Usually stop here once a week on the way to work for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll and coffee. Same order each time. Each week the price varies depending who is behind the counter. Today's price was $13.00 for mostly roll with little egg, cheese and bacon. Random, race based pricing, with next to little ingredients. That's the perfect way to lose a customer.

Ordered a bacon egg n cheese. The sandwich was greasy and the bacon was like eating rubber bands. The staff are very friendly just wished they took a little more time cooking the bacon. They also have like home cooked food that look good so maybe i'll go back and try it out.

I ordered the Cuban sandwich.. I’m very sick. They need to scale down the menu and not offer items that never sell. I’ve had several great sandwiches. But this is one that should not be on the menu

I am a college employee who frequents the deli because the food is ok, & it’s pretty close. August 3, 2022 at about 12:10pm I was waiting on line to order, a Hispanic woman plays dumb & gets on line, but adjacent to me. I ask the 2guys ahead of me if they ordered they say no & I say thx, I am behind you. The guys leave & the Hispanic woman jumps in front so I corrected her & told her that I am next. I go to the counter & the store clerk ignores me & asks the woman in Spanish que puedo conseguirte. I said aloud Oyé, que lo que. I am ignored again by the employee, so I walk out & call the store manager via cell. The guy doesn’t even apologize & says that he will take care of this. Nothing more than that from him. Mind you I look “white”, but I am not. Reverse discrimination at its best. Enjoy

saw a roach, gave them 4 months to clean up, went back looked clean, two weeks later saw another roach, have not been back since.... skeeved.

Just paid 18$ for a sandwich, chicken cutlet was like rubber and broccoli rabe sour “ to old” . Needless to say I wouldn’t be going back. I just pray I don’t get sick.

The breakfast sandwiches were terrible and way overpriced. I ordered 5 sandwiches last weekend and the girl charged $6.75 per sandwich. After tax I payed over $35 for 5 sandwiches and one of them was just an egg and cheese without the bacon. The eggs were way over cooked and the sandwiches tasted horrible. I looked on the website and it says they cost $5.75 so maybe they charged an extra dollar for substituting a bagel for a roll? Either way the same exact sandwich from the bagel oven is $4.50, the yolks are runny and the sandwich is actually good.

Lowest quality ingredients highest quality prices even the coffee they show as an Italian name but it's a Mexican El Dorado coffee. Pretty much a Mexican deli if you want Italian go up the street to the Sandwich Spot you will not be upset

I ordered a prosciutto sandwich. What I got was a sandwich with no prosciutto at all and probably a pound of cheese despite not asking for cheese. Not sure how this mistake could even be made, but I was already out of state when I noticed an hour later. I had to throw it out because I am lactose intolerant.

I've had amazing italian heros..and I've had horrible italian heros..i will say that there is no love put into the sandwiches here..and yes!. It is possible to put too much meat on a sandwich.the bigger isn't always better. Especially when its just sliced and slapped on the bread..it was pretty nasty..a waste of money..who knew that jersey Mike's does it better..
