In typical Brownsville "customer service" by claiming that hamburgers aren't served until 11am as I ordered one at 7am When I asked about honoring their slogan, she didn't know the word. Nor did she understand creed, moniker or marketing. After I mentioned "Have it your way." She shrugged; "The grill is dirty." 😳 A flat out lie considering that the a clean grill before closing is a federal requirement. AND THIS FROM A MANAGER NAMED Jennifer. Once again proving that MOST local franchises hire 6th grade level education Shame on you BURGER KING And it's not the first time a manager didn't know their slogan 🤦🏽

Service was bad the manager lady who looked big violently charged me for barbecue. When I ordered my burgers she starred as if she didn’t want to take my order. The guys were chill 10/10. The lady was definitely not excited to work at Burger King. I’m going to make emails so they can better discipline this franchise.

Rude employees on multiple instances. The man that can only speak Spanish in the intercom needs to learn some customer service, he is incredibly rude. Ugly tone, bad service, interrupting customers when they speak. The other review is absolutely correct in saying Squidward Tentacles must work here…..

Food came out super fast - not fresh. So greasy that the chicken was inedible. Fries were cold and the meat tasted like dehydrated meat. Do not recommend this location.

the staff never lets you eat in peace because they're constantly doing some unnecessary maintenence to he dining area . . . they're taking off ceiling tiles . . . they're removing benches . . .

You can find the real life Squidward Tentacles in this establishment! I thought I was walking into BK, not the Krusty krab. On the evening of 10/2/2025 I proceeded to visit this restaurant along with my family. The robot that should have been taking my order was instead hyperfixated on my toddler as he familiarized himself with the establishment. As he neared the kitchen area she began to shout at him NO! NO NO! It's so sad to see today's youth complete lack of common sense. I approached her to order and I stated YOU DO NOT HAVE TO YELL AT HIM. YOU CAN JUST TELL ME. She responds I DIDNT YELL. Now we're in a back and forth, but I'm giving her monotone a chance still...YOU RAISED YOUR VOICE AT HIM AND HE ISNT YOUR CHILD, I respond. She rolls her eyes and begins taking my order. It was like the robot Olympics. She was speaking so quickly in her monotone voice being dismissive of me. As I was about to pay, she shouts in my face MA'AM! MA'AM! because my 3 year old had headed towards the kitchen (which is completely accessible) once more. This time I turned around and instructed my family to leave behind me. She has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen and I let her know that. I'm sorry you're making minimum wage, Squidward, if you dont like it, then do something about it to better your life. I'd start with some speech classes. No one deserves this disrespect, dont come here.

Horrible service.. Asked a burger without bread and this is how they gave the burger wrap on paper. Bacon is all raw.. NASTY!!!! Avoid that Burger King people..

Always stop serving breakfast before 11am. It was 10:40 claimed only had three eggs like really and no hash browns nor COFFEE! BAD SERVICE! IT FELT LIKE I BOTHER I NG THEM. HOW COULD THIS BE CORRECT!

Apparently this is the only bk that doesn't accept the online app coupons. All other business take them but not this location...that's odd. Also drive thru personal not at all feeling like they want to have a job be working. Also they never bbq for nuggets when ordered. They never have any condiments. Sounds like a manager isn't up keeping supplies.
