorable Gavioli for fine dining. Thank you!
