Starbucks is. Always a relaxing calm atmosphere to be in for the most part the people are usually very friendly both workers and customers they offer free wifi as well as charging for your phones laptops etc I sometimes go there just to have coffee and get some work done

I think we all know that Starbucks is very good this one was no exception. My cofee was good. Prices were typical Starbucks prices Customer service was good. I would go again.

I had never been to Starbucks before but I was looking for a certain kind of coffee. It's not something on their list but I told them the name of it and what's in it that I saw on the internet and they fixed it for me to Perfection and it was delicious! The name of it was Bulletproof Coffee that I got from the keto diet.

I can't go wrong with Starbucks. Coffee junkie is what I am and the hotter the better. I mostly just get Dark Roast before noon and Pike Place blend in afternoon unless I really need a pour-over of the good stuff. Lots of snacks, some fruit, great wraps, sandwiches, salads, and pastries. I'm easy to please.

I work at the mall this place is located at, and I've begun to frequent this place more and more. Baristas are nice. Even when the place is packed, the employees are always courteous and have a smile on their face. Have never been a fan of Starbucks coffee, but I can't say that this place hasn't helped me pull some back to back shifts. Will definitely keep going back

I come here often because i work at the mall. It does get pretty busy, it works best to do a mobile order. They are very friendly as well.

Sometimes you have to brave very long lines or long waits. But that is expected of starbucks in malls. You still get great coffee as with any other starbucks.

Wow ..what a line, but the staff did a great job in keeping a steady movement. Obviously the coffee is great, its a starbucks....not a place to sit and relax, grab ur coffee and shop!

There was a new guy who helped me today, had checker shirt on and it was his first day. He was awesome and so nice, but the girl (I think her name was Athena) was a total snob to him! It was his first day and she was so mean to him. Im only giving four stars because of him, but that other girl really needs to be retrained on stress management, I get its busy but don't take it out on your new people...Just cause you can't handle stress.

Good place to go for a cup of coffee other than that the employees don't really do a great job at getting your order correct. Honestly speaking the Ming avenue and real is a better stop to get your order correct 100% of the time.

The barista was great and super considerate! While we waited, there was nowhere to sit. Despite there being multiple counters, there were only 4 chairs and there wasn't any open spots for 40 minutes. My mom and I were left standing for almost the entire time.

We don't see the draw for the bitter and way over priced coffee drinks. Terrible pastries on top of almost always a wait in line. We're told it's the fact Starbucks adds extra caffeine. Personally Mc Donalds offers better coffee and value. Even if it's popular I won't be back.

I am sitting in the lobby right now, and the worker who is making the drinks right now just dumped a bunch of white chocolate in my drink, didn’t stir it she threw the straws down at every customer rolled her eyes when I asked for a remake because they put hazelnut instead of toffee nut. I drink a lot of Starbucks, sounds bad but I know what my drink is. I found it extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

My daughter works at Hollister in the mall and got a charge from Starbucks on her day off. When she went in the next day to question why that transaction was made the staff there did not want to hear it nor help us out in any way shape or form. We weren't concerned about the $6 bucks that they charged, we were concerned about her Visa card information. This staff here did not show a bit of concern what so ever. Needless to tell you, we won't be shopping here again. I dont recommend rhis place to anybody simple because they dont have any people skills.

Place needs some luv ... counters are dirty need to be wiped down ..floor needs to be swept nd mop ... cups are getting dirty wet underneath because of spills and it still doesn't get cleaned.... a customer asked for a rag to clean there counter... :/

Specially if you paiding 7.00 dollars for a coffee. Overall if you like to get mad and want drama please came to this location you will get your order stupidity, attitude, and dirty looks. And dont question they are not allow. Anyhow I hope this post will help any one who loves drama or avoid drama. I recommend the starbucks in white lane and down Ming, both locations and better, customer service awesome, cleaning, and best part is bs.

Amber was very rude and racist to me for no reason, she spoke very rudely to me and then she talked to someone because according to her I didn't speak English, she took the money out of my app and she didn't want to give me my coffee, I had to pay twice for a coffee and alone I received one. She said that I told her not to use my money from my app so why do I use it? It was a bad time and a bad experience.

Went to get a matcha and was handed a horrible colored matcha. It was so milky so I requested a new one and she gave me the most ugliest attitude and whisperer something to her partner. Horrible.

We went into this location to use a coupon for a $3 grande drink. The coupon was valid from 5/13 through 5/15 between 12 and 6. We came in on 5/15 right before 4 and were told we could not use the coupon. When I had asked them why since the coupon itself says it's still valid they told me it was only on the 13th and that they would not apply it for me. We ended up going to the starbucks on panama and Stine and they honored it for us. As soon as it was scanned it went right through, no extra steps needed. It's really frustrating that all they had to do was scan the phone and it would've come up but instead we were declined the coupon with no further effort to help us. Very poor customer service at this location. Will not go again.

If not, this exact misunderstanding happens because the customer is left in the dark. So I said, "Oh I'm sorry, nobody told me and I've been waiting over 10 minutes." Then the barista thought they were going to give me an attitude and said "Well everyone is waiting." They made the mistake of assuming I don't have a loud voice, so I very loudly said "DON'T BE RUDE." I've worked in customer service for a number of years. All the barista had to do was apologize for the miscommunication. I understand they are busy, I understand some days are hard. However, if you resort to giving attitude to customers, you're going to get it right back.

The cashier was nice but the person making the Starbucks did a bad job👎🏼The girl with the blue hair was making the drinks at the moment and she made my caramel frappe with extra caramel taste like water🤮Hardly had any caramel even though I payed 60 cents for extra and the drink didnt taste like a frappe at all. I let my mom try it and she went to buy me one at a different starbucks because mine was so nasty. Payed $8 for a starbucks that tasted like water when I should’ve stuck to the drive through which is cheaper and tastes better
