Been there several times and staff is friendly, food is delicious and its very clean place. Hard to decide since they have such a great variety of dishes! El caldo de alli esta super! If you dont like eating healthy this place will definitely change your mind!!

4•9•25 came in ordered the sandwichon and it was fair where the issue was is the menu. I hate when you all say today's special is mon, tue wed. That day I went it was the sancwichon day and guys it's not even on sale... its the same price on the actual menu so idk where you get the meaning of sale when it isn't. Thats so false and people think they paying less when it never was. So take that word special because you don't have specials. It's false advertisement. That irritates me. Get your menu correct.

Fresh food served quick. Wish there was a water reservoir instead of being forced to buy bottle water and create unnecessary waste. The soup was a nice touch however i ordered a vegetarian and the soup had chicken. I'd still return to try different things.

Decent quality, but so-so for prices. Definitely not the 100% Natural restaurant you find in some resort places like Cancun.

Food is good and a little over priced, but... sadly there is been days where either the meat or the veggies are not fresh anymore and are still sold to the public like that. Also if the staff feels like delivering they will do it, last time we could hear them that they were not going to deliver because they don’t feel like it, to call to another 100% natural.

Was there for more than 5 minutes waiting for the waitress. Got up and went to the counter to place my order and the guy told me that tbey will take my order at the table. Waited for more than five minutes, a couple goes in and sits down, tbe waitress goes and takes their order instead of mine! The restaurant was not packed. She only had one table attending before she went to ask the couple.

To make an order through the phone, it has taken me about 10 minutes because the employee told me to wait, comes back, and tells me to wait again. Since the call wasn’t even on hold, I was able to hear the conversation. She kept telling me to wait to take somebody else’s order at the counter & finalize a transaction. I am a customer too, and I shouldn’t have to wait that much to place my order. I’ve been trying to limit myself from visiting the establishment because the service of the two new employees is poor & does not compare to the service that used to represent the restaurant, however I only go for the food. Previous review: Never disappoints! Food is always tasty. Just make sure to order ahead of time (15 min approximately) if you don’t like to wait for your order to be ready.

It's good but over priced. Second time that the poblano soup was extremely salty today and it should be more consistent. Lower the prices and may go more often.

I asked my boyfriend to get me a smoothie from Tropical Cafe because the shakes at 100% Natural are ridiculously skimped out. He brought me a banana strawberry shake. I was so mad when he brought me this. I let the bubbles go away and showed him the reason I dont like 100% Natural. They really rip you off. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.

I went yesterday with my kids. It was bad service, salads were not cold and in my salad there were little insects. The salad my daughter had the eggs were spoiled. We had a very bad experience. The service and food have gone down hill since I went like 5 months ago.

The cashier and the waitress are the most rude people in the world at this establishment. They need to reconsider who they have taking care of their customers. Super rude young man and the girl as well. Never again will I be stepping foot at this place. If that's how they're going to be treating their customers. Sad..

Waitress took 20 min to come take our order.. Let me tell you the place was empty. Got our food and it honestly looked like cafeteria food. No effort. I've been do other 100% natural n gotten the same thing so I know that's not the way it suppose to look or taste. Really sad when you go to a place really hungry and they give you bad service n bad food! Yall need new employees

I’ve been going there for years and usually I go there two or three times a week. Their food is really really great. Today I found something really disturbing and gross there was a bug in my lettuce/food and then the waiter just didn’t say anything.

The floor was dirty. The bathroom out of order. The cashier was rude plus made one of the food handlers from the back come to pick up her earring that had fallen to the floor. The young man was on his hands and knees looking for it and I never saw him wash his hands after. Place looked disorganized and very unattended. Won't go there again unless major changes made.

Very bad experience. I was seated for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, and no one came to my table, even though there were only two tables occupied. I will not be coming back.

***100% DISAPPOINTED*** - Customer Service- 10% Cashier had no business being in customer service with her obvious disdain and lack of desire for interacting with customers. We were told plastic forks were not available for the salad we ordered to go. The elderly gentleman who served our food seemed pleasant and attempted to be helpful. It took over 40 minutes for 3 chicken burgers, 2 sandwichon plates and 2 salads. Value - 55%The prices were a little high for the food and service available. Food quality/taste 60%. No one was 100% satisfied with their choices- 6 out of 7 were ok with their choice, 1 was unhappy due to the lack of salad dressing which was requested 3 times. 100% not recommending 100% Natural.
