Todo muy bueno la verdad, el katsu sando estaba buenísimo y muy crujiente. La chica que nos ha atendido muy maja. En general hemos salido por 15€ por persona, no hemos pedido entrantes (menos la croqueta) y nos hemos quedado bien.

Amboente agradable, buen servicio y en cuanto a la comida las croquetas y el humus con pan libanés buenisimos. Para repetir.

Viajamos a la playa desde Guadalajara y nos desviamos un poco para probar este restaurante que tiene tan buena pinta. Hicimos reserva para comer una hora antes del cierre ya que era cuando llegabamos según el gps. Fuimos con un bebé y fueron muy atentos y agradables. Eramos ya los últimos clientes de un Domingo caluroso y a pesar de las ganas que tendrían de bajar la persiana fueron amables y profesionales. La comida genial, todo muy bueno. Sabor, presentación... Fuimos de viaje a Valencia y buscábamos un sitio en el que cenar con buen producto y buen precio. Entramos por casualidad en Copenhague y la experiencia ha sido magnífica. Pedimos el menú degustación y fue todo un acierto: el guacamole, las croquetas de boletus y gorgonzola, la pasta de pera y el katsu estaban exquisitos. La tarta de queso, castañas y el helado de pistacho la forma más dulce de coronar la cena. También destacar la atención del personal: Kristen y Niurka han sido encantadoras. Mi amiga tiene una intolerancia a la lactosa y desde el comienzo nos preguntaron por alérgenos e hicieron por adaptar el menú. Un servicio excepcional.

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Valencia. The food here is delicious — cannot believe that vegetarian dishes can be so tasty. They are creatively prepared here. During our first visit, we ordered burger and noodles; the next visit, we ordered quesadilla and Thai curry. Loved all the dishes.The service is very customer oriented and friendly. We did not have reservation during our first visit and the restaurant was full, the hostess made a table for us in an open area. We highly recommend this restaurant for food and service!!

We had the weekly menu, such a good value meal, €15.90 for soup, salad, main and dessert, nearly all vegan - included some traditional dishes, really tasty and lots of whole foods, not all artificial vegan alternatives. The food is very good. We liked everything that we tried. For vegetarians, it's super safe. You can literally eat everything unless you have allergies. Everyone is very kind and the service is quite good The only thing I didn't like was that we asked to sit outside because it was warm but you need to be ready for the noise of the people passing.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose the tasting menu. Honestly, the starter exceeded my expectations — eggplant rolls, boletus croquettes, and another dish of our choice. The food was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of flavour. The service was efficient, attentive, and friendly. We were lucky to be served by the owner, Celia, who took wonderful care of us. The price of the tasting menu includes two drinks, and we truly felt well looked after throughout the evening. To top it all off, when dessert was served, they brought us two carnations to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommended!

Visited x2...Fantastic experience from the service to delicious food. A good selection of vegetarian and vegan food which is presented beautifully and tastes just as good. The guacamole with sweet potato chips was excellent with one of the best fresh guacamole I've had. Mains & desserts were great also. We were that impressed that we might return again whilst we are here. Thank you for a great meal. Visited again today and another fabulous meal. Being remembered from three days and that one of our party was vegan, is customer service. Pictures are jackfruit tacos and Thai udon both delicious.

We spent 6 days in Valencia over the Marathon week and ate every day at Copenhagen and loved it. From the special 3 course lunch menu for €13.50 to the dinner and tapas treats it was a delight to work our way through the menu and enjoy the delicious food. Stand outs for me were the Green Curry, the hamburger and the “chicken” sandwich. There’s something for everyone and the food is innovative, full of flavour and very cleverly done so much so that you could easily take an ardent non vegetarian person there and they’d have an enjoyable meal. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and eager to offer suggestions. Their English was way better than our dodgy Spanish! The service was always super fast and we were always impressed how quick the meals would come out once you ordered. Plenty of good house wine and beer to choose from. Book a table online, particularly for dinner as it is often very full. Prices were very reasonable. A must visit for a vegetarian in Valencia.

Lo descubrimos buscando sitio para un grupo grande. Estuvimos muy cómodas y pasamos un rato muy agradable. Fue una buena idea, primero porque no nos pedía tarjeta para reservar y segundo, por el buen trato. El restaurante es vegetariano y también tiene opciones veganas. La carta no es demasiado larga y hay un menú degustación por si quieres probar un poco de todo. Como en muchos sitios, los platos llevan ingredientes típicos de estas dietas como heura o seitan. Y la carta trata de emular todo tipo de platos originariamente con carne o productos de origen animal. A mí me gusta más el tipo de cocina vegetariana que no emula y simplemente combina ingredientes de origen vegetal, sin darte cuenta de que forman parte de una dieta más “restrictiva”. Nosotras nos dividimos en grupitos y pedimos todo para compartir. Probé: - Croqueta vegana de boletus y avellana tostada. Las croquetas tenían la bechamel muy densa y un rebozado grueso. No es mi ideal de croqueta, aunque de sabor estaba bien. Eso sí, las haría más pequeñas. - Croqueta de gorgonzola, nueces, higos y lima. Igual que la anterior. A mí el sabor a gorgonzola se me hizo suave. Y el resto de ingredientes ni los noté. - Enrollado de berenjena vegetariano. Simple pero rico. Nos recordó a una pizza. Tiene pesto rojo, almendras y queso Grana Padano. - Palomitas en tempura de cerveza con mojo rojo y verde. No me hacía mucha ilusión porque prometía fuerte para el estómago. Pero realmente no estaba demasiado fuerte. En realidad, destacaba más el toque dulce que el picante. Y también me gustó el punto de la coliflor, algo al dente. La ración es abundante. - Lasaña de calabaza con seitán adobado, bechamel ligera de castañas, y salsa de tomates confitados, ajo y albahaca. Creo que fue el plato que más me gustó. - Quesadillas en pan libanés, rellenas de Heura adobada, verduras salteadas y queso cheddar, y acompañadas de salsa romescu. Personalmente no me convencieron nada por el pimiento. Ni siquiera la salsa romescu. Y ya pasamos a los postres. Pedimos la tarta de violeta y el coulant vegano. La tarta de violeta nos gustó más. El sabor intenso de la gelatina de la capa superior se equilibraba con la mousse de queso de abajo. Y al fondo tenía una crema de galleta que no entendí muy bien. Y buen punto de dulce. El coulant de chocolate, en cambio, era un mazacote. De sabor estaba rico pero no había manera de que eso fuera fluido. Lo mejor, el helado de pistacho que lo acompañaba. Y con toda la sinceridad del mundo diré que la comida me pareció normalita, tirando a mejorable. Pero esto se compensa con otros gestos. Como por ejemplo, que el personal fue encantador. No nos presionaron para pedir, fueron ágiles y nos invitaron a unos chupitos al final de la comida. Salimos a 24€ por persona. Bastante bien de precio.

Visitado por unos malagueños el 26 de enero de 2025 para una comida/picoteo. Está ubicado en el barrio valenciano de Ruzafa, y por tanto con dificultades para aparcar, como en todo el centro de la ciudad. La atención rápida y muy cordial, la carta variada y con algunos platos no muy conocidos para quien no visita locales de este estilo. Optamos por algo tradicional con algún toque más propio del sitio. Nos dejamos aconsejar por la persona responsable de atendernos y acertó de pleno. Tomamos unas croquetas boletus, papas bravas, palomitas coliflor, tacos jack, brochetas de alcachofa y tarta de castaña y chocolate, además de dos dobles de cerveza y dos refrescos. Todo perfecto y pagamos en total 78€, lo que supone 19,50€ por persona. La relación calidad/precio está muy bien. El local está muy limpio y el aseo igualmente bien. Sitio recomendable.

Me ha gustado MUCHO. El señor mayor es encantador, hablador y atento. El servicio por lo general es rápido y estan pendientes. Hemos probado varias cosas y todo nos ha gustado mucho, estando los precios muy acordes a la calidad y cantidad. Por poner un "pero", las croquetas estaban frías cuando las han puesto en la mesa y el resto de los platos no llegaban a estar a calientes. Para volver sin duda 😁

Nice looking place, good service until it came to the cold main courses. Croquet & Guacamole starters were nice. Both Vegan burgers arrived cold, chips also cold. Immediately reported this to waiter, he took them away, brought the same dishes back warmed up, unfortunately burgers were still lukewarm and not hot as they should be, the taste of the burger was good, it is just a shame they didn’t remake them properly. We didn’t complain a second time, time was getting on and we needed to leave.

I'm visiting Valencia for a little over two weeks and within the first week I've eaten at Restaurant Copenhagen twice. The first time was wonderful and so three days later I was back. Everything on my first visit was exceptional. I had the menu of the day which gets you three tapas type starters. Each was tasty and enjoyable but the mushroom croquet was especially good. I chose a seafood inspired noodle dish as my main dish and it was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. Service was fast and efficient and so I made a reservation as I left for a few days later. My second visit left a lot to be desired. Again, I got the menu of the day but only one of the three options was enjoyable and that was the fresh fruit that was added to a small amount of greens that had been drowned in oil. There was so much oil the greens were not enjoyable. A cold soup was edible but I didn't like the flavors and a small piece of toast with an recognizable spread on it, also was edible but not an enjoyable flavor. I chose falafel as my main course and I have never had a more bland and tasteless dish. The texture and presentation were done well but the flavor was completely missing. Did the chef forget to add the seasonings?! There are so many other options for restaurants in Valencia I think I'll keep exploring and maybe one day get back to Restaurante Copenhagen but I don't know when.

A very nice restaurant. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is good but I don’t recommend the tasting menu. Everything is a bit heavy- no greens, and the deserts are probably not the best ones on the menu. I will definitely eat here again.

The vegan Cesar salad has a really heavy mayo dressing that doesn’t allow for the lettuce to be crisp and it just makes the lettuce mushy. And when you pick a vegan choice, they slice vegan cheddar (?) on top instead of a vegan Parmesan. The garlic shrimp were squishy but also just oil, paprika (?), and garlic. Really lacked a robust flavor. The little burgers were good just kind of salty. I found the bean sachet torte to be crumbly but the ganache and jam were really yummy. Come for the torte (but that’s about it)
