Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Best tacos I’ve ever had, maybe even the best meal I’ve ever had. Horchata was the cherry on top.
Simply the best, most authentic, Mexican food in the entire southern part of California. Yes of course Venice is nice and so is the atmosphere, but you must stop here to have the best Carnitas dish ever.
Don't sleep on this restaurant! Food was made to perfection! Very cozy atmosphere with polite staff. Food is great, pricing is more than fair and you are also only within walking distance from the beach. I wish I'd known about this place sooner. I will plan to be back.
Everything was so good that I’m looking forward to coming back to LA. The lady working there was super friendly and helpful. The food is authentic Mexican food, I will never forget how flavourful those tacos are.
The beans are without Manteca, that's why I ordered bean burrito, it was great. With guacamole and raw onion... Nice staff. Fast and efficient.
Francisco was our server and made our meal so special. Honestly it’s better if you just go up and order at the counter and pay at the counter, it’s very chill. The food is amazing, the Camaron ceviche is great and the fish soup is so good too! Rice and beans are made with white beans but they’re so good also. It’s not fancy but everyone is happy you’re there and good to chat to. The michelada with camaron was AMAZING. so good.
Wow! This was our first time here. Home cooked delicious michoacan dishes! The seafood mixto with Octopus, Shrimp and avocado was super fresh! Margaritas are big with spicy rim and tasty!. Definitely will return again
Best authentic carne asada tacos in Venice. I ordered take out on my way back from the beach and they were ready in less than 15 mins. Price was super inexpensive as well. They had a special, buy one get one free for tacos at the time and the portions were huge. I added cheese on mine but these was more than enough flavor. Highly recommend.
Fantastic spot parking may be a little tricky but the food is absolutely worth it and the prices are really low the waitresses all of them were extremely nice we were checked on regularly and our drinks were refilled without even asking how highly is just the spot the food is amazinggggggg

We ordered chile relleno and huevos rancheros . That hit the spot, so good!
Great, affordable food, prepared and served with care, with is sadly rare these days. The prices were very reasonable, and there are a couple of cute seating areas. All around, a great experience.
Had the Jr Burrito. Delicious! Great service!
3.5/10 Menu is a bit confusing, service is fast, food is pretty affordable. The best thing here is the complimentary chips and salsa they give in the beginning. The wet burrito doesn’t use real guacamole which is disappointing. And the rice inside is mushy and wet, and the chicken is under seasoned and dry. But it’s also not the worst I’ve ever had.
Good selection of basic Mexican food, lot of variety. Tasty food, OK drink selection. Helpful servers, but service can be a bit slow. Consistent quality, although I think the ones in the south bay probably have slightly better tasting dishes. Parking can be a bit of a problem here at peak times when the weather is nice
Food was great. Price was great. Only gave a four star because service could’ve been a little better. But other than that. I recommend
Love the salsa. Fish tacos were delicious. The deluxe chicken burrito was pretty good but not as good as the one I got at their rosecran location. The lady at the counter was a little salty.

Cashier/server not pleasant.....didn't hand me menu, she just placed it on the next table almost behind me, I didn't even see it till I turned around looking for her.... then I had to get up to give her my order.....

I was craving Mexican Food and we came across this place and liked that it had outdoor seating. Parking unavailability definitely took away from our experience. I ended up ordering the food to go and just called for me to be picked up when it was ready. The wait was a good 30 minutes after I ordered and I'm not sure why it took so long. It was not really that crowded...I was a bit disappointed with the "chips". They were actually whole corn tortillas, not Tortilla Chips. And, they were really hard by the time we got to eat them. The entrees were good, but, cold by the time we got back to our room. I think if the parking situation were better, we would have enjoyed our experience a lot better.
The whole thing was 3 stars, our Steak & Shrimp plate was not that well seasoned like the Mexican restaurants we are accustomed to go in the East coast. Some parts of the steak were undercooked… paid street parking.

I came here with the family, and it was ok. I know it was pretty busy because it was Mother's Day, but I would rather come on a day if it's not busy. The food was not great. The shrimp smelled and tasted, almost spoiled, and meat overcooked the rice 🍚 and beans 🫘 were good the carnitas. Tacos 🌮 was drenched in oil. It's my first time here, maybe someday I'll give it another chance when it's not busy

We were disappointed that they changed the price on us. The menu had $13 for two eggs breakfast but the bill was for $18. When I asked about it the lady said "that's the morning price, afternoon price is different". I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked her which menu was the one that had $18 and she didn't show me it listed anywhere, just muttered that's the price and gave me a "shut up and just pay" look. So disappointed.
My first time in LA, I was told that the Mexican food here was amazing. Nope. The food was horrible. I was expecting some cool or exotic flavoring. I ordered the Shrimp Quesadilla and couldn't taste anything. The food was bland, no taste, no seasoning. It all tasted the same and that taste was not good. Couldn't even finish it. Ending up spitting out my last bite and left 1/3 of at uneaten because it was nasty. The bathroom was dirty with graffiti all over the walls. Go ahead and pass on by this one of you're in the area
