Un’esperienza davvero impeccabile. Impronta è un ristorante raffinato ma accogliente, con un servizio attento, gentile e mai invadente. L’atmosfera è curata nei dettagli, perfetta per una cena tranquilla lontano dal caos turistico. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: dalla qualità delle materie prime alla presentazione, passando per la cura nella selezione dei vini. Si percepisce una grande attenzione al cliente e una passione autentica per la cucina. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un angolo elegante e autentico a Venezia, dove sentirsi accolti e gustare un pasto memorabile.

Sono stato a cena e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente ed elegante, con un perfetto equilibrio tra raffinatezza e calore. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e attento! Il menù offre una selezione di piatti curati nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschissimi e di alta qualità. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, consiglio!!

Non posso che dare 5 stelle! Locale piccolino e con tavoli vicini, ma nonostante ciò molto intimo e riservato, probabilmente serve prenotazione. Il personale è stato professionale e molto cordiale; ci hanno anche offerto un piatto a causa di un disguido nell'ordinazione, inaspettato ma veramente gradito! E soprattutto abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Antipasto misto di qualità e primi di pesce incredibili: molto bilanciati e saporiti. Veloci anche nel servizio. Esperienza che veramente ricorderemo!

Personale davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre attento a farti sentire a tuo agio. Il cibo è fresco e delizioso, si sente la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione. Grande attenzione ai minimi dettagli, dal servizio alla presentazione dei piatti. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!

La cucina é un viaggio nei sapori italiani che non hai mai provato prima! Piatti unici della tradizione italiana con un tocco gourmet. Qualsiasi piatto tu scelga dal menù è delizioso ma anche super ricercato. Il servizio è impeccabile!! Ragazzi giovani e molto professionali. Bravissimi !! 👏

As a tourist, we had a very satisfying food and service. Last night, we were passing by this place and the atmosphere grabbed my eyes. Today, we decided to visit the place for lunch instead of a restaurant selected by research prior to the trip. Both of our menu were better than any other pasta then I had so far. Never had a shrimp tender and soft like white bread as much. Tiramisu was also very good.

We got the burrata, the black cuttlefish saffron pasta, and the tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert. All were phenomenal! Great ambiance, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us complimentary limoncello. You must stop by here if you’re staying in Venice :). We will come here again during our next visit for sure !

After traveling all over the world and experiencing many different restaurants this restaurant meet above standards and deserves a 5/5 rating. The food was spectacular and some of the best pasta I have ever had in the world. This is my second favorite food in the world. I could not recommend this place more for the price and quality of the dishes.

Amazing experience here! I highly recommend it. We had wonderful timely service by the wait staff. The drinks were great (old fashion, whiskey sour and cosmo) and all the food we tried was so good (the ravioli, the larded beef and the pasta was all so good). Also, the tuna tartare was really great.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. We are visiting from the US and the restaurant was recommended by the owners of our hotel. Their menu is delectable and everything is fresh & hand crafted. I highly recommend the mixed fish appetizer, it was phenomenal. I had the ricotta ravioli and my husband had the black ink tagliatelle. We finished with the carpaccio pineapple dish and a complimentary tiramisu. We were stuffed by the end however the dishes were so good, we had to finish! This is a must try. Nikola was the most polite, patient and knowledgeable server - be sure to ask for him!

Good restaurant. I start with the negative - the most boring seafood squid ink pasta I’ve ever had. Fresh pasta and … nothing else to talk about. 2 out of 5. Veal cheeks dish is spectacular. 5 out of 5. Perfect service. All wine and digestive recommendations were very reasonable.

We had dinner here and everything was amazing. The black thin tagliatelle with seafood sauce and the baked sea bass were both super tasty and perfectly cooked. The tiramisu was heavenly and honestly one of the best we have ever had. I also tried the grapefruit spritz, which was smooth and really refreshing. The place has a nice cozy vibe and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our meal at Impronta. Tuna tartare, lobster pasta, ravioli were all excellent. Our kind server even offered us an extra pasta for us to have a taste as I have asked about it during the ordering. We even ended our meal with pork chops. Pork chops were tenderly cooked, despite expecting normal “fries”, their version of crispy potato was indeed a better fit for the dish itself. We lost a point in food because we really didn’t like the cod fish appetizer with onion ice cream. However, it’s likely more a personal preference than anything else.

As an extra treat on our trip to Venice, my partner and I booked a table at Impronta Restaurant, and it was a holiday highlight! Each course was as spectacular as the last, and I would find it hard to pick a favourite. My starter was the Bufala Crudo e Pomodoro, then the Spaghettino Tartare for the main, and finishing with the Dolce Del Giorno. Mind blown by how delicious the food was. Great pairing of wine too!! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive during our visit. A must if you are visiting Venice.

Heard a lot of great reviews for this spot so had to try it myself. My friend and I ordered the duck gnocchi and the sea bass; both were very fresh and tasted amazing! Very high quality ingredients and both the gnocchi and sea bass were cooked to perfection, melting upon each bite. The waiter, despite us declining dessert offered us a free tiramisu on the house. 10/10 would recommend and will come back if I return to Venice!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was truly delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the mixed fried fish, which was perfectly cooked, crispy, and very fresh. To go with it, I had a glass of prosecco that was light and refreshing, pairing really well with the seafood. For dessert, I tried both the tiramisu and the panna cotta. The tiramisu was rich and creamy, full of authentic taste, and the panna cotta was absolutely amazing - so smooth and delicate. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a really enjoyable evening, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and a cozy dining experience.

Everything was amazing. Food was exceptional and mouth watering. Even being full, I’m still dreaming of those first bites. My husband got the sea bass while I got the veal. Veal was so tender and perfect amount of flavor. Service was very attentive and we even got a free dessert to try as it was our servers favorite ❤️ best place we’ve eaten in Venice so far!!! This is the most satisfying meal I’ve had in Venice. The salmon starter is refreshing. The fried seafood is delicious and fresh. The thin tagliatelle is amazingly good. The sauce isn’t the traditional pasta sauce though. The waiter who served me is kind, polite and patient. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a lovely dining experience at Impronta. The gluten-free fish appetizer was beautiful! One of my favorite dishes ever. The gf pasta dishes were delicious but very salty. The pasta with cuttlefish in black ink was so salty that I wasn’t sure if it was a mistake or the nature of the dish. The panna cotta was simple and elegant. It was a wonderful atmosphere with great service. I would definitely return, but I’d avoid the pasta due to salt.

A little upscale restaurant in the area where you can sit nicely to enjoy the beautiful and tasteful dishes. The prices are €10 to €20 higher than others locally. The portions are small so some of us ate 2 courses. The sea bass wasn't cooked enough so it taste very fishy. Other that, everything else was good.
