Excellent atmosphere, very aesthetic and everything delicious and warm 10/10 especially the customer service, the waitress in the afternoon serves you super well and pays a lot of attention, when a good waiter/waitress serves you, it makes you want to come back❤️
The hot latte is creamy and well-made 10/10 The vanilla frappe is very rich and fresh 10/10 The marzipan frappe is delicious. It has a very good flavor 10/10 The banana frappe has small pieces of banana, giving it a very pleasant texture 10/10 The New York-style roll is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With just enough Nutella. 10/10 The strawberry cream is very smooth and well-made 9/10 The warm cinnamon roll is delicious 10/10 The service is good; the servers are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very aesthetic, a quiet place to chat with friends or go on a date. They have a set of tables. They also have a more private area that is very comfortable. It has good spots for taking photos.
The place is very nice and the food is very good. We've been having breakfast here every day for five months, and the service and quality have always been top-notch.
The comfort and service are really good, and it's very pleasant. The only downside is the weather; in some places it's very hot, even in the morning. Other than that, it's highly recommended for breakfast. I haven't been there at other times.
Everything was great, the lunch, the service, the price... an excellent place to visit when passing through Valle Hermoso.

The bread was delicious.
The place is super nice, the service is quite good, with very friendly and approachable staff. Between waffles with Hershey's and strawberry plus a Ferrero Rocher frappé, the total came to 130, which was pretty good in my opinion. They didn't take long.

I recently bought two lattes and two ham and cheese croissants for a total of 325 pesos. Honestly, the quality left much to be desired for the price. The croissant was rock hard and clearly bought from Sam's Club—not freshly baked—and the coffee was incredibly burnt. I don't mean to badmouth them, but I've bought the same products in other cities, including Monterrey and Querétaro, even for less and they were much tastier. I don't think the prices match the quality of their products. I was disappointed with both items in terms of quality and price.
The experience was truly terrible. I'll never go back. They deliver drinks in batches every 15 minutes. The food was so-so. No tortillas, and when they do, after waiting more than an hour for the food, another 25 minutes for the tortillas, and that wasn't even crowded.
Restraunt was empty and it still took them very long time, not only the dishes even the drinks!! Can't imagine if the spot would've been full
Honestly, a bad experience. The service needs more experience. Out of 10 drinks, they brought 2, then 15 minutes later they brought 4, and another 10 minutes later they brought 2 more. The same thing happened with the food. They brought my plate, I ordered tortillas, and they didn't bring them until after I'd finished eating. I didn't understand why one cup of coffee was jumbo and the other was tiny.
