Always a good meal. Been there a few times. Affordable. Attentive staff. 2/1/20 What a perfect meal. Everything was great, from the meal to the prices. Staff is still very attentive, the place is very much affordable, and happy hour makes me feel happy. UPDATE: Still come here for authentic Mexican, still delivers a great experience. Consistency is the name of the game and they excel at it. UPDATE JANUARY 12: Never a regret. Want an outstanding meal..at an affordable price with above average service.. this is it! I highly recommend.👍👏

This is a restaurant we have had on "repeat" for years. The service is always friendly, prompt, and polite. The drinks are strong, and there is something for everyone. The food is consistently great, with the salsa being one of the best we have had in local restaurants. We have ordered various dishes, and all have been tasty, and it is that consistency is what keeps us coming back.

Absolutely recommend! Delicious food, great atmosphere, definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in Fl. I will be coming here more. They have so much pop of culture, beautiful color, and art throughout the restaurant. Lots of good seating areas. The flavor, sights, atmosphere, and hospitality take me back to the beautiful side of mexico. They also have a bar to sit and watch sports, and my sons favorite is the little train that goes around the ceiling. Did I mention the good hospitality! ☺️👏👏👏👏

Service was extraordinary and also the food was hot and very flavorful, they used sustainable food sources which REALLY enhanced the overall flavor of the food. Also the ambiance and style of the restaurant made you feel like you were in an actual Mexican kitchen in Mexico!! There is a full liquor bar here along with great servers that make sure you have everything you need as soon as you walk through the doors, also prices are very affordable so much so that you can bring a family here and dine comfortably with very generous portions! Definitely will return when we are in town again!!

Ay Jalisco decor evokes thoughts of south of the border and quaint Mexican cafes. The patio seating recalls a relaxing garden, however at times the road noise is rather loud. For more quiet, enjoy the climate controlled inside. I ordered Quesadillas, and they were very tasty, my friend also enjoyed her entree.

The bartender Manny was exceptional. He creates a great vibe every time I visit. He brings great energy, amazing service, and genuine care to every interaction. He’s the bartender who makes you want to come back. His drinks are fantastic, but it’s his attitude and warmth that truly make him stand out.

The best is the decor in this restaurant, textile galore… really pretty. The chips are awesome 🤩 but the salsa is just ‘ok’. The orchata drink was really good. Food overall was okay, the shredded fajitas were good 👍🏼.

First off, the food is FANTASTIC, so I do recommend trying this place, but I personally won't be returning. We went as a group of 4,I tried a little bit of everyone's food and it was all very good. The problem was the service for me. They brought me out the wrong food and had to go back and make what I actually ordered. By the time I got my actual meal, the rest of the table was pretty much finishing up theirs. I had maybe 2 bites before a different server came and asked if we wanted boxes, so I straight up didn't get to eat before we left. And it's even worse because even though 1-2 people were almost finished eating, everyone still had way more than half of their meal left. In no way did it LOOK like anyone is finished and nobody asked for boxes, there was no reason for any server to think we were done at that point. It felt like we were being rushed out the door. So while the rest of my group WILL return, my experience was really not good, I didn't even get to eat. So I will not be returning.

Got California Burrito and it didn't have any sour cream, chicken was very dry. Drinks never got refilled during the entire meal. Suggest going someplace else. Not very good.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible customer service, claim they’re open until 10 but they leave there phone off the hook so you can’t call after 9:30. How do you expect to run a business and make money? Please stop with the false advertising And let your loyal customers know the actual time your kitchen doesn’t feel like taking orders anymore. I won’t be returning to this location for that reason.
