We love this restaurant, so we try to come as much as we can. Our favorite dishes are the chicken and dumplings for lunch on Monday, fried pork chops, and the delicious giant ribeye. The steak salad could have been better but there are still plenty of good options. The sides are delicious and everything has that “homemade” southern taste. Our servers are always nice, especially Marla. Love this place!

We had an incredible experience at Judy’s Place Restaurant! The food was absolutely phenomenal — easily the best we’ve had on our trip so far. The atmosphere has that perfect down-home, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at ease. Our server, Janie, was amazing; she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even offered great suggestions since we weren’t from Alabama. The prices were very reasonable, making the entire experience even better. If you’re looking for fantastic food and genuine southern hospitality, Judy’s Place is the spot!

If I ever end up needing to pick a last meal, I have that figured out. Had a potato salad which is like usual potato salad but I love usual potato salad. Then I had what I believe to be a half pound of fried crab claws which was the small. After that a half pound burger which was a unique grind of beef mixed with Conecuh sausage. Probably the best burger I've ever had- cooked medium. It's worth the possible consequences. Finally had a pretty large banana pudding. I ate all of it. Plus 3 beers. Damage was around $50 so not bad in my opinion. If ever back in the area, this will definitely be one of my stops.

I came here during a busy lunch hour, but there was plenty of seating and I just knew my food was going to be fresh and hot. I ordered the chicken fried steak it was fresh hot and phenomenal. The mashed potatoes were delicious and the mac and cheese was really good. My waitress was very attentive even tho she was busy and made sure we were straight. I will be returning here once more.

Delicious food. Friendly service. Fried gulf shrimp were fabulous with perfect amount of breading not too greasy not too heavy. Green beans were seasoned well. Chicken strips and burger were also excellent.

I had the very best shrimp and Grits. I would always say that Noble South had the best and Dauphins second. Not anymore Judy's Place is the best!

The food wasn’t the greatest but I’m not saying that it’s not good. It’s just that it was greasy and it still tasted good. The service, fabulous the waitress/waitresses were very kind. And the atmosphere I like it not to loud not to quit and with the southern Mardi Gras theme

Judy's is a hit and miss on excellent service. I've never had "bad" service, just not always "great" service. Timing also helps, it's not the best time to go towards the end of a lunch rush, you'd think it'd be a great time since the business is about done, but that's when they are trying to take a little break and not really wanting a new table 🤷🏽‍♀️ the food has always been good, I've tried a variety of things.

Family friendly atmosphere. Fast paced environment. The patrons were very friendly and excited about eating at Judy's. Our food was good, kid's portions were large. I would have preferred a bone in chicken breast for my meal, but overall the chicken was moist and tender.

I won’t say that I tell everything about a restaurant based on their ranch dressing. But I can tell a lot. And Judy’s has really good ranch dressing. I ordered chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. They were out of mashed potatoes, but to be fair I did come in close to closing time. My waiter was very cordial and friendly and I didn’t even think twice about it. But, I bet their mashed potatoes were good, because everything I ate was delicious. CFC was thick and the batter was perfect and crispy. The cucumber salad has a good flavor and fresh ingredients. I will definitely be returning to Judy’s on my next visit.

We came in with a party of 10. The place was only half capacity, and parties that cam in after us were seated as we remained standing, at the door! Atfer about 40 minutes, we seated ourselves at the bar.

Had take out. Food was good but biggest issue was a piece of sharp metal wire was mixed in with the food and I assume it's from metal brush to clean grill.

No high chairs they should have a sign saying that an had to wait knowing I had a one year old with me

The food is beyond great for the price! Now, the hostess service was terrible. the older female in the front who is constantly on her phone was so rude! I sat there in front of her for a solid three minutes before she even acknowledged my existence because she was too busy on her phone. I do appreciate Kayla she works nights when I go in but the couple times that I came across this other hostess, she’s been nothing but rude and I feel like something should be done about it. I’ve seen multiple people leave just because of the way she treats them. I also went through the reviews and I’m not the first person to complain about her. Why is she still there????

Didn’t get to eat the food, my family followed the instructions to sign in and wait to be seated. An older brunette woman taking tables and answering phones rudely snapped at my family. “Do yall need a table” while waving her head about and rolling her eyes. Then in an annoyed tone snapped for us to “come on”. We thanked her and said nevermind and left. And she acted confused as to why we were leaving. My family was being polite and quiet and talking amongst ourselves. As a first impression I wont be going back. I don’t even make reviews unless it’s to rave about service but the way she acted was completely uncalled for.

I came in tonight for some awesome food and cheap drinks, and I see an older woman at the host stand showing off what looks like THC gummies. Is this what this restaurant is about, having staff actively doing drugs at work? I should have called the non emergency police line, but I didn’t. I hope you get this taken care of and get rid of her.
