Nice place to get a meal. Friendly staff, good food. Better than the one downtown, fast, clean and fair prices for the good quality food served. My mom's salad looked as good as she said it tasted.

Hubby had his turn picking a place and he picked this. Great job honey! It was all delicious. He got the Classic Charbroiled Burger with brioche bun and I got a Chicken Club sandwich with chipotle sauce on the side. The garlic fries definitely had bits of garlic. Yum! After finishing, we decided to get their shakes…Black Cherry and Vanilla. The clerk behind the counter said they use thrifty ice cream for their shakes. Thrifty‘s always had great ice cream. Nice to know there is a few more locations, one in Ventura closer to home. Will be back.

This is a great burger place with sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other items (fried shrimp). The burgers were all hot and fresh. The Hawaiian Burger and fries were especially good. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great, and the food came out fast.

The food was excellent and the portions were generous. I got a side salad and garlic fries. My daughter got a kid's hotdog, which came with a soda and fries. I highly recommend this location and will be back!

Service was great. The gentleman in the dark red NY hat was very friendly. He had great energy, and greeted us right away. He was also very nice to my toddler. The fries we nice and fresh. The atmosphere was clean. The food was good. I feel it is a tiny bit pricey but I can't complain, the convenience, quality and service make up for it.

I had lost my daughter’s phone and they were incredibly helpful, plus they even assisted me with mailing out a package. Truly above-and-beyond service! Great Santa Barbara burger. I have a special order as there are items on it i do not care for. It is alwats fresh, looks beautiful, tasty and well made. The staff is courteous, gets the order correct, double checks it with you, puts it neatly in the bag and asks if you need anything else. Because everything is cooked fresh, there could be a little longer wait time---but very short for a hot fresh handmade, to your liking burger!!! Highly recommend Eddie's Grill Village; there is one in the city too.

The burgers are amazing, the fries and onion rings are always crispy, and the shakes hit the spot. Great establishment; especially the staff. They took me in at 8pm right at closing (sunday) and were happy to take my order, and give me directions to the nearest local area (I was kind of lost and new to the area). THE FOOD WAS AMAZING TOO!! order the chicken BBQ sandwich; you won't be disappointed! Thanks to the guy with the green LA ball cap!!!

I have eaten at Eddie's since they first opened. I was quite disappointed when I recently got fries. I noticed that they had changed. They were thin and it looked like they had some kind of batter on them and they had a fake and chemical taste to them. I prefer their old french fries because they were like real potatoes and they were thicker and they didn't taste funny.

I can already tell they don't clean their fryers. These have got to be the most disgusting sweet potato fries. I also ordered a chicken Caeser salad and these idiots gave me ranch dressing. Food is way over priced and you don't even get quality food.

Food CAN be good sometimes. But the workers hold little weird grudges against people for what they order and how long they stay. Take it from a lip reader, not bringing my family or friends to either locations anymore. Tired of wasting money for mediocre options
