Listen I know it gets busy at times and there doesn't seem to be enough people behind the counter to help with customers that do walk-ins, the drive thru and curbside pick up. However, one such day I was very blessed when a customer complained about their order ( didn't ask for cinnamon) and the associate asked if I liked cinnamon, ( I love cinnamon!), and so I was given a free cup of LOVE, excuse me, coffee. Thank you team at this location you made my day.

It's all a standard Starbucks.. but the service @ 59/36 junction in Houston is one of the best.. after many years, have baristas who know my mobile order & expedite it as I get there :)
I love this location! I was very excited when I found out they opened one closer to my home! Service has always been amazing since I’ve started coming here and they are a very friendly and attentive staff! They also are very good at what they do when it comes to making drinks, especially the ones I get with modifications!
Who doesn't love Starbucks. As soon as you walk in everyone yells welcome in. The write notes on your cup, which is great to see when you're not having the best day.
Such good service the baristas here are so nice! The girls in the morning are so sweet, getting my drinks out fast and recommending me a tasty new drink. I look forward to this as my new starbies.

Our neighborhood Starbucks is far out !! My experience was excellent, the far most best staff I’ve ever seen, very professional and all are so welcoming and friendly, we are grateful for our Starbucks, thank you all for your hospitality, I really appreciate that , if there was an option for 10 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 you all have earned it
Staff is friendly and efficient, some even working extra hard to accommodate everyone, but the drive through line and mobile ordering are just overwhelming. The inside customers seem to get lost in the shuffle. When the staff is overwhelmed its hard for them to promote the relaxed atmosphere starbucks used to be known for. They really should have someone looking out for the customers who come in to order and have to stand for half an hour while they make drinks for people who are not even there.
This location is nice but lacking a Lil in decor and comfortable seats..That may be a Starbucks cooperate decision.

The past 2 times I’ve came to get the ribbon crunch frappe and it’s just tasted watered down, can barely taste any coffee. And that’s with ordering an espresso shot as well. I just tasted water both times. Pretty disappointing:(
While the staff at the Rosenberg, Texas Starbucks location is courteous and friendly, the service turnaround time is by far the slowest I have ever experienced in Houston and the surrounding small cities. It’s incredibly frustrating that they are often sold out of many popular items, and the delays are even worse when ordering through the app. Even if you place your order ahead of time and arrive 10–15 minutes later, your order will likely still not be ready. It’s clear that the issue lies at a higher management level. Whether it’s due to poor staffing, inadequate training, or insufficient ordering of supplies, something needs serious improvement. While the employees try their best and are kind, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. This location needs better support and oversight from management to operate efficiently.

But unfortunately we were met with unhappy faces, unwelcoming energy, and very rude attitudes… I am absolutely appalled that they were acting in such a manner because any other Starbucks I go to they are beyond kind and welcoming and exude genuine hospitality. The drinks were good but the attitudes and energy completely created an unattractive experience and even caused us to leave earlier than expected. and may I add: I work in the hospitality industry too and I could never imagine speaking to customers or any person in such a manner. This Starbucks is not up to par. You'd think all Starbucks has the same service, but that is not the case with this location.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been in. One employee was sitting on the counter on top of the food prep cutting board, playing on his phone with air pods in his ears. I asked if they had dark roast brewed and he said "we have what we have behind me." Clearly he was highly annoyed I asked him a question. No thanks for coming, no have a great day. On top of that the coffee was really old and burned. Highly disappointed. I'm shocked that Starbucks would allow this
First of all my order took forever to be done. I had to go to the counter and ask for my coffee. My mozzarella sandwich was overcooked, so it was hard in the corners. Way too expensive, $6 for cold brew coffee. Too bad Tim Hortons doesn't have locations on this side of town, they have MUCH better prices and great cold coffee.
Must be short staffed. I have been in line for 20-25 minutes waiting on a drink that was supposed to be ready about 15 minutes ago per Starbucks. Some advice about customer service…Let people know what’s going on. It makes them more understanding. As someone who has been in the service industry almost 20 years. Being quiet and ignoring the issue does you no favors. Update the wait on your order ahead to 30-40 minutes for a drink. Maybe people wouldn’t order ahead and it would give you a chance to catch up. I know I wouldn’t have chosen to wait that long had I been informed. Hope y’all get it together. I’d still give another try seeing as maybe this is just a bad day.

One young lady did it and was kind, the other was very rude with a frown, told me to lower my voice. I was not yelling but I was upset! Customer service needs help and the place was a mess, filthy behind counter.
