Starbucks

It's like most other starbucks, but this one has a lot of outside seating that is enclosed in a slightly walled in section instead of many places that just have the tables basically on the sidewalks. The service was fast and they got orders right the few times I went there. The staff was friendly and some of them also seemed to know customers by name.

I always look forward to getting fresh brewed coffee at Starbucks. My one complaint are the people on their laptops who feel they have a right to take up a whole table with ALL their clutter and NOT have some Manners for other customers. Stubucks is NOT a STUDYHALL!!! Other people should have a right to sit down and enjoy their cup of coffee as well .(I only gave it 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service)

The staff at this establishment is awesome!! I have 4 Starbucks with in 2 miles radius of my place and by far this is the best!! keep up the good work!! And remember to Tip!!

This Starbucks is the BEST. I always feel welcomed here. It’s not only the quick and friendly service and GREAT espresso I always have. The crew members make every effort to satisfy customers any cravings. I would like to point out Cin and Angie, who were very professional and attentive to my requests. Thank you guys, you made my day !

Great location! The drinks tasted amazing and the customer connection was really lovely. We went in around 11am and they greeted us and made us instantly feel welcomed. The baristas not only got out the drinks fast when it was fairly busy, but they all just seemed very genuine and sweet. Little things go a long way!

The barista even attempted a bit of latte art, which turned out to be more of an abstract piece than a heart, but it was the thought (and the laugh) that counted. I work at jack luckily theres a starbucks down the street for my caffeine addiction lol. although faith gave me diffrent drink wasnt disappointed the holidays are limited addition so why not thank you !😊🤞she was as sweet enough to deliver my drink lol haha

Friendly staff. Lots of tables indoors and out but it gets packed even during the weekdays. Careful of parking, most are compact and super tiny even for a prius.

I love this place. The line for the drive-thru looks like days of wait time, but you walk inside and there are hardly any people there and the service is very fast. I haven't tried any of the tricky stuff like iced Americanos that can be easy to get wrong, but overall a very good Starbucks. Very clean and the staff is great.

Terrible parking lot, but fast service for the most part. Mobile orders are especially quick here. Friendly staff and clean restroom. Plenty of seating, but not a ton of plugs. Some outdoor seating. My go-to local Starbucks.

This location is always packed. I mean, all of the time , this place is packed. However, the staff is AMAZING. They do a fabulous job here under all of the harsh conditions of working at a Starbucks in LA. This spot has a small parking lot behind it that is useful, but it also has street parking with NO METERS which is super useful. I think the key for this location is -- phone/app order ahead, park on the street on Riverside, pickup and BAIL. You couldn't pay me to sit and visit at this location. Traffic and pedestrians make outside seating useless, and inside is a jungle of laptops and half of the chairs are spoken for, but not being used.

The staff at this location are amazing! The place is smaller, and definitely gets packed during the morning rush, so I’d suggest doing a mobile order if you’re getting coffee anytime after 5:30/6 a.m. Also, the parking lot isn’t that big, but there’s street parking.

This Starbucks is in a lot with limited parking spots but if you come early, you should get a spot. When I came, they were not busy so I was able to put in my grande Mango Dragonfruit with light ice. When my drink was ready, one of the older barista just put it on the pick up counter but didn't say the name. So if you weren't paying attention then your drink will just sit there until you check. My drink was good and beside one of worker not calling out the name when my drink was ready, I had a good experience.

For the most part, this location is pretty good. Friendly service, not necessarily always fast--they have gotten better. There was a time when they were way slower. Improvement is always a good sign 🙂 Today, though, for the morning rush, there was only 1 carafe of creamer 😳 I know from my own personal experience from working at a Starbucks that it can be challenging to get those carafes out when there's crazy morning lines, but it does all come down to time management. The staff is friendly but continuously get my order incorrect by forgetting espresso or just giving me the complete wrong drink. The mistakes typically happen when they are busy so be sure to try your drink before you drive away!

The remodel was done horribly. There's not as much space as before and now it's all cramped. Service has always been the typical Starbucks experience but the remodel really killed this location for me.

Not too much to say about this place. It's just your average, over crowded, noise polluted Starbucks. On a brighter note, I get the feeling this location stays really busy or at the very least "heavily consistent", because the employees were extremely quick and efficient even during the high volume.

First time my two lattes came up before my bakery items in any Starbucks ever! Literally took 10 minutes to get a croissant and a piece of banana bread. Not sure if they were short staffed or what, I rarely order any food from Starbucks... I'll have to continue the trend and stay away from the food. I did not have a pleasant experience

Convenient location since I live close by. I try not to do Starbucks since all their beans are burned & all their brands of tea or coffee are laden with pesticides & chemicals, rarely do I appear here, Starbucks if u change your ways, I'll be there every week.

Not too much to say about this place. It's just your average, over crowded, noise polluted Starbucks. On a brighter note, I get the feeling this location stays really busy or at the very least "heavily consistent", because the employees were extremely quick and efficient even during the high volume.

It took way too long to get a hot tea and a plain hot coffee as well as 2 unwarmed biscuits. Probably had to wait about 15 minutes which I consider too long for a Starbucks or fast food type environment

I literally haven't gotten a correct order here in weeks. It's almost right, but not quite. Bacon missing in breakfast sandwiches, no chocolate in mocha frap, etc.

Just got tea and a croissant. Tea was good but my croissant was handed to me in a prepackaged plastic clear bag like I was at 711. In my opinion I'm paying more just to feel like I'm not eating from a gas station. It doesn't take much to switch the bag. If this is how it is I will just go to the gas station across the street next time.

I don’t know if incompetent is strong enough of word to explain how stupid these employees are here it wasn’t busy at all when I went in none of them can tell me if they had my online order. There is about four of them. No customers in there all of them seemed lost scrambling around, trying to make one coffee.

This store needs to get an award for being the slowest store. I don’t get how the management puts up with it. The baristas can’t keep up with the demand. And the cashiers don’t even help them out. They constantly use nasty dirty towels and don’t shake the soy milk so it separates.... it’s really not that hard to multitask on bar. I used to do it and this store makes it look so hard lol...... this place is so incredibly slow that I only order on my phone and far in advance because the bar people just suck. There’s no sense of urgency.

Very bad customer service ! SB says "complain is a gift " but no change after I complained. I have a reusable cup and when I asked for refilled , she asked me go to the toaliet and wash my cup ! ? I said what??? really ?? Her respond was :" why do you have attitude ?? yes you have to have a clean cup !!" Is that a good customer service to tell a customer he has attitude ? I'v been in hotel business and customerservice in 20 years and never told a customer they had attitude . Cashiers at SB handling cash which is the most dirtiest thing but if a drop of coffee is still left in my cup , they wont touch it !

Until she was forced to buy something. Who forces a child to purchase something when they urgently needed to use the bathroom. SMH
