Hey this place is pretty good. During peak lunch hour. Short wait, fresh food, what it it even better the order was correct. We have sent out for lunch here a few times now. Keep up the good work.

For there wher only two ppl working, my order was hot and correct. It was definitely worth the extra 5 min. Not only where they both cooking they where taking orders at the same time while delivering the food. They deserve 10 stars with a 40% tip!!!!!!!!

Ok. I slammed this place for soggy fries a couple of weeks ago...they have improved since I've been back...it's just that the drive-tnru is ALWAYS rather slow during peak times...on a regular basis...HELLO, it's called being prepared. My sister visits this location & she says the same thing. We both visit Sonic locations throughout DFW & this one is always slow. Why can't this little town location keep up? It's on a well traveled highway...tons of traffic, strange.

We got a large cheese tot and a medium ocean water. The cheese tots were fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious. The ocean water was made to perfection. The young lady was so friendly and sweet. This was our first time at this Sonic. We will definitely be back.

My 1st time trying the chicken fried steak burger wasn't all I expected but it was ok. Not saying I wouldn't order it again just saying it could have been better. Would I order it again, YES I would hoping it would be better than the 1st.

This place is in the middle of nowhere and thank goodness they were there. I was craving something cold and sweet like a great strawberry lemonade which was phenomenal. The staff there and the person on the speaker were very professional although couldn't hear them very well probably because of the big truck I was driving but they were patient with me and I ordered some great food from there and there was hot off the grill and very fresh. I will be doing further visits with them because I have a big job going on out there in Venus. Thank you again for the great service and I look forward to coming there again.

Best Sonic around! I live in Alvarado which is 10 minutes away from this particular location. There are 3 sonics within 10 miles from where I live as far as I know. This one has had the best service, most quality food, and speediest delivery to my car/drive through! I will be back. I prefer it to the closest location. The higher quality and service is worth the few extra minutes drive.

Stopped in just for a bite to eat. Carhop was friendly. Sent my card with her and she came back and said I wasn't authorized??? My account. So not sure what that meant. So I send her back with another card and she comes back with a smile and receipt this time!!! She never got upset just friendly. 5 stars in my book!!!!

I went there Saturday morning on 1-9-2016 and my order was absolutely perfect. I have never been happier with a fast food order. My bacon was cooked to perfection and my tots were fresh and crispy. Whoever made my toaster, thank you for making my day, it's not often that people can get my bacon perfectly crispy like that.

I love riding to this place on my bike, it's on a main intersection but has a quiet feel, especially after dark. The daughter and i always hang out and catch up, it's a great place.

I am not real sure what changes this place has made but it's working. Everyone I work with in venus hates this place because of bad food and horrible service. But I decided to give it a go today simply because it's been a while since I have eaten here. Drinks were awesome and the service was fast a friendly. Girl with the purple hair was awesome. Keep it up guys yall are on the right track.

My biggest complaint with this location it the stalls, i had to move twice due to one that was damaged and second was not working. We order in the stall and we did not have to wait long at all! The young lady was nice and quick. The food was hot and fresh we ate in the stall. We had not complaints on the service or food!

This place used to suck terribly. Used to go to Midlothian to avoid them, but since new management took place their quality has improved leaps and bounds. Whoever the manager is there now is doing amazing work. What a turnaround.

The blue haired woman at the drive thru wi dow is fantastic. She is always very polite and seems to enjoy her post. She has taken care of me on multiple visits and has a great attitude. Good job to her and whoever hired her. Customer service skills are wonderful. The 4 star rating, instead of 5 comes from this location being out of various items on a regular basis. Today it was route 44 cup lids. Lately seems like its either no more pickle fries or out of ranch for the chicken strips. Seems they have a sign out showing a shortage of something on a regular basis. One good thing is ive never been told their ice cream machine is "broken" like another major food chain is always saying. I call that a Mc NO ice cream today sir. This is a good sonic that i will continue to use regularly.

Pretty good, not great. Service was fast. Burgers have gone down hill, quite a bit. They need to improve on adding all "fix'ns" on the burger, as requested. Add what what is advertised & any extras the customer requests. Quit slapping it together, please. Cherry Coke was very good.

The wait was very long before getting to place the order. Then it took 20 minutes to get the order and before I left there was an order of tots missing. I pushed the button and held for another 5 minutes to tell someone I was missing an item. Then it took another 5 minutes to get what I was missing. They for sure need some help at this location but I am glad that someone did show up for work.

Got fresh tenders and extra sauce. Asked for fries with NO salt and still got cold soggy fries loaded with salt, and on top of that i am allergic to onions so asked to have the onion ring removed and it still was put in their!! Noticed after eating a fry lets hope i dont end up in the hospital (yes my allergy is that bad)

I've lived in Venus for about a year now and this location has gotten progressively worse. The food is usually good, but the service can be slow and I understand it's probably hard to find reliable staff but as a customer it's still frustrating. Also I would come much more often if the owners put a little more effort into the actual location. It really needs a remodel or at least a pressure washing and a new coat of paint.

On the on the second, I ordered a number seven foot long coney and a cheese burger light onions light mustard no mayo no pickles no ketchup. When I got home started to eat it the coney tasted burnt and I looked at it and both ends were burnt see the pic. The cheese burger had mayo and ketchup no onions and had pickles. I called to let them know immediately but was sent to VM. I called again today and spoke with a manager who took my order again. When I get to the window I'm told I don't get the combo just the coney and burger now what kinda of a burger is a burger no fries. My meal was ruined the first time they should have replaced the whole meal not just what they thought I should get. On top of that I get home again and the burger still has no onions.

Why are the stalls not open? Had to go thru drive thru, she spoke over me as I ordered. Got to the window and recd wrong drink size. They corrected this, but then as I drive off the tater tots taste like yesterday tots. SMH.. why can't a small town get it right .?

Took 10 mins to get food I ordered on the app. Drive thru was closed & when my order said it was being delivered it didnt get delivered. Then when I pushed the button to check on my food associate working there had a attitude with me. She said we are very busy & we will get my moble sonic order to me as soon as possible. Drinks are too sweet. Sugar tastes bad even if you only get a splash of sweet in an unsweet tea. Need a few healthier items. Asked for a banana to purchase on side because I wanted a small sunday with a banana. They would not sell me a banana by itself. I asked her if the had them & she said they did but not allowed to sell them. Always a bummer for me trying to watch my portions & balance my sweet treat with fruit to keep from eating what I shouldn't when I treat the family. They like the shakes & Sundays. So now if I go I have to just pass & go home & make my own. Not fun when they have what I'd buy but won't sell it. The night I wanted it I was craving ice cream & banana & local grocery was already closed. So now i avoid them or buy only minimally what fam wants & I go elsewhere for rest of food.

Ok late night but open. Ad sayvorder. Times got questioned bout shake like didn't sell. Got window no glove supervised wore remaking my shake (forgot Oreos for the new Oreo espresso) so the non supervisor could tasked payment no gloves and spoke English clearly supervisor. Ordered a frito buritto jr. and the charged me $2.65 instead of .99 cent they said they refunded my card the money yet it has not hit my bank, and that was on Dec. 2nd. I checked it today Dec. 4 th and still nothing. Talk about a rip off.

The last time i ate there last week i ordered a chicken slider. When i bit into it it was one big grizzle. Could not eat it. There has been several times I've eaten at the sonic in Venus Texas and either my food was cold or not edible. Most of the pull ins to order are out of order.

I asked for a Blue raspberry slush with cream. Any other place I ask for it, it’s a secret menu thing and it comes with ice cream I get here I get Cream and Blue coconut on top and the slush mix isn’t even mixed in. I had to mix it in myself and they didn’t want to remake it after I told them my problem with the drink.

I waited almost 25 minutes here for getting my breakfast. The carhops are inconsiderable and staff was very rude. I paid money was in the sonic order screen. When staff came with food told me to pay. I told her I paid already. She said no. Finally I showed it my credit card mobile app. Then she went inside the shop and verified for me. This needs to be corrected.

I pulled in for a large tater tots, it was pretty busy. Waited about 5 to 6 minutes after placing order. Tots were cold, sent back and received the wrong size. Sent back again got the correct size but they were also cold... should be fresh to order.

The food is eh. Whoever makes the burritos doesn't know how to roll one. I opened it up and it just fell apart. I also ordered ahead on the app and sat there longer then if I would have ordered when I pulled up. The screen said my order was on its way but everyone inside were just talking and joking around. My food was cold by the time I was able to eat it because it just sat there while they goofed around. This has happened on more then one occasion.

Normally it's a great place for a drinks. Food is good when I do eat but since coming out with the Texas footlong coney they have yet to keep the union sprinkles in stock and if what the car hop told me was true, they're usually out in 2 days times!!!!, they need to order way more onion sprinkles. And it's not just this Sonic it's the same in Ada.

The worse sonic ever!!!!! Stalls are never open and associates are rude and impatient when taking orders. You can finish telling them your order before the interrupt you with “anything else” and your like well after I finish saying what I want then I’ll tell you the rest.

No public restrooms so we had to drive across hwy, my burger literally fell apart in my hands as I picked it up from horrible dry bun, and service was very short and rude. My husband loves Sonic and said it was one of the worst he's been to. There's another 1 a few lights up, skip this one and go to the next.

They act like just because they are one of the only places in town to eat... especially being open until 10... that they don't have to try at all. Please push your employees to have some ethics. They still owe me 2$ for some onion rings i never got. 3/10 times the drive thru doesnt even repeat back my order. There was a nice young emo cashier once, she was cool - she made sure the order was right. She complimented my hair. Pay her more.

Unless you are a friend to the workers here, you'll be waiting a while. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper. A little after I place my order, a Honda pilot pulls in next to me and orders a shake. They get theirs before me while multiple workers are out talking to them. I called back in and they said they'd get it right out. Nothing. So call back in and ask for a MOD. All the MOD said was sorry she'd get it right out. Within seconds the original guy that took my order (and was one of the people hanging out at Honda pilot) brought me my drink and a casino coin that says free drink. Seriously? No excuses Sonic!

Worst experience from a sonic. Ordered a small order of wings. They took about 20min. The girl came with the wrong order. Waited another ten minutes. I get home open the bag and there is wing sauce everywhere. Wings fell out of the bag. Never coming back here. Seems like all the fast food places in Venus do not care about customers or quality of food. Just skip this town and go to Alvarado or Midlothian.

I could list the many times I have come to this sonic and recieved terrible service, had my order wrong, had to wait over half an hour for my food(drive thru or not) or had to call the service number due to a bad experience and was offered a credit. But I wont. I live right down the street and there have been just way too many occurances. It isn't worth the experience. I feel bad for the people who are just passing through, thinking they will have a regular sonic experience. Good luck guys!

Horrible place.. The manager Jennifer is extremely rude, not to mention a thief. They pretended the Credit card machine was out of order after they ran the card. They then took cash from us knowing we were in a hurry. So by the time we checked the bank account we were gone. I immediately called and her response " well you can come back and get your cash." We live more than 2 hours away. I then asked for the owners name and she refused to give it out. I then asked her to mail a check and she said no.. I have never heard of a place not giving out the owners name... Very deceptive and sneaky... They prey on people passing through!!!

We ordered our food l belive it was all the hot dogs you could eat. Well they brought 4 out.and ordered more this was Round 6pm they had aready sold out. And the girl said she was so sorry. My husband told her your mgr needs to be fired and some one with a brain to think should be replaceing that person. We never went back to that sonic, in the small town where we lived.

This Sonic is VERY unprofessional. Tell me why my car hop was inappropriate. She pronounced my name wrong and laughed, and was rude. I did NOT leave a tip. The meat on my burger was very dry and flacid, with little flavor, even when Mrs. McCaulkiner took a bite, she spit it out and she loves meat. The meat Mrs. McCaulkiner’s devoured was VERY slimy and wet. This is uncalled for and I devote this to poor management!

We live close by and go there quite often. The workers are quite slow. Food is sub par we usually stop for ice or a slushy but today i decided to have the iced coffee it was disgusting the cream or milk or whatever they used was rotten i will not get anything else from there ever. That store needs new managment baaaaddd

This sonic is the worst, i plapce my order and they dont seem to ever get it right. They only have a drive through, so you order then go park at a stall and eat. Seems like they are just to lazy to take it to your car. Maybe if they would repeat your order to you or show you on a screen they might get it right.

I ordered 1 large sweet tea, 1 medium sweet and 1 large Dr Pepper. I then pull up to the window and get completely ignored why the 2 young ladies carry on a conversation. Very poor service and the place wasn't even busy. I'm a regular home town customer. Thanks Venus Sonic 😡

Jennifer the manager has no customer service skills. I called to let them know that my corn dog and fries were dry and burnt! She did not have proper training to serve me, but yet argue with me for a refund. I hope the store manager takes this into consideration how she treats customers. I will no longer be a regular customer at this location. It is sad to see a small town location with no hospitality.

My drink headquarters and always the best. Ok so I need to change this because if you have a mobile app and you set a pick up time and we sit and wait for 15 minutes and then we order 3 44 oz drinks and they didn't have 44 oz cups and the price difference is 6 cents? Won't go back to this sonic

I am saddened to say the strawberry shake I ordered did not live up to my expectations. It wasn't cold and it seemed to have more Cool Whip in it than strawberry shake. I really love a good shake. This one was not up to Sonic's standards.

The food is horrible quality! The corn dog my son got was raw and doughy. My hamburger patty was old, burnt on the outside, pink in the middle. Even the shake my daughter got was disgusting. It was curdled. We were on our way to baseball games and simply threw it all away. Huge waste of 35 bucks. I will say that the young girl who brought our order out was super nice though.

This sonic sucks its because I asked them 2 time for a cup of vanilla with chocolate on top and I said a chocolate sundae so don’t come to this sonic ever 👌👌 because they got my sundae wrong they just put chocolate in it just straight up chocolate!!!!!

The manager Angel is very rude I was very nice and calm if she ask could I turn my car off I would have. The two truck behind me was louder then my car. When I got to the window I was make sure the chicken sandwich had lettuce and tomato she pop off with the attitude I got it for you. Then when I call to the store I ask to speak to the manager she pop off I’m the manager and was like you are very rude to me and I was like no I was not you have terrible manager service I drive all the way from waxahachie tx to this sonic because all the only one that have great soda and food but y’all really need to get a better manager then Angel.

Slowest Sonic I have ever been to!! I waited for 10 minutes for a drink (I will never do that’s again!!). Instead of bringing it out to me the employees just looked at me and continued talking until the order for the car in front of me was done. I was use about to drive off when the car in front of me received their order so I could pull up. Lazy employees and lesson learned for me, keep on driving to the next Sonic.

Worst location I've been to.. Waited twenty minutes before they ame out and told me they didn't have tortillas for my burrito.. So I got something else.. Waited some more and when I got my food, the burger was wrong. I pressed the red button several times and nobody ever picked up. I had to go through the drive through and wait some more for them to fix it.

Walked there because it was behind motel. Sat in heat for 2 drinks 15 minutes while the drive thru served several customers. I pushed the button. Asked where my drinks were. Girl comes out as we are walking away with NO DRINKS telling me they will make them!!!!! NO MA'AM!!! THANK YOU!! WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY SONIC EVER!! FOOD SUCKS ANYWAY NOW YOU CAN'T GET A DRINK IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES???

I really do try to give places a chance to fix things but after several attempts and continued dissatisfaction this will absolutely be the last time I'm ever at this sonic location. From past experience food is mediocre if even made correctly, and then this morning after the car hop took out trash and then came back in to make our a drinks without handwashing or changing gloves due to her co workers arguing instead of helping her I refuse to go back.

I asked for a 6 piece buffalo wings. I come back home to some regular ass basic wings. & she still has the nerve to ask what size & flavor after I just specifically told her what I wanted. How hard is it to do that? I don't understand how you can mess up on a simple order. As for anyone else visiting this place, check your food to make sure they have it right.

They treat carhops like they expendable. I know because I use to be one. I was a hard worker. I tried to be polite and nice to anyone. They fired me because I took time off when my grandmother fell ill and was on her deathbed. I recommend NEVER coming here, there are so many more bad reviews then there are good ones.

Do not stop here! If it were free it’s still over priced. I’m not sure if the equipment is bad or the staff is under trained. I attempted to order through the drive through. I had to repeat the order multiple times and very slowly. I finally pulled up to the window and they told me I would need to pull around to place my order. I ordered 2 kids cheese burger meals (meat and cheese only) and water for the drink… both burgers were wrong in different ways. I then pay with cash and have to wait for my change. My total visit was an hour. Please close this establishment!!

I don't blame the employees for lack of service here lately, I blame the manager that spends her time on her cell phone and chatting with random people going through the drive-thru instead of training her employees in service. Slow service, incorrect orders, over or under cooked food much too frequently. I question if they even clean the store properly or clean the grill.

Very..Very..Very..VERY...Slow service. When you push the button for service it takes entirely too long for someone to greet you to take your order. Multiple stalls don't even work. Waited so long for someone to take our order one day that we had to call and let someone know inside that we had been sitting at the stall for 10 minutes without help. They came out to take our order and when we got home the order was still WRONG. Ordered a Texas Toast hamburger and received one with the regular bun. The prior time ordered a chicken sandwich and received a GRILLED chicken sandwich. Literally the only reason we return is because it is 1 of 3 places to grab fast food at in Venus. This place needs better management or employees that care enough to help you or at least get your order correct. I hate to be so negative so here is one positive..Happy Hour Drinks! :D

I went to Sonic today on my lunch They we’re not busy at all. So I received my order in a timely manner which was great!! BUT the food is HORRIBLE! My tater tots are cold and gross. Grease is on the inside of the container they came in just a pool at the bottom. The burger I got is ridiculous. The lettuce looks like it was taken from the bottom of the bin, the burger itself looks like someone tried to ball it up.. I mean seriously not busy they could’ve done a better job

As someone who has previously worked for Sonic, for over a year, none of staff at this location were doing what they're supposed to. Did not repeat any part of our order back at the drive through, and the screen was broken so we couldn't see it. She just gave us our total and turned the speaker off, when we pulled up to the window and asked if he could repeat our order back, he handed us the receipt and closed the window. When we finally got his attention and informed him of the two mistakes and handed him the receipt and my card he proceeded to run my card for original total. Then said he would have to charge for difference to fix it. That's fine I said, when he tried to run my card AGAIN for the difference my bank denied it because it was charged at the same place back to back.. never got any kind of apology from staff. Repeating the order back is in the job code, would have saved us the whole 30 minutes at the window trying to get our correct food.

The drive thru is always closed. Then the stalls are always down too. I always use the app so once I get there I cant even check in. I have pulled in back up 3 or 4 times to find stall then still end up having to use call button not app. The waitress was very nice and left good tip; not her problem.

My husband and I frequent this Sonic and usually it’s great! Tonight... not so much. We ordered a medium Sonic Blast and a medium Shark week Slush and at over 30 minutes after ordering and paying we had not received our items. The car next to us received their order of food and drinks before we did and ordered after us. It was not until after I had asked for an ETA did they say they were coming, thankfully my husbands blast was fine, but when they finally brought out or items the slush was completely melted and nothing but cold syrup. I completely understand they are most likely backed up and the drive thru was shut down due to what looked like an accident or vandalism, and there is a shortage of workers but we were very much looking forward to a treat and were disappointed. Hopefully we don’t have this experience again.

NEVER GO HERE. I ordered on the app ahead of time, IT WAS 20 MINS and no one came out to bring us anything. I click the button to tell the girl and she pops a attitude we’ll bring it out when we’re done. I wait another 5 mins. I finally get tired and ask for a REFUND and a manager to come out. We watched the cars next to us pull up and order and get there food and drinks quickly. And one stall had about three cars pull in order and out super quickly while we’re still waiting for our JUST DRINKS that we ordered a head of time. There was even one person who ordered the same amount of drinks and food but because one for the little girl workers knew who it was, they choose to do her order before mine. You ask for a MANAGER and they want to send another little girl out to tel us they are working on the refund. DONT PICK AND CHOOSE WHO YOU WANNA SERVE. And if your a manager be actual adult and come out instead of sending little girls to do YOUR JOB.

I've given this place too many chances. They are the slowest Sonic I've ever been to and they rarely get your food order correct. Today, we ordered drinks only. The person taking the order could not figure out what a frozen strawberry lemonade was, then sent a car hop out to ask who said "sorry, she couldn't hear you". We waited for 15-20 minutes for 8 drinks, only 2 were "speciality". Get it together, please.

Worse Sonic around. Listen I know their understaffed and all but it's like a little much. I use to work at another Sonic and we would get written up for making customers wait to long. I came here on my break once and ordered ahead and waited 25 min for 2 drinks and I still didn't get em. I ended up having to leave and never got a refund. I know their prob having employee trouble but I hope they can fix it an all. Only redeeming quality is the few employees they have are nice and I know their working their butt off.

Had two orders and it completely slipped my mind saying it was going to be two separate tickets. Out of nowhere some lady comes to the window and starts talking trash giving attitude saying clients need to mention it beforehand. I just yelled that it was mistake, she comes over to window and just throws my food with her attitude, I didn't catch her name but if you have such a bad time there just quit that job is not for you. Thanks to the lady cahier at the window she was a sweetheart and really nice about the whole misunderstanding

Hands down the WORST Sonic out there. Ordered breakfast for the family, 4 toaster sandwiches and every single one cold. They were super polite but food was definitely not made fresh or probably even same day. Don't waste your money. Disgusting.

It's funny that Goggle asked to how my experience was at this Sonic in Venus, Texas. I work at steel mill right up the street. It is very hot place to work so when I got off I was thirsty. So I pull up my app in the parking lot of said sonic so I can get a half price drink. Well woops the apps not working. Probably not a big deal ill ask someone if i can still get it half price. I was told that they cant do it because their manager is strict and they dont even have a button on the register anymore. Does the sound strange to anyone else. Its not the customer fault the apps not working. Is it just too much trouble for the manager to intervene, or is this a corprate issue? The profit margin on drinks is really high . Why are we paying movie theater prices on full price drinks a sonic anyway. Is the customer even right anymore. Hell do WE even MATTER? I cant be the only one.

Ordered two burritos and asked for extra cheese instead I got absolutely no cheese.the lady at the window was not very friendly either. Oh plus the dang restroom on the outside was locked and said not for public use. I can buy your food but not use your restroom. Had to go behind the dumpster to take care of buisness just to see that ALOT of others had done the same.smelled like straight urine. Just open the restrooms!!! I will not ever be back

Went thru drive thru, ordered a Large Limeade and a Large Cherry Limeade, got to window and waited, and waited, then a young lady asks for money , handed me my change then gave me a Cherry Limeade. I told her I had ordered 2 drinks, she started to argue then told me I needed to drive around and order it and wait in line again. I asked to speak with manager as that sounded kinda crazy. Manager came and told me to drive around and reorder, I was not asking for it free, told her just charge me and make drink, pretty easy to make drink. I said no thanks, I will leave a review about poor customer service, manager said go ahead, people say that all the time. For a drink!!!!

I would give negative stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru menu speaker for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, so I assumed it wasn’t working. Pulled up to the window and the jack wagon told us we didn’t wait long enough and had to go back around. Horrible service, sub par food from previous experiences. Going a little further down the road to Midlo or Alvarado is recommended.

Zero stars. *FOOD POISONING* *TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE* My family and i came up there around 9:30pm Friday night. 3 hot dogs. 2 with chili, 1 without. The jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks and fries. My daughter is the only one that didn’t eat the chili, poppers and moz sticks and she is completely fine. My boyfriend and i on the other hand are extremely ill since waking up around 7am this morning but i noticed in the middle of the night my body wasn’t right and my boyfriend actually had to get up and leave at 2:30am cause he was not feeling right. I called sonic about 5 minutes ago 12:30pm just to let them know the circumstances and to maybe throw that food away and the manager resulted into arguing with me saying I’d need a doctor to determine where i got it from but any smart person can do the process of elimination. She told me all the food is fresh at that time of night. Which the food wasn’t even hot when we got it and i specifically remember pointing that out to my boyfriend. She also told me i could’ve gotten it from anywhere, but funny thing is and i pointed out to her, that was my only meal yesterday. And how do both my boyfriend and I have the same symptoms? Throwing up, gut turning cramps, body aches, diarrhea, etc. i also missed work today because i physically cannot get out of bed. My boyfriend is also extremely ill. We have to cancel birthday plans as well. I told her I’m not even asking for compensation I’m just letting you know so you’re all aware and she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to call back and they won’t answer my call. I was not rude, just informative and instead of having any type of sympathy, I’m told I don’t know what I’m talking about and hung up on!?? Get real. I will be making a formal complaint with the city of Venus, Sonic and anywhere else i can only because of the interaction with what they have labeled a “manager”. and if i could make my way up there today, i would but unfortunately Sonic in Venus has given us food poisoning to the point we are bed ridden.

After spending $35 and 2 redos, three phone calls, and speaking to the manager, and drove amost 5 miles back 1 burger was still not as i ordered it. What kind of brain does it take to make this order correct: a hamburger no tomatoes (on to which they took the Tomatoes off of the burger rather than remaking the burger) and a cheeseburger light on the onions. My complete order was with the two hamburgers , three tots, 2 corndogs. A no brainer. They will not get it right if your order is different from the norm. They are simply not equipped to handle an order out of the norm. Let's not make it complicated for the simple minded okay. By the time we got one of the burgers right to rest of the food was cold! That was my first time to eat at that location and definitely will be my last. The only reason I gave a one start was because I'm not allowed to give zero stars.

My wife and myself and our child drive to sonic to each get a meal. When we got home mine was wrong. They had put mayo, lettuce and tomato in a chillie cheese burger. I tried to call several times but only got the automated service so I drove up to sonic with my food. A young man came out to see my food and said that he was sorry and the cook didn’t know how to make it. Ok fine, let’s fix it. He said he would replace the burger. I said there are chillin cheese fries in the bag as well. He stammered at that as if there was an issue. He asked if they were wrong too. I said no they are not but it’s a meal and I’d like to eat it all together fresh. He agreed but when I asked for the soda to be replaced he said not without the cup. I told him I dropped the cup and it was broken and he said he couldn’t do anything without the cup. So I then had to drive all the way back home and return a third time with the broken cup I had to dig out of the trash. I definitely did not want food from them at this point. I felt I could very well expect my food to be spit in and I told him exactly that as I asked for my money back. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. My meal was flat out wrong and I had to argue just to get my money back. I own a local business myself and I would never treat my customers like that.

I thought they were closed today and now I wish they had been. What a bunch of disgusting people they employ. After waiting 20 minutes for two breakfast burritos and I was the only person there the nasty little girl asks if I want salsa. Yes I tell her. She hands me my bag w no salsa in it. I immediately looked to be sure and then said where's the salsa ??? She rolls her eyes and walked away. And not to get salsa So I honk the horn to get her attention. She just looks at me and keeps doing her thing. I open the drive thru window and ask where is my salsa? You just asked if I wanted some and I said yes so why did you walk away? This nasty thing opens a pack of salsa w her teeth and throws it at me into my truck. I went off on her. No respect for other people's property And the manager waddles to the window and locks it and starts cussing me! Not dealing w the brat employee. Unbelievable but par for the coarse. It all starts at the top so when you have trash like that for management you can't expect the employees to be any better. All of them running around the inside of this restaurant a d everyone has their ponytails a d hair going everywhere so just as well I threw away the food they prepared If this is the way they handle customers I really don't want to think about how they handle the food we order here. Stay away from this place. I see now why nobody is going to the Venus sonic anymore

THIS SONIC IN VENUS IS THE WORST OUT OF THEM ALL.. MY LETUCE WAS BROWN AND THE PATTY WAS DRY, THE FRYS WERE SOGGY AND ALSO BROWN LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN IN THE WARMER FOR HOURS. THE MANAGER ON SHIFT ( FEBRUARY 14, 2024 at 8 pm ) WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.. SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND THEN TOLD ME SHE WOULDNT REMAKE IT AGAIN, SO THEY BRING OUT A NEW ONE AND IT WAS WRONG HAD CHEESE ON IT WHEN IT CLEARLY SAID NO CHEESE. THE FRYS ARE LUKE WARM NOT HOT SO CLEARLY NOT FRESH.. I GUARANTEE YOU THERE FOOD DOES NOT GET TEMP CHECKED LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE IF IT DID IT WOULD FAIL. AND THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE. Go to a different sonic if you want even half way decent food. Avoid the Venus location
