At the Price rRd location they were fast and efficient. Went through the drive-thru for a quick grab for my son before driving school. The burgers are always good and delicious, we were in a rush so it helps that they are fast to prepare you the meals.

Very clean. You can't use promo codes but you can order ahead and delivery. Staff is nice too. My burritos were awesome 👌

The food truly makes one believe that this home of the Whopper deserves it's royal distinction among fast food establishments. While this location lost its playscape during the latest renovation, it maintains its promise to serve flame grilled burgers at a decent price.

Update 8/2023on this location. FYI only base on my opinion expirence. Parking lot area is big, outside clean. Prices depend how much your hungry, your order sizes $ $$ $$$. Staff(workers) have made improvements working as a team. But there are problems in this resturant. Please don't get upset with the workers what ever situation happens, why, I'll tell you this; owner of this place cuts corners to save money and the workers are faced with angry customer. For one the app in this location are not accepted. Coupon downloaded from computers are not accepted. Ads on tv are not updated don't have enough or none at all. Out of order or broken takes weekssss to fix. Out of ketchup, napkins, Bisquick the list goes on. Excues after excues. Please be patient with workers, blame owers for their lack of providing quality service and working promising stuff. Come on your own risk. Enjoy a meal burger. This place got messy, how well, notice that there trays which your order food is on those trays are very filthy dirty when you dine in. Trays are not wash by soap and water. They dusy them off how convenient. Took a pic and this was early morning. And children play are filthy ad well. A concering matter. You been WARN. This is on the past now!! The workers have a bad attitude. Except for the cashier. You need to hire people who are happy to see customers. The fountain drinks were not working too. We asked for toasted bun and they didn't toast it. When you ask for condiments she made a face. Apparently they do not like to work. They like to be by themselves 😕

Never going there again. Didn't have some items due to them getting a truck till Wednesday, according to Adriana. Who by the way had NO customer service skills. They have a sign promoting jalapenos but when asked if they could grill them she said they didn't do that. When our combos came out they were with small drinks and small fries. When asked if they didn't come with medium she said no that is up to us to ask for the upgrade. She was a there with an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Overall one of the worse experiences. Forgot we were not at Whataburger. Don't go there.

The Burger King in Brownsville is a very presentable restaurant and also very welcoming. Its hamburgers are very rich. And the servers are very friendly.

The order was made right the first time, the fries were hot and crispy, but the burgers weren't hot. The place was clean and the staff very accommodating.

Customer service could really use more training. Location is clean, food was just how I ordered.

My friend and I went there. The first cashier was nice and really sounded interested in answering our questions.. the second one, who was on drive thru, looked like she did not want to be there. Fast serving n food is great, but I had a bad experience the other day when trying to use a coupon. Ones I got to the window n told them I was going to use a coupon instead so I can get the meal. Manager Ana was very rude making faces n just saying why we couldn't order it before getting to the window, when nothing was gonna change all she had to do was add the drink n the fries. Same order n she kept shaking her head rolling her eyes. That's very unprofessional n very rude n then coming from a manager? Cmon. You suppose to be the one setting the example.

If you are into fast food and you are craving a quick fix, then this might be the place to go. Good price when on a budget. But you get what you pay for, and they tend to get orders mixed up. When using drive through make sure you for sure check the order as sometimes items go missing.

This place has it's ups and downs. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets, and I received 6. Went to go get the 4, cashier said she'd give them to me in a second. I never received them. The place also has ants crawling around, there's gaps in the wall. Wouldn't recommend to eat there, just choose another location.

What can I say it’s a Burger King. Food still taste the same as it did. 40 years ago. The only difference is there’s less people eating their burgers. The restaurant always seems empty.

Maybe because is late and Sunday, but the playground not clean, only one of 3 touchscreen games working, they also have this main one broke, walls in bad conditions (bolts, glue, water damage, sharp edges, etc)

Something was really off about their Bacon King. I’ve had it before in many other locations including in the central blvd Brownsville location and this was by far the only place where it left me a unique bad taste. Like I said, something was way off.

This place was not very good. The whopper was average and just thrown together. The o ion rings were old and hard. I had to throw them away. I will not go here again.

The way the employee at the drive-thru treated us was bas enough for us to just take off. She kept on talking over our order, arguing with another employee in the background, and kept on rushing us, she gave me my total and told me to go before I was even able to finish my 1st order.

It took forever to get food, and I tried 4 different sodas and they tasted terrible. The area smelled really bad around the soda machine. There was also some green slime near the top of the ice dispenser. Actually went to the Restroom to wash hands and clean up and it smelled like dirty old mop water. Horribly taken care of, I went earlier today and the floors were sticky, the tables were filthy and there was only 3 workers attending people. There was no music or televisions on do it was quiet as hell and they managed to serve the worst chicken sandwich. I tried their new chicken sandwich and it was all crunchy breading and no chicken. I got there and door was locked, 2 more customers at the door I started knocking and the lady attending the drive thru totally ignored us, I decide to go walking thru the drive thru and asked her if it was closed she replied "no, door is open" told her no mam so she went to the door and unlocked it, they all were getting ready to close due that there was no fresh coffee, no cookies, restrooms closed, kids section closed and a lady moping half of the place... so dissapointing that they totally ignored all 3 customers at the door they dont event had the courtesy to look at us and tell us something until I went walking by the drive thru and asked the lady there.

I like the new structural image inside of this place. Food was good, we were going to eat inside but once we went in I thought we were at the BK in matamoros listening to corridos. I do not judge on music but in my opinion I think there is a time and a place to listen to that music but not while your eating with your family and hearing lyrics about narcos, drugs, and sex. The only reason why they get a 🌟

Coincidentally their system is updating at 11:45 PM where they didn’t even want to take cash so I could purchase anything 15 minutes before closing. My first and last time coming to this establishment.

Both Google maps and the sign on the door state that open till 11 pm. However, all the doors are locked at 10:15 pm. There is one person inside just sitting there. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate to your customers! I wasn't able to give less then 1 star.

They took 10 minutes to take our order because they kept taking and fulfilling drive through orders, and they took their sweet time while doing it. The girl making the hamburger wasn't wearing gloves while making it and had a real attitude. They didn't give me any ketchup in my order so I had to wait until my food got cold before they gave me some.

Bad experience just ordered lunch today this establishment had no soft drinks. I spoke to an assistant manager and she stated she wasn't aware why they didn't have drinks. Lets start with managers, just because the owner is not around they already took boss position and no, who made them president, lol. 1. You can find the real life Squidward Tentacles in this establishment! I thought I was walking into BK, not the Krusty krab. On the evening of 10/2/2025 I proceeded to visit this restaurant along with my family. The robot that should have been taking my order was instead hyperfixated on my toddler as he familiarized himself with the establishment. As he neared the kitchen area she began to shout at him NO! NO NO! It's so sad to see today's youth complete lack of common sense. I approached her to order and I stated YOU DO NOT HAVE TO YELL AT HIM. YOU CAN JUST TELL ME. She responds I DIDNT YELL. Now we're in a back and forth, but I'm giving her monotone a chance still...YOU RAISED YOUR VOICE AT HIM AND HE ISNT YOUR CHILD, I respond. She rolls her eyes and begins taking my order. It was like the robot Olympics. She was speaking so quickly in her monotone voice being dismissive of me. As I was about to pay, she shouts in my face MA'AM! MA'AM! because my 3 year old had headed towards the kitchen (which is completely accessible) once more. This time I turned around and instructed my family to leave behind me. She has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen and I let her know that. I'm sorry you're making minimum wage, Squidward, if you dont like it, then do something about it to better your life. I'd start with some speech classes. Apparently this is the only bk that doesn't accept the online app coupons. All other business take them but not this location...that's odd. Also drive thru personal not at all feeling like they want to have a job be working. Also they never bbq for nuggets when ordered. They never have any condiments. Sounds like a manager isn't up keeping supplies.
