Heavily crowded by staffs helped to serve in as fast as they can. Suggested to place in online orders if possible. Drive thru crowded from 8am-11am and they serve impossible sandwich. Had wide parking space with accessibility parking #HappyDining

This is our go to Starbucks. The standard stays the same every day. The pumpkin cream cold brew is my Pregnant wife’s favorite and she would only prefer it at this shop. Hopefully it becomes the permanent feature in the Menu. The staff is also super friendly at this store. The only drawback with this location is it is always busy and the drive thru lines are crazy long, which is the reason why I always order in the store.
Went with my son and wife. I prepped him on his Swedish class homework as he's auditing Swedish at UT this term.. I'm supporting my son and spending more time with him. Thankful to the Lord that he is doing well and we get to connect often. Try their new Pecan Oak Milk Latte, if you swing by. I love Pecan pie, and the flavor sets my brain up for fall, football and family times.
The staff at this location were wonderful. I had a very large order I needed fulfilled. They were very sweet and work on my order very fast. 18 drinks in 10 minutes was impressive. Even more impressive was every drink was correct. Great service. Highly recommend this location
Starbucks - W. Braker Ln (Austin) When reviewing Starbucks locations worldwide, I focus on three key highlights. I've visited hundreds of locations, and 95% of the time, I spend over five hours sitting and observing my surroundings while working on personal tasks. The remaining 5% of the time, when I'm short on time, I grab a To-Go order. In both cases, I focus on what's nearby, the atmosphere, and the level of customer relations. Each location is unique, and while many start to blend together, a few truly stand out. One consistent observation is how much effort baristas put into the customer experience. Most go above and beyond, but there are a few locations where baristas simply go through the motions. Let's grab your favorite beverage and explore this location together. NEARBY: 5-Star Nearby, you have Q2 Stadium just across the street. It's located in a small shopping area. Other nearby places include a big PayPal and IBM building. As well as, Charles Schwab’s office building, with hotels around, including Element by Wyndham Hotel. AMBIENCE: 5-Star The building has a bright exterior with wood accents. Parking can be limited since it's shared with a small shopping area. There's a small patio with 11 chairs and 6 tables, and a decent-sized drive-thru. Inside, the space is clean and has a nice light-blue and cream color scheme. The merch shelf wraps around the corner wall, which is my personal favorite. The restrooms are unique, with keypad access, and the sink area is shared and gender-neutral. The To-Go Order counter is large, and there's a spacious waiting area. Seating is comfortable. Near the restrooms, there's a large table with 6 chairs. There's another large table with 6 chairs between the order and pickup counters. By the windows, you'll find 5 tables and 12 chairs for extra seating. A CUP OF PATRON CARE: 2-Star I came in to place a To-Go order. "Can I get a Casi Cielo coffee and do you have a Cheese Box?" The barista taking my order, rudely and carelessly replied, "Do you see any Cheese Boxes?" "No I don't." Rolling his eyes and sighing, "Then we don't. Let me go check in the back." After returning within a minute, "No we do not." "Do you have anything else that offers high protein options," I asked. He replied, "Go and order on your mobile app and see what we offer." Though I only placed a To-Go order, the experience could have been better. This barista didn't seem interested or caring. However, the other baristas I interacted with were much friendlier. Overall, I'd give this place a 4-star review. Most of the staff were caring, and the location is convenient with a clean, interesting space.
This location is convenient but it’s kind of tough to get in and out of the parking lot and drive thru. The layout of the entry and exit and the parking lot isn’t ideal for how busy it is in the morning. That being said the staff inside was nice, the space clean, and the drinks were all correct.
Great drive thru service! Everything tastes good always. Only not 5 stars cause they are literally always sold out of nearly all the food items. I work very close and no matter what time of day or day of the week, many things are sold out. I get it's a busy location but maybe they could have a bit more back stock of some of the more popular items. Still a great location though with a hardworking amazing staff!
I went through the drive thru and ordered my favorite drink in a venti (strawberry acai) and i came up to the window and they handed me a not so full venti strawberry acai refresher. I was in a hurry so i didnt have time to go back and tell them about it but im not satisfied with my purchase. I will not come back to this location.
We have ordered a peach juice green tea lemonade and received green tea lemonade. We wanted to get what we want but they have insisted on not doing it and wanted to charge us again. Why would you do that, i don’t understand.
I was driving a lot, and I was refused a cup of water unless I bought something?? Went down to a different Starbucks that was along my same route, "of course here you go!" The location seems fine and it definitely wasn't the baristas fault, they seemed really nice and were very apologetic about it, but that definitely feels like something some manager who hasn't worked with the public and hasn't had a desire to be casually kind and courteous in years came up with in order to boost sales or something. It feels in bad faith, and it leaves employees in the awkward position of refusing someone a simple request like water at risk of getting in trouble. Two stars for the people there being nice about it, but zero stars to whoever decided that lol
Before paying I showed my app for the stars but the lady whose manner was not nice did not scan my QR code and I did not get anything. I lost 132 stars because it was a special discount. I had to buy 4 meals in 4 days for +100 stars. This would have been my 2nd meal purchase in 4 days and that would have met the requirement. I'm a returning customer. According to the app, I've spent $700 at Starbucks in 8 months. They messed up our order because I got something completely different than what I ordered and they did not check the drink they gave us at the drive thru. They fixed the mistake and the girls who made the drinks were very nice but I did not get my points... This is a complete lack of attention and kindness. I work in this too but I never behave like this with customers
I have been trying for so long to not give this store their 1star review. They need to put a manager there who can do the job and keep their staff accountable. This is the slowest store that they have. I went to the store 10 mns later after the time that the app told me my order would be ready. I got there, I thought my food was ready and getting cold. They only made the drink and they have not yet started the sandwich. I added extra shots and my cup is still 3/4 full. I asked to cancel the sandwich because I am already late to work. She kept on telling me that She would refund me the next time. I left with no food and still didn’t got my money back. This is happening too much now for a manager or the store owner not to know or do something about it. They may need more staff mainly for the morning shifts but still more than 75% of the people working there are super slow. I observed them some mornings when I have to wait for my orders and you can see them looking busy but looking at their productivity, it is not as fast as they moving. They can turn with 1 cup in hand with nothing or three of them checking 1 order. Sometimes one of them standing there just to be asking people their names and ask you to wait. They need to do something about this!!!!
Ordered 2 of the new Winter drinks. Both of them tasted horrible. They did not come with anything the things they usually have. No sweetness. Mine was bitter and the other just tasted like plain coffee and creamer. Was our first time trying the new LTO. Came all the time for the fall ones, doesn’t look like we’ll be coming around for the winter drinks again. Waste of money
The man who answered the drive thru was rude and had a condescending tone. He barely could finish taking my order. Edit: this happen a year ago
Forget going the extra mile for the customer here…they can’t even give standard service. Was in the drive through with 2 other cars in front of me… pulled up to order myself and it was 9:57pm & they told me that they just stopped accepting orders. Pretty wild how this place closes and decides to stop accepting orders randomly before the time they actually close And I quote: “We just stopped accepting orders” “Ok but you’re open and you just took everyone else’s orders?” “Yes, and now we are no longer accepting orders” Great service guys!
This morning, I went to check if the new bear cup was still available, and when I asked the barista about it, she responded rudely. I don't understand how a simple question can make someone so upset. Please drink more coffee, but use less cream.
Can I ask why the passive aggressiveness? I ordered coffee from this location around the afternoon at the drive-through. During the ordering process, this specific barista was passive aggressive towards me for no reason. Her voice conveyed some sort of annoyance or attitude, almost like a vocal eye-roll. I was taken back at her passive aggressiveness. I did noticed that the barista who rung me up at the window was friendlier and her voice did not match on the speaker. However, there was another barista with headset and I was able to get her name,
I’m a regular Starbucks customer and usually have a great experience, but today’s visit through the drive-thru was really disappointing. I ordered a black tea with strawberry açaí base and strawberry inclusions, something I get often. Instead, I was given a plain strawberry açaí drink. When I asked if it had tea in it, the barista told me no and insisted I had only asked for strawberry açaí. She then told me, “Next time make sure you say black tea,” which was frustrating because I did specify that in my order. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. What made it worse was watching her pour out half the drink and just add tea to it, instead of remaking it properly. The final drink tasted watered down and only had a single strawberry inclusion — despite the extra charge for it. I’ve never had this kind of experience at Starbucks before, and it was disappointing, especially since I come here almost daily. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service moving forward.
I ordered coffee on the Starbucks app, but it didn't have any toppings or syrups I requested. And I already ordered it on the app, but they made us wait a pretty long.. They really don't care about customers at all 🥀🥀 I just wasted my money. Where are my toppings and syrups?
