Taco Bell is good pretty much anywhere. The people there always try to do a good job. And it's almost always promptly ready.

The food is superb, service is friendly and prompt! This is quite possibly the best Taco Bell I've ever visited!

Good Taco Bell. Clean, good service, food you expect and its hot. They even clean the restrooms! Easy access in and out.

I have only used the drive thru, we live the next town over and this is the only taco bell for miles despite that they are excellent customer service and food always.

I have been here a lot. And that's because of just how good taco bell is. They are very friendly and i got my food in a very short amount of time. If on the road I would defiantly stop for a quick bite here.

Awesome but they had the sour green sauce instead of the original green sause. So I had a steak xxx grilled stuffed burrito and it was very tasty. Thank you TB and your employees.

taco bell carries Pepsi like why is it so hard to get Pepsi these days . and there xxl grilled chicken stuffed burritos are the best. my husband only eats authentic Mexican burritos and he loves them too. also they try to mix things up like put new and different things on there menu. taco bell rocks.

It's so good fast and easy my mom couldn't have red sauce so the gave us green instead with no charge it's really the best place ever I love going after school or work highly recommend.

I came to sight see from a different town, the staff was friendly, food was made quickly and correctly, women's bathroom was immaculate, and the indoor dining was clean.

The people that work here are so nice and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Always a smile and a kind word. Thank you Taco Bell employees.

We go here more than we should 😂 but I have NEVER had a bad experience. The service is always great. The food is always fresh and good. One or two times I've been in the drive-thru when it's taking them longer than it should and they have offered a discount or upgraded my drink without me saying anything. Very impressed. Glad to have a good place like this in VS.

We came in late night after a long day of driving mainly to use the bathrooms but decided to order food since we were here. Staff was friendly, the building was clean and our food was quick and was well-made.

Valley Springs Taco Bell is the best. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. They have friendly employees, a clean store, and delicious food. I have never received an order that was incorrect. Anytime I drive through Valley Springs, I make sure to stop & get something to eat here. It really has made me feel disappointed in other Taco Bells because no one compares.

Food was good and made quick. Inside the restaurant was clean with lots of seating. A very rude man came in well after breakfast was over, and was being awful towards the employees for not making an exception to make him breakfast. The employees handled the situation very well.

The food is always delicious here and they have really great service. They make people feel welcome. They also send out a bunch of coupons so look out for those because I can save you a lot of money. They have a wide variety with plenty of options for people to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend coming here for inexpensive family dinner nights.

I have dined out at my local Valley Springs Taco Bell and I have had nothing but excellent service. Today was an outstanding experience and Katrina is to thank and applaud. She goes out of her way each and every opportunity she can assist a customer. I had forgotten to substitute an order and Katrina was there to help. I even over heard a customers order got messed and I can see Katrina with a smile helping out the customer and offering a free coupon. The customer was beyond satisfied! You guys rock!

Drive-through doesn't get points for atmosphere ;-) Taco bell is not a high bar... but they cleared it. Order was correct and food was hot. == Top Marks!

I ordered two bean burritos with the app. It was easy and quick to do. I went inside to pick up my order, it was ready to go. The ratio of beans to red sauce was perfect and it was wrapped beautifully. Thanks Taco Bell.

It's a basic taco bell goodness. Interesting how they handle payment at drive up. Method was pandemic proofed.

The coffee is the best! Fresh made! I would have given 5 stars, the customer service needs improvement!

Not as busy as 1 would expect, but they almost always move the line alone pretty quickly anyway

The power bowl is a balanced meal at a reasonable cost. I think It's the most nutritious offering they have.

Sometimes the line is short, sometimes long. Lucky if you get there when it's short, good luck getting dinner when it's busy.

All in all taco bell has a wide selection of food and if you don't like the way its made you van change it towpath you want. And to me that's pretty freacking cool. It doesn't hurt when the line is long they move you thru pretty darn quick. Thanks ya all.

The ice machines wasn't working, so no ice, also they couldn't scan my rewards code, slightly messed up 1 item, but they fixed it right away, great staff very friendly and helpful even though they seemed to be understaffed.

Food was ok, it seems like taco bell everywhere is dropping in quality and quantity, this one isn't any different. I'm not a fan of the industrial look that so many fast food restaurants are going with these days, but apparently someone thinks it's inviting.

I love taco bell. Really do, and i wont stop going. But every single time i go, they always mess up my order. Don’t get me wrong, still doesn’t taste bad. But they never get it right. Just the other day(This is the worst case), ordered 3 Mini Chicken Quesadillas, no Chipotle sauce, added Jalapeño sauce. Only got one of them, as I didn’t double check the order (My fault), but it didn’t have the sauce i asked for and still had Chipotle sauce. Even the receipt had what i asked for on it, so they didn’t mess up there. Oh well, not horrible, still tastes fine. But it got worse, the burrito I had ordered extra red sauce on, didn’t have red sauce at all. It had Jalapeño sauce. As i said, don’t get me wrong, still in love with their food, but they cant keep getting my orders wrong. Its a tad bit annoying

I'm out cruzing up to the middle of frogville, when I realize I'm stoned to the tenth degree. I followed the smell of something resembling Mexican food to a place called Taco Bell. I'd like a FrankinTaco I say. We don't have those the person at the register mentioned. Try one of our 5 dollar deals they're quite impressive for sure. Well I've got the major munchies so I want three my grin was ear to ear. I now go to Taco Bell every nite so I can eat their wonderful food. Best cure for having the munchies. Of that I'm sure.

Very clean bathrooms. Food was made properly. Unfortunately staff seemed to not really attend to the customers at the counter as well as one would expect. Overall decent place to eat could use to increase their responsiveness the front counter for speed. There was staff available but seem to be slightly disinterested in the lobby.

I love taco bell, but sometimes the food is not always on point its a 50/50 risk of dry beans, a missing item or a wrong order with dry meat. Other times its great, they always make sure your food is ready for you at a timely manner so i give them my 3🌟

The waiting time is horrible. They are under staffed and it's sad, because of what it takes to live and survive living on the S.F. peninsula. There's so much construction going on younger people are moving up the ladder faster in other work places. Good for them. They can learn a trade faster than the rest of state or country. Was very slow service and tacos were not up to normal taco bell standards iv experienced in the past. Broken shells and very skimpy on filling

Waited a long time in the drive thru. When I got my order, a burrito Supreme, the tortilla was tough and the filling was cool. Not even a mention of how long I waited.

Do I have much good to say about Taco Bell? Not really, Taco Bell was really good in the 70s and 80s. Since then they've gone downhill. I went there with a friend. I do like their nacho fries. That's about it.

The soap dispenser in the men's bathroom does not work. They would not call me by my name so I did not know my food was ready. When I did get my food, they got my order wrong. You are better off going to the Burger King next door.

Here is my issue: They don't take damp money. We had just finished a day at Hogan on a boat and Jetskis. I had a full vehicle of adults and kids. They day went longer than planned, and we had a 30 min drive home. The kids were "starving." lol. We went through the drive thru, waited in line, ordered, finally made it up to the drive-thru window, and the cashier refused to take my damp money. It's all I had. She went to go ask her boss but came back with the same answer. This was my first time showing up at this Taco Bell with damp money. It happens on a boat sometimes. I would guess that I've been to this taco bell 20-30 times over the years. My money was dry by the time we got home. It was just sitting in my center console.

Arriving at the decision to grab our lunch at Taco Bell, my daughter and I excitedly stepped inside where two other customers were patiently waiting for the clearly overwhelmed food service clerk who was taking her sweet time replacing the liner in the trash receptacle. She was oozing irritation and what seemed to boil down to a downright bad attitude in general. The tone in her voice and her sassy remark when we inquired if they had taken the orders of the people ahead of us, or where we should be in relation to the other customer standing around led to the discovery that they had not ordered yet... and led my daughter and I to excitedly submit our order using the kiosk instead of waiting for the food clerk with a bad attitude. We were unfamiliar with ordering in this way but had fun making our lunch choices together and happily completed our order with ease. What a great system. However, with only two other people in the lobby waiting to order at the counter and us ordering thru the kiosk, and the more than an adequate amount of food clerks behind the counter, some who were working diligently and quickly while others were standing about and talking to each other in an animated and exuberant way as if they were catching up on the first day of seventh grade after summer break apart, service was definitely not a priority for the staff we could observe. Meanwhile, patrons are patiently waiting to be approached by a food service clerk to have their order taken, while several of the clerks appear to be completely uninterested in providing service and more interested in having social hour. From the first encounter with the rude clerk changing a trash bag and barking out unhelpful remarks about telling us the same thing she had already told the other customers who are waiting for her to get done and wash hands and then sign in the register THEN she can take our orders, to the clerks behind the counter standing around in uniform, gossiping loudly and ignoring those of us who chose not to use the handy dandy kiosk.... an unpleasant experience overall that makes me never want to order inside again, but it didn't ruin our fun adventure together. And no hot sauce in our bag didn't truly end the world because of the secret stash of them hidden in my glove compartment from previous trips to this chain of delicious, cheap, usually quick, and very convenient fast food establishments. So yeah... still going to choose Taco Bell over other fast foods and still going to try to always keep backup hot sauce just in case. I like what I like... I'll just do my best to avoid interacting with the food service clerks!

Can’t seem to make a 1 piece burrito for former employee always get it mangled and the bag taped shut with 20 stickers :( really unfortunate

I wish i could give them less stars ...i went there to eat on 9/16/2016 ...i found a piece of wire like metal in my food ...they kept saying that there was no way it could be there but it was ...Im never eating Taco Bell again ....beware Valley Springs ..this place could potententially hurt you .

The employee a white female I met at the entrance door was wiping the glass, there was people entering inside who were all white the moment she saw me she blocked me not to enter, she said to me that the light just came on she's not going to take my order because I am a black man so I left. This is the absolute despicable restaurant experience in my entire life. -10 If I could. This was not a big deal in the beginning but our order was wrong the cashiers front help was very sweet and accommodating fixed it promptly. Now it goes down hill the cashier was cleaning the front of the restaurant and taking orders as soon as she would come out front customers would come in and someone would yell for her to take the order. This became tiresome you are either understaffed or doing something wrong. None of us came to hear someone yelling. At some point my son got sick and tired of the yelling said he was done and leaving he did not finish his food. He went to the front counter and had words with someone and left. I went to get napkins and I could as well as everyone else in the restaurant here a employee asking who was that person the counter girl whom had helped us clearly knew we were together as she had just asked me 1 minute prior when I went to get a bag. I simply stated my son . So as this other person is asking the counter girl looks at me . I said my son and he was raised better then that to have caused whatever was upsetting them. Went back to my table with my elderly parents and my 6 YEAR old grandson three managers approached our table to confront us about my long gone adult son. They started engaging us I explained he was a adult I have zero control of his behavior and he was gone . They continued obviously looking to engage I politely once again said he is a adult please let us eat. Nope now they are all 3 talking at once loudly we now have the entire restaurants attention. One says my son called her the C word and a B word. I said I did not and no one at this table did anything but the entire restaurant just heard Taco Bell employees using both words I stated please stop don't talk like that in front of my elderly parents and a 6 year old, Please leave us alone let us eat. Denied again repeated the words again once aging I say please look at what you are doing in front of a child who is obviously now scared and distressed . He was done eating and clearly upset as were we all . So no one finished eating . It continued I asked for corporate's number they state that's fine but say I have to give them my name they never gave me corporate's number (google did) they said you all need to leave I'm said as soon as we are done eating . Which we obviously were due to the ridiculous altercation. Keeping in mind not one of us had said or done anything we did not approach the counter in any way except for service the person whom had already left was long gone and we had heard nothing we had no idea that's was going on. On another note they had 3 managers etc but one counter girl maybe if one of them had been working front it may not have happened in any business you don't yell across it to get another's attention simply not acceptable. Then we notice others in the room going back to the counter whom had mistakes as well. I have called corporate I have made a report I will update on this. BTW please review my previous Taco Bell reviews check ins and tips nothing but good. I expect way more then what we just experienced maybe import some employees from other locations.
