Suelo parar aquí a desayunar cuando estoy por Valencia. Me gusta bastante porque hay variedad de bollería y bocadillos, a un precio asequible. Pero no es la primera vez que veo a camareros comiendo detrás de la barra, al lado de la comida que está en venta, y a pesar de no tener mucho trabajo, hay mesas por recoger y sucias.

Establecimiento de esta cadena, ubicada en la calle San Vicente, al llegar estaba casi lleno pero tuvimos suerte. Buen lugar para almorzar o merendar, dispone de bolleria dulce y salada. En nuestro en caso hemos tomado tostada de mantequilla y mermelada. Lo mejor el precio. Trato cordial y amable.

Cadena de panaderías con productos de buena calidad. Trato amable y precios dentro de lo normal. El local es amplio y tiene unas pocas mesas en la acera.

Muy bien para tomar un café. Muchos bollos, cakes etc. Único lío...hay que entrar hasta el fondo para pedir para tomar dentro del café.

Fuimos almorzar y nos atendió Paqui ❣️ excelente servicio atención todo de cine. Esta muy chulo ♥️♥️♥️💋🙌

A lot of walking around Valencia, watching the happenings and studying the sights was to blame for making us hungry. We stopped at this nice bakery and took some of their goodies with us. We then ate these in a nearby park and enjoyed the goodness of what we had bought.

Nice patisserie and bar, coffee was decent and pastry very nice....service a bit slow. We do recommend Granier for a short stop to have a coffee and some pastry. Prices are reasonable.

Experiencia muy desagradable por el trato recibido por las dos mujeres que nos han atendido. Muy antipáticas, hablan mal desde el principio en el momento que te preguntan si es para llevar o para tomar en el local. La masa de la pizza estaba mal . Y me quemó el pan .Evidentemente no volveremos a este sitio.

Lamentable atención y servicio por parte del personal. He tenido que aguantar las quejas y burlas de una de las empleadas que estaban esta tarde en torno a las 15:30 horas (la de piel más oscura y pelo negro) simplemente por pedir un vaso con hielo para el zumo y que pusiera un pelín más de tomate en las tostadas (había puesto una cantidad ridícula). Lamentable, deberían dar lecciones de educación y humildad a las empleadas, creo que esto es algo común a todas ellas....

Los alimentos están buenos, pero las personas que trabajan ahí son unas maleducadas. He pasado un mal rato porque una se me a puesto a gritar porque le pregunté si hacían zumos de naranja natural, un servicio horrible. No pienso repetir más

Hace dos semanas pedías un café con leche con tostadas y te ponían el café con dos tostadas como está. Bueno un pelín más pequeña. Ahora solo una tostada, alegando que es el doble, cuando no es así. En fin, tendremos que cambiar de bar para desayunar. Si quieres subir el precio súbelo, ya decidiremos si volvemos a venir, pero lo que no se puede admitir es que recortes el producto. Mala decisión.

El lugar esta muy sucio y el servicio es lento y malo. Y encima llevo más de 3 meses diciendo que no hay Jabón. La dependienta dijo que el dueño se negaba a comprar mientras se reía de mi. Que poco vergüenza el jabón es una necesidad básica .

Walked out of Granier on Calle San Vicente Martir 85, 46007, twice the same week. On both occasions the Staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving customers. Yesterday, one Staff member, after chatting away to their colleague for a couple of minutes, then decided to take out their mobile phone and start browsing the internet and social medias, when there was 3-4 parties in a queue waiting to be served. . I was 2nd in the queue when i walked in, and 5 minutes later when i decided to walk out, i was still 2nd in the queue . It wasn't even that busy. The girl that was washing things in the sink seemed to be also dealing with the couple ahead of me in the queue ( i think they only got to order when i was leaving). i have no idea that two other members of Staff were doing (well one was chatting to all the other Staff, the other was chatting and browsing Social Media). So, if you like standing in queues, being ignored, and not being served, this is the place for you. If i owned this business i would sack every employee in there. Its in a prime location, and there should be queues of people out the door waiting to be served, but seems alot of people are now avoiding this place, because of the aforementioned. Do yourself a favor, avoid it also.

Queues out the door and only able to serve customers when the plates/ cups were cleared and washed. Heating half a jug of milk and then another half for the same customer resulting in cold coffee. Some of our food was leftovers from the previous day. A 35-minute wait later I was able to pay. Not worth the wait

We are a couple of retirees visiting family in Valencia, a place we love. We were patiently waiting to be served when a young male employee came out of the kitchen and began to yell and order us to close the door. I clarified that we had not opened it. And he proceded with more disrespect: "Da igual," he yelled back, which given his sassy attitude and sarcastic tone, amounted to: I DON'T GIVE A DAMN! We had never been treated with such gratuitously violent rudeness anywhere, but especially not in Valencia. Please do not patronize this business and its utter disrespect, lack of professionalism and humanity. No one should have to put up with this treatment in order to buy a simple empanadilla or an ensaimada. GRANIER should be ashamed to have such people represent their products.

If you’re a tourist and want to grab some breakfast, don’t eat here. My friends and I are Spanish speakers and come from Latin countries, so language was not a problem. The amount of disrespect we received from the people was unbelievable and disgraceful. The food isn’t even worth the looks, attitude and ignorance the employees give you. They expect to not have tourists in one of the most touristy spots in Valencia. We even got scolded by a local when asking for sugar for our coffees. Do not go here.
