I've talked to them so many times about putting drinks like milkshakes in the brown paper bags without cup holders. The cup gets so much condensation that the bag rips n the milkshake falls through the bag! Ive even left reviews saying this. I get doordash. I shouldn't have to warn my dasher. Besides that,dashers dont always read their messages. Ive lost many shakes because of this!! Pay attention DAIRY QUEEN !! Didnt get my fries either!!! On top of that who puts milkshakes in the bag sideways?? For the lid to pop off and everything spill out??! They obviously don't care...BUT I will say the young gentleman who works the drive thru is very pleasant to me every time I go there and knows exactly what I need.

The young lady who was at the window was very rude! I asked for napkins she gave me two napkins I ordered a total of 4 desserts! I find it extremely displeasing when I have to ASK for napkins instead of them giving them out with ice cream. I asked for more napkins she passed me more and slammed the window! Very rude not to mention while in the drive thru giving my order she was dismissive and “anything else”

Usually i have no issue here cause two or my close friends work here. But today someone had an issue. A girl working at the cashier was very disrespectful in a way that shouldnt be tolerated in customer service. Especially since we pay the workers. Im usually not this upset about it but like the attitude was unnecessary and not customer service appropriate. Me and my father pulled up to the drive through to get some drinks my dad had went to pay, my father is a working man and got payed a 100. He handed it to the young lady, who then proceeded to look at my father an snappily ask “you aint got nothing else?” My dad politely replied with no, its all i got. The girl then proceeded to take 20-25 mins to hand us 3 drinks. Then we waited another 15-20 mins for the change. Which was only four 20s an 2 singles. When she did hand it to my father he said thank you. To her response being “Mmph” in a angry tone an attitude towards my dad.

I don’t ever write reviews, but this was a terrible experience. I had ordered 2 blizzards through the mobile app for pickup in the drive thru since they always lock their doors earlier than 10pm. When we got to the window and told them our name, the girl said that it was “partially ready” so we should pull into spot #1 and wait until it was done. Ten minutes later, we see the employees in the store looking and pointing at our car so we just assumed they were talking about our order and where to bring it. WRONG. Five more minutes pass by and STILL nothing. I walked up to the locked door and started knocking on it so I can find out where our order was. I saw one girl behind the counter jester not to answer the door, as if I was just one of those last minute customers coming to order. Instead I was the customer that already ordered and was told to sit in the spot to wait for it. I walked over to the window to try to get the other girl’s attention who was cleaning the tables. She finally looked up and I tried to jester through the glass that I had ordered and was still waiting in the pickup spot. She couldn’t understand me so eventually her manager came up to the door and unlocked it to talk to me. I explained to him the situation and he was apologetic, so he rushed back inside to find out what happened to my order. Turns out the drive-thru girl shouldn’t have parked us and then someone I guess “completed” or cleared off the screen so our order was forgotten. The part of the experience that was most disappointing was while I was waiting for the manager to remake my order, the two girls standing behind the counter kept looking and giving me these stank attitude faces like I was inconveniencing them. I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks at all. But thank you to the manager who was understanding and apologetic. He seemed very stressed out and with that staff, I couldn’t blame him.

What I ordered VS What I got. Imagine my disappointment when I sat down to eat my food and this is what I saw. I couldn't enjoy anything. The DQ in Bear is such a hit or miss, depending on the manager and the staff.

I ordered a order of regular cheese curds and a medium Reese‘s buttercup blizzardwith extra Reese buttercup, and I paid an extra fee for extra Reese’s butter cups, and did not even receive it. When I confronted the cashier, they tried to gaslight me into believing there was extra in there when there wasn’t. The cheese curds were also burnt and the service was not up to par. Do better.

Food - 2, Decor - 1, Service - 2. Can't recommend. Won't be back. TLDR : bad, bad, bad Went here for lunch with my 12 year old daughter after doing the Go Ape ziplines at Lums pond. I got an A-1 burger with onion rings, she got a freeze drink and chicken nuggets. I had to repeat my order 2 times for the server. The person seemed to be half asleep. It took about 15 minutes to get what we ordered - granted it was mid afternoon, but the time was still excessive. The manager did apologize. They were out of the flavor of freeze that my daughter wanted. This is just logistics management 101. How does a fast food place run out of a non-perishable flavoring? The owner or manager clearly is not on top of the operations. Burger was meh. BK or McDonalds far superior. Too much sauce and not fresh beef. Just bad quality overall. Onion rings were ok - BK is way better. My daughters freeze drink had pieces of plastic in it. They did replace it, however that's just totally unacceptable. Tiles in the ceiling had water stains and most of the cloth backing on the seats was heavily worn. Owners obviously not keeping up with maintenance, I doubt this would pass a corporate franchise inspection which DQ is obviously not doing, so just a total fail all around.

Lets start with the twenty minute wait for the food..... And that was drive thru.... The had no ranch... No bleu cheese or really any dressing for the salad.... The salad... They put super hot strips on top... So when they sealed it it steamed in... So the lettuce was soggy and wilted... They had no shredded cheese on the salad... I saw maybe a pinch of cheese at the bottom... The cheeseburgers were just ok... The strips were hard and beyond over cooked for the strip meal.... Fries tasted weird... I will not come back to this location.... 2 star because the employees were ok and didnt have attitudes even though they were busy and behind... Too many pick up orders... So I assume thats the wait with drive thru....but wont be coming back to this one

Emoyees clearly don't care about the customers, the customers orders, or if they are satisfied. Then when u ask simple questions you are answered with a "i didn't make it" and a shoulder shrug... the parking lot looks like a trash can. I can only imagine the kitchen is the same. Edit: changed from 1 star to 3 cause I went back had a completely different experience. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Made my order perfectly. And someone had clearly took the time to clean the parking lot.

I go to this DQ often and the food is usually really good. However, today I received Crispy Chicken Salad with undercooked chicken.

Minding Mine

Don't order their pre-made treats. Ordered my daughter a Buster Bar last night, and a box of ice cream sandwiches and the pics tell it all. It was so smashed and frost bitten, I feel they pulled one that was crushed in the back behind other stuff. Thankfully we had enough sandwiches for everyone. Absolutely Disgusting.
