And do not doubt that your order will be fulfilled", a fear to share your name as a customer service representative to the company, I asked to speak to the manager and "he was busy serving a customer", What will his job be? In the end I really wanted the pizza and I took a risk, in the end it came out perfect, in time and quality, excellent performance, more training is needed for the staff, or better salaries.

Falta atención de cajas al cerrar no tienen cambio si quieres comprar aderezo si no traes cambio re niegan el servicio cuando ellos deberían tener cambio.

A favor: Calidad - Precio En contra: muchas veces tardan más de lo que dicen en entregar una pizza. No saben partir la pizza (me ha tocado muchas veces que solo esta partido el queso)

La pizza es buena, a un precio accesible y el tiempo de espera es relativamente corto. OJO, a veces la cajera no te ofrece adicionales y puedes pedirlos gratis segun su propia política.

They don't honor promotions, and the staff is rude. Not all of them are like that. Sometimes the pizzas are stale, or the bread is very dry and hard compared to other branches that carry the same products and the same brand. They need to improve their customer service and make sure the products are "Hot and Ready." They should also offer the option for customers to add an extra ingredient and pay for it, allowing them to change the existing items. I should clarify that I no longer have the receipt because this was two weeks ago, but the person who served me had a very strange name.

[Branch's Negative Points] 1: The pizzas are sometimes poorly cut, or with too much tomato sauce, or inflated with balloons. Some even look old, and the garlic bread is very hard or lacks butter or cheese. 2: Customer service, as I said before, is good at times, but there are days when the hosts respond poorly or are rude to orders, or you can even find them chatting at the register. The pizza delivery time and the lack of hot ready products are not good, and they don't offer upsells or complements like bread, etc. 3: Atmosphere: The atmosphere is pleasant inside, but the problem lies on the outside, like cars parked outside the branch, people asking for money outside, what kind of image does the store give? The bathrooms are horrible on some days, and some tables are dirty or in drive-thru. The menu is poorly placed and falling apart. Inside the branch, the music is not appropriate for a family atmosphere, especially when employees go out to eat and their rudeness and obscenities can be heard in a family environment. Se tardan un chorro en entregar las pizzas y según hay drive through y como quiera tienes que esperar en la parte de enfrente para que te entreguen.

Pésimo servicio, no tienen la pizza lista y despues de hacer fila en el carro, salen con que pase por ella a la puerta de enfrente

Meanwhile, in the dining room, there were two tables full of employees on their lunch break. When the person in charge arrived, who was the same person who was serving at the drive-thru, named Jesús Cisneros Hernández, I asked if there was someone else who could help me since I had been standing at the counter for five minutes. He answered in a very arrogant and overbearing manner... Besides, at the same tables in the establishment, they spend their time talking about vulgarities and topics inappropriate for a place that is supposed to be "Family Friendly." Thank you for your attention. I hope you can do something about it since I am a frequent customer...!!!! Pss. Why have a number if they don't answer and make jokes about it being wrong?

We got in line at the drive-thru, placed our order, and the cashier rang it up, but then told us they'd bring the pizza to us through the front door! Why bother with the drive-thru if we have to get out of the car and pick it up like a regular purchase? If I wanted a regular pizza, I'd just get out and buy it inside. So what's the point of the drive-thru?
