Cameriera molto scortese, dopo che la brioche era gommosa e ancora congelata dentro, ci ha fatto attendere sino a quando le granite si sono sciolte portandomi un altra brioche nella stessa condizione…

Tutto sommato bella la location seduti fuori ed ammirare la via centrale di Venaria.. mentre ero seduta al tavolino arriva il cameriere fa cadere dal piattino dei pezzi di tramezzino sul tavolo, senza farsi problemi li raccoglie con le mani e me lo rimette nel piattino, lo trovato poco professionale.. non ci tornerò più..

Cameriera molto scortese, dopo che la brioche era gommosa e ancora congelata dentro, ci ha fatto attendere sino a quando le granite si sono sciolte portandomi un altra brioche nella stessa condizione della prima, servendola con un TIENI, lanciandola sul tavolo, senza nemmeno scusarsi. Al momento di pagare il conto faccio presente la cosa senza nemmeno mangiare la seconda brioche chiedo di togliere le brioches dal conto, a quel punto la cameriera aumenta il conto facendomi pagare anche le 2 brioche mai mangiate. TERRIBILI, LO SCONSIGLIO. 👇 PS. Rispondo al proprietario tramite la mia recensione visto che non è possibile rispondere direttamente alla sua risposta. Innanzitutto il/la bugiardo/a è lei, visto che non ho ricevuto nemmeno una scusa, seconda cosa non ho mai urlato e offeso il personale e tantomeno i clienti. Sono andato anche via salutandovi senza ricevere una risposta. Comunque, contento/a lei che mi dà del bugiardo contenti tutti! A me non cambia niente, l' importante che sta bene lei con la sua coscienza. E stia tranquillo/a che non metterò più piede li dentro, non si preoccupi per questo, non c'è bisogno che me lo dice lei. Purtroppo quando uno non sa lavorare e si arrangia è così. Ovviamente per pararvi il fondoschiena e non perdere clienti dovete per forza dare la colpa ai clienti dicendo che sono bugiardi e maleducati, io non devo pararmi il fondoschiena da niente visto che il bar non è mio e non perdo nessun cliente per fortuna. Perché dovrei mentire? Per quale motivo? Il servizio è stato davvero pessimo e le brioches erano congelate e gommose. Fosse stato il contrario non avrei scritto una recensione negativa, e vi avrei messo 5 stelle. Buona giornata, "buon lavoro" e buona fortuna per il vostro business.

Brutta esperienza.Volevamo fare aperitivo un sabato alle 12.30 circa ma hanno portato solo i drink dicendi con no avevano cibo,poi se ne sono usciti dalla cucina con tramezzini e piadine.hHo chiesto informazioni su un cocktail e la cameriera mi ha risposto in malo modo... Forse io cambierei modo di rapportarmi con io clienti

Personale scortese e poco attento alle esigenze del cliente. Oggi mi sono seduto con la mia compagna nei tavolini di fronte alla vetrata al sole e istintivamente ho abbassato la tendina semiombreggiante. Dopo pochissimo arriva la titolare ringraziandomi per averla abbassata (ironicamente) perché era rotta senza tranquillizzarmi in nessun modo per l'accaduto ma solo facendomi sentire in colpa. Alla fine della colazione esco, le dico che secondo me non è giusto trattare dei clienti così. Lei mi risponde che devo tenermi le mani al mio posto. Già prima respiravo una brutta aria all'interno di questo posto ora non andremo mai più !

Entering this bar on a Sunday morning is like crossing the threshold of a place where courtesy has been banished. You're greeted by annoyed looks, curt words, and listless gestures. The barista at the counter takes your order as if you're ruining her day, and serves you coffee with the grace of someone punishing you. The result? A bitter-tasting espresso, not because of the bean: because of the atmosphere. It's disconcerting that those who choose to work with the public ignore the value of a smile or a kind tone. A bar should warm the morning, not chill it. Rather than return, I'd really rather die of thirst.

Rude and impolite staff. The blonde bartender is incredibly rude, impatient, and downright impolite. When you ask her about the products on the menu, she gets impatient, even leaving dirty glasses from previous customers on the table I was at. I wouldn't recommend this bar to anyone; there are definitely better ones, and above all, with much more polite and kind staff. Being so rude probably means they don't care about money; if this continues, they'll definitely lose customers!

I went in to order and no one wanted to take my order. After a few minutes of being inside the place, they told me to sit down so they could come and take my order. When the bartender arrived, looking annoyed, while my friend was choosing what to have (and asking questions), the bartender left saying "oh well, I'll come later." I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to arrive. The staff was very rude and ill-mannered.

I had to put a star out of necessity ... The rudeness of the staff at the tables outside the premises is nothing short of indecent! Poor quality products ... absent smile ... probably they don't need the money! Equally people near me complained about the rudeness ... However, it should be crossed out, at least for me. I would like to remind the owner with great respect that the customer must be treated well!

On Sunday afternoon we spent €10.50 for a good piadina, a 20cl drink, and a tiny glass of coffee cream. I've never had such a small drink and coffee creamer and paid for them as much as a 33cl can and such a small amount of creamer.

A few minutes ago I had lunch at Bar Roma. The manager, owner, or employee is constantly on his cell phone. Piadina with prosciutto, salty, inedible, little sandwiches, bahhhh... Kitchen area for preparing sandwiches and piadinas, the steel counter full of cleaning products... Zero rating!
