Food was good and reasonable price. dishes are around 15 euros which is “cheaper” than other restaurants. I don’t fully understand the bad reviews. We cam around 8:30 pm and managed to sit without a problem

Fresh sea food restaurant in Vernazza. The restaurant is easily crowded and the orders are handled by just two people at the restaurant. This means extra waiting time. We waited around 40 minutes for our food to arrive. It could be better if they have more staff. I ordered the fried anchovies and it was delicious 😋. I would recommend the restaurant for it's food 👌🏽

This place blew me away. I was on a bus and the driver suggested this stop. He told me to get the octopus BUT there are mussel traps all over the water and I love anything stuffed soooooooo I had to try it… and wow just wow 🤯 I loved this amazing meal, it was beyond belief. Additionally, the service was fantastic. We loved our server. I don’t know his name but he gave us great suggestions and honestly helped give us a great time. We sat outside and it was warm but you’re in the shade. If I could relive any moment of my life, it would be my time at this restaurant.

Delicious dinner and dessert! We had the gnocchi with meat sauce, trofie al pesto, and side of veggies (eggplant, peppers, zucchini, and carrots). Do not skip dessert! We shared the panna cotta with caramel and chocolate sauces. It was so good, we had to get seconds and even thirds! Friendly staff and atmosphere, left us alone except when needed. It is winter so it was quite empty. The bar was hopping with (I’m guessing) locals. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely go back!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia del servizio (curato e veloce) che del menù: le trofie al pesto erano molto saporite, lo stesso vale per il fritto misto (con pesce fresco di giornata). Il vino bianco della casa era ottimo. Prezzo molto soddisfacente, data la zona e la pozione nella principale via di Vernazza. Molto consigliato!

Ci siamo fermati per una pranzo, è metà febbraio quindi bassa stagione, questo era uno dei pochi ristoranti aperti. Ci hanno accolti con una grande ospitalità, il cameriere simpatico e gentile. Pesce fresco pescato (orata, calamari e acciughe) Se devo trovare un difetto porzioni piccole rispetto al prezzo. Consigliato per un pranzo veloce e di qualità.

Di passaggio a Vernazza ci siamo fermati per ora di pranzo presso questa Osteria nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria. Servizio relativamente veloce considerata l’alta affluenza di clienti. Una trentina di posti a sedere all’aperto lungo la strada. Abbiamo ordinato pasta con alici e si è rivelato essere un piatto molto gustoso. Prezzi nella norma considerando che ci si trova nelle Cinque Terre. Se si è in zona lo consiglio!

3.75/5 Il cibo é buono ma meno "casareccio" di dove lo si può mangiare in altri locali delle 5 terre, però il prezzo e buono, un po' sotto media rispetto ad altri locali di Vernazza ed il servizio comunque é stato cortese. Buono anche il vino della casa. Se volete mangiare qualcosa senza eccessive pretese e con un occhio di riguardo al conto finale, é una buona opzione.

Rude staff, do not waste your time and look for anote place. Food is just OK, but the staff is not welcoming, the gentleman that serve us was unfriendly and rude. Will never come back again!

L'osteria è adatta per un pasto veloce; è situata nel cuore di Vernazza vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La qualità del cibo è discreta: trofie al pesto buone, nella frittura di calamari invece erano presenti tracce di altro pesce fritto. Il personale è sbrigativo (probabilmente a causa della grande affluenza di turisti) e alle volte poco cortese. Il servizio è veloce, non abbiamo dovuto attendere a lungo. I bicchieri erano decisamente rovinati e presentavano numerosi strisci e segni di usura, decisamente non una bella presentazione. Gli spazi sono molto stretti, per chi ha le gambe lunghe oppure ha un fisico robusto è scomodo

we stopped at this place during afternoon wanting to have a few drinks, do the wine tasting and to get some starters to share. Unfortunately we were told (not very nicely) by the staff that unless every person orders at least one meal with the drinks we weren’t able to stay.. Which was a bit disappointing, especially as it was neither during lunch nor dinner time and most of the tables were empty anyways.. We ended up staying nevertheless and ordered food that we actually didn’t really wanted.. At least the food turned out to be really good which made up for the not so great experience in the beginning. If you want to have lunch or dinner it’s a nice place to go, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re just planning on some drinks or snacks.

We stopped here for lunch. My review should probably be higher but let me explain. This restaurant was one of only three places that charged my credit card in USD vs € out of all the restaurants/shops/etc while we were in Italy for 19 days! Yes I should have looked at the bill when I was there, but the server hands you the terminal and you add an optional gratuity and then he changes it. With only 3 occurrences out of many dozens it's difficult to remember to check every time. It's so cheesy that they do this, it only inflates their profit a couple of percent. Just be aware! Except for the bill issue, our waiter was very good and recommended a beer I had never had before. First time trying anchovies and everyone did like them. Certainly not anything like the taste that we knew from USA. The calamari was some of the best I've ever had. The seafood spaghetti was wonderful, the gnocchi with shrimps was ok (very few shrimp). Overall food was very good, just a little slow to arrive. But hey, patio table right in the middle of Vernazza! Perfect!

Fish was nice and fresh but I would not recommend the gnocchi with shrimp. Gnocchi is over cooked, tastes store bought and was not expecting langoustine instead of regular shrimp. Drinks are good but not the best. Service is good! Just can be slow. Nice to sit because it’s on the terrace

Food is good, service is decent. They added a charge for ½ liter of wine that we didn’t order and we were the only customers there so it’s not like we could have been confused with anyone else or another table. Common to have this happen in places like Cinque Terre that are super targeted to tourists. Look at your bill carefully - they took care of the problem immediately but can’t say it wasn’t intentional.

Esperienza non positiva. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto insufficiente. Cibo e preparazioni discutibili. I muscoli erano 7 e ripieni alla bella e meglio. Polpettine di pesce non male ma erano 4! Il cibo è arrivato prima del bere nonostante 3 richieste. Dopo pranzo siamo usciti a mangiare della focaccia lì vicino. Spiace sempre parlare male ma stavolta non ho dubbi.

The bread they brought us was stale( all other tables around us got a different type of bread), we told the waiter and he brought some new bread which was ok. The trofie pesto was very good. Sono stata in questo ristorante con mio marito, abbiamo preso due spaghetti allo scoglio. Ma avevano ben poco di scoglio, erano semplicemente conditi con d'olio e il pesce sopra, e che pesce, gamberetti neri. E il tutto ad un prezzo di 30 euro per due scogli, che se compro quello congelato al supermercato, è più saporito. Detto ciò non lo consiglio.

Delusione totale a Vernazza. Il baccalà marinato era immangiabile: un’acidità eccessiva, più aceto che pesce. Le trofie al pesto, tipiche della zona, servite in una pozzanghera d’olio per non dire il retrogusto amaro (l'unica cosa in cui quando fai il pesto devi fare attenzione ma loro non sono stati in grado a quanto pare): pesto rovinato, pesante e lontanissimo da quello che dovrebbe essere. Ho fatto notare la cosa al cameriere, che invece di scusarsi ha avuto pure il coraggio di prendermi in giro, dicendo che “al supermercato il pesto non fa così perché non usano olio buono”… una risposta ridicola, perché so bene (avendo studiato in alberghiero) che il vero pesto non è affogato nell’olio (fuoriuscita dell'olio e il tipico retrogusto solitamente è dato dal fatto che è riscaldato a fuoco diretto). Pessima esperienza, mai più.

3€ per una bottiglia d'acqua. Le cozze "ripiene" sono 7 (di numero) cozze cotte male con la pummarola ripiene col pane sciapo (16€). Gnocchi mediocri, fritto misto sciapo e coi totani... Fate prima a saltare la cena e fare colazione altrove.

Cibo pessimo, e il servizio trascurato da parte del cameriere. Infatti Non è adeguato al numero dei clienti presenti. Le trofie erano allagate nell'olio immangiabili idem per l'insalata di polpo , per non parlare dei calamari grigliati . Non ci ritornerò mai più nel vostro locale.

Pasta was Barilla, seafood not fresh, tomato sauce out of a box. Told the staff as much and was told, in not very pleasant terms, that we finished our plates, so it couldn't be so bad. Responded, also quite angrily, that for this price my family and I would at least eat our crappy meal, and that I didn't appreciate the sass on top of the horrible food. Go elsewhere.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER. STAY AWAY, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Pesto is the worst I’ve ever tasted, just spinach and cheese. I ordered an extra basket of bread, the waiter brought a single bread for a family of four and just because we didn’t eat it entirely as we got upset, he insulted us and swore in Italian. At the end, he l aggressively took the credit card machine from my hands as it wasn’t working properly.
