Piatti di altissima qualità dall'inizio alla fine. La giardiniera dell'antipasto gustosa e particolare, i primi buonissimi e il dolce è la ciliegina sulla torta che conclude questo buonissimo pranzo tipico piemontese. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile.

Trattoria che offre cucina tipica piemontese di qualità. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti e tutto è fresco e davvero buono. Le porzioni sono generose. I prezzi sono in linea. La location l'ho trovata davvero bella! Bellissimo cortile pieno di piante e fiori dove si può consumare un pasto in piena serenità e nella natura! Mi è piaciuto davvero tanto. Il personale è tutto gentile cordiale e disponibile a ogni esigenza del cliente

Ho mangiato alla Trattoria Bercau a Verduno per due sere di fila e sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla qualità del cibo. Ho provato il vitello tonnato, i tajerin al tartufo bianco, gli agnolotti e la panna cotta e tutto era delizioso. Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento e l'atmosfera è molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria piemontese autentica.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia e disponibilità. Le ragazze del personale gentilissime e simpatiche. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli anche per un paio di posti in cui fare delle degustazioni. Il cibo era veramente ottimo; dall’antipasto al dolce è stato tutto impeccabile. Ambiente stupendo. Quando passeremo in zona ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ottimo ambiente e alta qualità. Devo ringraziare Gianni il proprietario, e chef, e tutta la sua brigata per avermi fatto sentire come a casa. Consiglio di provare in particolare le uova con fonduta e tartufo bianco, e la panna cotta al latte di capra. Ottima cantina con vini autoctoni.

Trattoria di alto livello. Gianni, il proprietario, è una persona cortese e affabile che accoglie i clienti come fossero amici di vecchia data. Il personale è preparato e gentile e pone molta attenzione alla cura dei clienti. Ho provato la battuta di fassona (squisita e che consiglio) e la frittura di porcini (porzione generosa e panatura perfetta). Da evidenziare anche la proposta dei vini, consigliati professionalmente da Ambra. Super consigliato!

Esperienza incredibile. La battuta di Fassona autentica, il poco condimento permette di assaporare al meglio la carne di ottima qualità, ottima porzione e rapporto qualità, quantità e prezzo, stessa cosa per quanto riguarda il vitello tonnato, cotto benissimo e la salsa molto delicata. Di primi abbiamo assaggiato i tagliolini al ragù e i plin. I plin un esplosione di sapori, l'impasto fine e perfetto. I tagliolini al ragù ottimi, l'impasto molto gustoso e il ragù ti fa sentire a casa. Inutile aggiungere ottima carta dei vini. Il servizio ottimo, veloci ma senza mettere fretta, il personale gentilissimo. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Great easy restaurant. The off menu dish of veal tongue on a bed of veggies were outstanding. Also their rabbit with gorgonzola I can highly recommend. Very fair prices! They make you feel right at home. Menu had English on them.

It's just a typical local restaurant with great rustic food and even greater wine selection, whole atmosphere is very homely and personal very attentive. It does not offer a "fine dining" but a dining that's is delicious and put a smile on your face.

Food absolutely phenomenal, Portions are generous without sacrificing quality. The staff is warm and passionate about what they do. It’s honest to its core, it comforts me in a way that reminds me of being 8 years old. The staff are so kind and aren’t forcing anything. The food is at the same time as legendary as it is humble. Blindly choose anything on the wine list and it will also blow your mind. Seriously 11/10

We had two dinners here (since the first was so good) while staying in Verduno, and all the dishes we ate both times were absolutely delicious. It was nice to see that even just 3 days later the menu was slightly different- always a good sign. My highlights were an incredible eggplant parma (one of the best I’ve had), a fried porcini mushroom dish, and Barolo poached pear. My husband said the ravioli al sugo di arrosto was unquestionably the best stuffed pasta he’d ever had. The tagarin al tartufo nero, roast lamb, selection of cheeses, and bonet dessert were also all solid. They also have a really exceptional selection of wines by the glass, which I really appreciated as I was the only one drinking so wasn’t up to delving into the bottle list. Great suggestions for amari & other after dinner drinks too. We were saved by the same lovely man both times (forgot to get his name) and his wonderful service really added to the experience! Highly recommend stopping in for a meal if you’re spending any time in Piemonte.

Honestly this was probably the best dining experience I have ever had. The food is unbelievable but the owner and staff really make this place special. We had our 5 month old baby with us and the waiter and owner (who also had a new baby) played with our baby while we ate the truffle course! We left feeling like family. We did the tasting menu and it was delicious, abundance of truffle and delicious well thought out dishes. Price point is good, portions are generous. A true family run but fine dining place. Thank you Dai Bercau giving us a place where fine dining and family can exist together.

As this restaurant was highly recommended to us we were a little bit disappointed. The staff was friendly but not highly skilled in terms of wine recommendations and wine serving (same waiter as in the Bottega del Gusto). The quality of the dishes was very good but the portion size in the degustation menu was far too big - we were almost full after the antipasti. Extraordinary good dolci - you definitely need to leave space for that.

Siamo stati qui per un compleanno: location molto bella e cibo eccellente, con un menù fisso a 43€ che includeva due antipasti, un primo e un secondo. Qualità prezzo adeguata a quanto mangiato. Perché solo 3 stelle ? La gestione e il servizio sono stati deludenti. Al momento della prenotazione ci hanno detto che ci fosse menù alla carta ( cosa che ci ha stranito visto il tot di persone) ma una volta arrivati, siamo stati praticamente obbligati a scegliere il menù fisso, cosa che ha creato disagio tra gli ospiti ( dopo un po è stato possibile far alcuni menù degustazione e alcuni alla carta, in modo da accontentare tutti). La cameriera che ci ha seguiti è stata trovata molto pesante e invadente, in più occasioni cercava di aumentare il numero delle bottiglie di vino da ordinare e poi altri interventi che ha fatto che hanno infastidito. Il cibo era ottimo, ma l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza. Io personalmente non tornerò.

Loud. We spent time for dinner here. There was high volume tecno like music from speakers and many foreign customers who were talking with really loud voice. Maybe they had some good wine during their meal. Otherwise the food, service and location were nice and it was a good restaurant. I liked that the tables were bigger than other local restaurants. I will go back there during the winter hoping that less loud customers.

The ambiance of this Restaurant is amazing and feels cozy . The food is average considering the price points . The tajarin al ragù was not upto mark at all May be a little too much sauce and a lot of oil compared to other places where I’ve eaten the same dish . Had a heart burn that night . The pork ribs were a little overcooked and hard to chew. Go if you must because your in that region as there are note May places to eat around Roddi. The Tajarin with Tartufo was not too bad , but could be better .

Visitato dopo anni circa un mese fa. Tovaglie e posate sporche, bicchieri dell' acqua unti e macchiati , calici diversi per ogni commensale seppur si stesse bevendo la stessa bottiglia. Attese infinite, urla di camerieri , piatti pieni di ditate unte, la salsa del tonnato era acida e acquosa. Gli altri piatti accettabili ma sicuramente non all' altezza della qualità proposta ad oggi in altre realtà nelle Langhe con prezzi sicuramente più corretti. Vini e piatti con ricarichi spropositati e sicuramente non giustificabili dal servizio. È stata una grande delusione tornare in questo posto dopo qualche anno . Era un' icona del buon cibo piemontese e un punto di riferimento per competenza e proposta di vini. Era. Purtroppo lo era e non lo è più . Ora sembra di più una caotica macchina per turisti . Di piemontese non vi è rimasto più nulla qui, nemmeno la gestione e il personale, e dispiace molto perché era un vero punto di riferimento per Verduno e per le Langhe tutte. Ne avevo parlato così bene ai miei amici che mi sono fatta una gran figuraccia a portarli qui. Non ci tornerò più.
