Both our waiters , Angel and his colleague ( I don’t remember his name ) were very helpful . One sat us down, took our orders and brought it and the other one (Angel) helped us towards the end with the deserts . We did not have to wait long for our food and it was very tasty . Lots of dish varieties to choose from . The whole experience was great and highly recommend it. It was good service

Was seated outside, close to the door and was nice and not too loud or crowded. The staff was friendly even though they were busy, and the food was great. We had a pizza and spaghetti (both were the 7 cheese and tasted great), with the sangria on the side, and the portions were more than enough. (The table next to us brought home the leftovers in a bag). They accepted my "Edenred, Ticket Restaurant" card.

Hemos ido a cenar mi pareja y yo. Sin reserva,nos han dado mesa enseguida. La comida buena, pero el servicio deja que desear. No sabemos si ha sido un dia puntual,pero las camareras en general muy poca coordinación. Pedimos un entrante y una pizza para que salieran al mismo tiempo, sacando la comida 40' después de la llegada y la pizza aún más tarde y fría. Las camareras podían ser más simpáticas. Hemos ido a otras Tagliatellas y súper bien siempre. No creo que volvamos a esta en concreto

Buen sitio para comer, fuimos a comer dos personas y tuvimos que esperar un rato aún habiendo mesas libres. Al sentarnos pedimos agua. Vimos que los vasos estaban un poco sucios, algo que puede pasar. Al pedir que nos los cambiasen nos trajeron otros, pero también manchados. Tuvimos que beber directamente de la botella. (Las fotos son de segundo vaso que trajeron) La comida muy buena, nada que decir al respecto. Nos trajeron aceitunas de entrante y la comida no tardó en llegar. 👍🏻

Una pizza que llevaba pistacho entre otras cosas Y cuando se la sirvieron, no tenía pistacho Lo comentó al camarero y dijo que no tenían Y ya le comentamos que eso tienen que decirlo antes de pedirlo, que si la pides con pistachos porque lleva pistacho Y al cabo de un rato, apareció el chico con un bote con pistachos Yo pedí una pasta rellena de pera con salsa con albahaca y pesto. Y no sabía nada pera, y la salsa era con tomate frito y algo de queso, por encima que no sabía nada ni albahaca ni pesto. Y estaba fría y la pasta algo dura

The food tasted good, and the waiter did mention that the pizza dough is thin, but it was barely thicker than paper, definitely not more than 3 mm. We also had to wait a long time to be served, which made the experience less enjoyable. The biggest issue was the cleanliness: the glasses, plates, and cutlery were dirty, and even after we asked for replacements, they arrived in the same condition. Overall, the place has potential with its flavors, but the service and hygiene need serious improvement.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We waited at the entrance for 15 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was completely empty. The waitresses were not helpful at all we had to ask repeatedly for water and glasses. The tables were dirty, and the overall service was inadequate. 2025 This place is really hard to review because the food quality seems to depend on who is cooking. I liked it before, so I decided to come back — but it felt like a completely different restaurant. The dishes looked totally different, with much less effort and no special touch. It’s a shame such a nice place has changed for the worse instead of improving. The food was just okay this time, nothing like the delicious meal I had before. I was hoping we’d have another amazing experience—that’s why I booked a table for seven nearly two months in advance, and I had really recommended this place to others Would I recommend it? Not really.. 2024 We decided to go to an Italian restaurant for a late dinner. When we arrived, the downstairs area was full, and the upstairs was empty, so we chose to sit upstairs. They do have an English menu, but the waiting time for food was crazy. People who arrived after us received their meals faster than we did. After almost an hour of waiting, I had to ask about our food. The starter arrived after our main course... As for the pizza, I would rate it a 6 out of 10. It was very thin and broke before I could even take a bite. I would definitely recommend sitting downstairs, as it looks nice and new, while the upstairs area appears old. Would I return soon? Hmmm… Everyone has different opinions, but this place doesn't usually get busy. However, when they are busy, they seem a bit lost.

This restaurant is clearly a tourist trap, more focused on attracting visitors than serving good food. We ordered an extremely salty cannelloni and a truffle tagliatelle that had no truffle at all. The only thing worth having was the sangria. Promised a lot and delivered almost nothing. I wouldn’t go back.

La peor experiencia. De normal en casi todas las Tagliatella, he tenido buenas experiencias pero es la segunda vez que vengo aquí y fatal. La primera vez pedimos unas pastas que iban dentro de un plato a base de masa. Bueno la masa tenía por lo menos una semana hecha, tenía gusto a viejo, incomible. Esta segunda vez, Pedí una pizza carbonara (pinsa) y no se podía comer de la cantidad de sal que tenía pero vamos, exagerado. FATAL LA COCINA. No volveremos nunca más.

Como cocinero de comida Italiana es el peor tagliatella que he comido, pedimos unos rigatonis pepper y gamber, el rigattoni no estaba duro estaba lo siguiente, ni al dente ni nada. Los vasos audios a mas no poder. Pedí una pizza 4 stagioni y me trajeron de todo menos una pizza, la atención del camarero horrible pasota, y se mostro enfadado cuando le pedi que me cambiar a los rigatonis. Somos clientes habituales y últimamente ha bajado mucho la profesionalidad y la calidad,ya entramos en el restaurante y estaban saliendo quemadas todas las pizzas,y el local lleno de humo,nos sentamos y tardaron una media hora en atendernos,cosa que entendemos y más en fechas navideñas,pero nos trajeron las dos pizzas crudas,frías,con sabor a ajo increíblemente cuando uno de los comensales es intolerante,gracias que se olía a leguas,se lo dijimos al camarero,nos cambió una pizza y la Volvió a traer igual además de con el Tomate amontonado en un lado,muchísimo queso y fría,se la llevaron entera y nos la Cobraron,un desastre,no volveremos

Comida congelada y pizzas quemadas. 2 horas de reloj, esperando la ensalada, te la tiran a la mesa y esta congelada y sin aliñar. Seguro que les da lo mismo, porque el trato ha sido irrespetuoso y deficiente, como la comida. Esperamos la cuenta otros 30 minutos, los empleados comentando que la gente no se crea que van a cerrar el local por dos platos que no han salido. Desagradables. El 90% del local con quejas y gente marchándose sin cenar.

No volveré. Fuimos un sábado a comer. Empezó bien porque nos atendieron muy correctamente. La bebida y los entrantes llegaron bien. Sin embargo a partir de aquí ya la cosa empeoró. Pedimos dos platos de pasta y dos pizzas. Primero llegaron la pasta tras una larguísima espera. Uno de los platos estaba mal cocinado, no sabía a nada y lo devolvimos. Nos confirmaron que estaba mal y nos dieron nuevamente aunque mejoró algo tampoco demasiado. El segundo de pasta, normalito, muy inferior a lo esperado. Finalmente las pizzas tras mucho esperar. Tuvimos que esperar mucho también por los café y mucho más incluso para que nos trajeran la cuenta que pedí hasta 3 veces. Muy mala atención y muy flojos los platos, se salvan los entrantes.

Hola. Fui a la Tagliatella de la calle San Vicente este jueves por la noche. Mi experiencia es nefasta la peor de todas las veces que he ido y, llevo yendo al tagliatella muchísimos años. Para empezar, la señorita que nos recibió tuvo muy malas formas abriéndonos la puerta y empujándola y, con muy malas formas nos hico de forma maleducada un gesto de qué subiéramos donde quisiéramos a la planta de arriba sin ella acopañarnos a la mesa. Por sorpresa cuando subimos a la planta de arriba estaba VACÍO y eran las 9 de la noche . Estábamos solos. A continuación, el camarero muy serio y con muy pocas ganas de trabajar. En la parte de arriba del restaurante solo estábamos nosotros y en la parte de abajo solo una mesa de extranjeros. Tardaron una hora en servir dos platos. Primero dieron el plato de la pasta que se notaba que estaba calentada en el microondas sin salsa y la tostada del pan dura. A continuación, después de media hora nos trajeron la pizza mucho más pequeña que la que te dan en el tagliatella y, de muy mala calidad. En definitiva, mi peor experiencia en el tiaglatella y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Deberían replantearse tomar otras medidas. Y, espero una respuesta. Gracias.

Casi dos horas de espera para que te digan que no queda jamón para la pizza que pediste antesdeayer. Muy mal servicio. Reserva para 10 y mesa preparada para 8. La responsable desbordadisima, la camarera más y cuando con toda la educación preguntas qué es lo que ocurre te dicen que has pedido tarde. We waited for over 30 minutes to order our food. When we got to order, it took extra 40 minutes before we got our food. The pasta was not done, and was solid/hard. The glasses were dirty, and they didn’t have control over what was going to our table. We almost had to beg to pay our bill. The waiters were only running into each other. Not coming back.

food requested for delivery. It arrived in extremely poor condition, soggy and cold, like it was cooked and sat at the restaurant for a long time before being picked up by delivery company. Person who delivered bought the food in the restaurant bag, strapped to a backpack, in a vertical position. Pizza box was damaged and risotto leaked out of container. Being a regular customer at Tagliatella, this experience has left me extremely disappointed for the lack of quality control.

This was one of my worst experiences in a restaurant. I was with my friend out to diner last night, the service was unfortunately really bad. We got the feeling that we were not welcome here and that the staff did everything to get us out as fast as possible. We were sat at a table where the airconditioning was dripping water. At first was it falling on us but then it fell on our glasses which can be dangerous for your health. We then asked politely to get another table so we could eat without becoming wet and the waiter got so irritated by that. He proceeds to clean a table behind us and says that we can switch and leaves very quickly. We then had to move all our plates and glasses ourselves. I get that it can become busy but it was not as busy then. We then finally get our food. We had one pizza which was cold because they left it on the counter for practically ten minutes. The waiter then comes with some pasta and trows it on the other side of the table and then trows the pizza. I had an egg on my pasta and I put the egg on the other plate so I could eat it apart. The waiter comes out of nowhere and asks to take the plates. I did not have enough time to say no that he already put another plate on it and left. The food itself was not that great but I think that if the service would be nicer the food would have taste better. I hoped it will get better because nobody deserves to be treated like this. We all deserve some respect even if we’re tourist. We come to a restaurant to relax and eat good food. We came out frustrated and with a bad taste. When we asked for the check the waiter practically ran to get us out as fast as possible. It was very clearly that we were not accepted here.

Went here for late lunch and early dinner. We have ordered: Pepperoni Picante Pizza Entrecote Agua Paid 34.85€ We’re sort of surprised how high the ratings but it’s not something that will enjoy visiting again. Service and waiting time was alright. I guess most people liked this place, maybe of how huge the portion of each dish or meal - but it’s not practical for us as we usually go for quality not quantity. And unfortunately, the Entrecôte nothing special, the papas and frijoles were quite salty for us. The Pizza was alright. Overall, nothing special for us this place. It’s not for us…

Very low quality, pizzas looked very different form images on the menu. Almost no toppings…. Out of 6 main dishes we ordered, we all left most of the food. Do not go. Spaghetti bolognese was awful….
