Exceptional Dining Experience. I recently had the pleasure of dining at CooperTop Tavern in Vestal, NY, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food at CooperTop Tavern was truly exceptional. I was impressed by the variety of options on the menu, and the dishes we ordered were expertly prepared and presented. Each bite was flavorful and satisfying, and I appreciated the generous portion sizes. The service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Orders were taken promptly, and food was delivered quickly. The staff were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The tavern itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and added to the overall ambiance. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for patrons. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, service, and atmosphere in the Vestal area. We went there for dinner this past Saturday night so the place was absolutely PACKED, but we were seated within the stated time, so that was a big plus. We had the Bavarian pretzels and avocado egg rolls to start, and they were piping hot and very good. Our entrees were a French dip burger, fish tacos, and a black bean cheeseburger with roasted seasonal vegetables instead of fries. Gotta tell you, the fish tacos are enormous! Don't order this and expect the usual 3 little soft tacos: my wife needed our 18 year old son's help in finishing it! (It was too good to waste!) The French dip burger was also a hit, albeit a bit messy (can't be helped, considering) and the veggie burger was also surprisingly nicely done and presented. All our food was delicious and looked good on the plate. Prices were reasonable so absolutely no complaints there. I must say though, that the staff were uniformly relaxed, polite, and helpful- which was notable and a very pleasant surprise considering how amazingly busy the place was. As we were leaving, we made it a point to thank all the staff we had spoken to for presenting themselves so well. These folks are well trained and managed. So I can absolutely recommend the CopperTop Tavern to anyone in the Vestal/Johnson City/Binghamton area. Nice looking place, excellent food for reasonable prices, and outstanding people working the place
Amazing place! They handled our party of 38 quickly, professionally and with no issues when we needed to adjust start time or serving time. We were very impressed.

everything is amazing. Things on the must try list are the pistachio martini (dangerously good...I warned you), French onion fondue, truffle fries, and the chicken milanease. We have had the lucky opportunity to have the same waitress who is always a pleasure and on top of everything.
It's been a long time since I've had such great service! Our waiter Chris was attentive, engaging, prompt and anticipated the needs of our party of 5. Even the young man cleaning the table next to us said goodbye to us as we were leaving. We had a nice, relaxing evening.
The food here is consistently good and I haven't had a bad server. The beer selection is pretty solid, with a few local IPAs on tap each time I've visited. This place is a pretty good spot for a casual dinner or to catch a game at the bar.
This is our 4th trip here. Very consistent food and great service. The sausage bread appetizer is delicious. My only complaint, and it's a small one, they should give you more dipping sauce. We had to ask for more a couple of times and they charge you additional for this. Bang Bang Chicken is also delicious and we had the Swordfish special this time as well and it was incredible. Should be on the menu permanently! We go next door to Tully's for their amazing peanut butter pie.
Such a chill spot to grab a bite and relax. I love that they have a variety of options because we were struggling to decide what to eat, I knew CopperTop would have things we’d both enjoy. I ordered the newer steak and greens sandwich. It was delicious and juicy. I also got the Irish coffee, I’ve had it here before, they make it better than most of the local bars. Sara was our waitress, she was fantastic, very attentive. We also ordered the beignets, they were delicious.
Try the nachos - you won’t be disappointed. I stumbled upon this place while heading home from Syracuse. The service was beyond exceptional. Michaela, as everyone, was very attentive. My only regret is this isn’t closer to home! I can’t wait until I am able to return.
Where you start. This place was awesome. The stone fired wings are amazing if you haven't had them. They are covered in a house made sauce that is definitely unique to this restraunt chain. The German Weissbier they had on tap was great. It was smooth and doesn't blow your palat out like an IPA. My bartender Laura was very friendly. She made the atmosphere very welcoming and was very attentive. The service was fast and the food great. If your looking for a place to stop and eat in Vestal I highly recommend this place. Stop in and say hello to Laura while grabbing a great brew and awesome wings.
I was in town for business and decided to try this restaurant from the online reviews I read and I was SO HAPPY that I did! Not only was the atmosphere pleasant, but the food was absolutely delicious and unique. My server, Kelly, was such a delight to talk to. She recommended dishes from the menu. The white chicken chili she recommended was so good I found myself trying to recreate the recipe from taste to make it at home! Being from Chicago, I had to try the Chicago Beef and although it differed from true Chicago style beef, it was similar with a unique flavor of marinated green olives on top of the sweet peppers and homemade bread really made it superbly tasty!!! The drinks were also good (it was Wednesday so Martinis were only $7 so I tried the Apple Cinnamon Pie one and the Key Lime Pie and I strongly recommend them) Kelly was professional, friendly and attentive. It made my experience dining alone even better. If you are in the area... You HAVE to stop in to see all the unique flavor combinations on their menu!
We rented the Century Room for my 30th birthday and Ashley and the entire staff went above and beyond!!! Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The menu was extensive and we were able to have vegetarian and vegan options as well! The food was divine and I can't say enough WONDERFUL things! I would definitely have a party there again and I would recommend highly!!
Such a good find! Food was incredible and came super quick. Bring your appetite because you get A LOT of food! They included plastic utensils which I’m noting here because it is much appreciated. I can’t say how many times I’ve ordered delivery to a hotel and they don’t include utensils so THANK YOU! I’ll be sure to order from here again the next time I’m in Binghamton. 5 stars all the way around

Our meal was overall really good! The margherita pizza wasn’t really what I was expecting but was good nonetheless and the tuscan chicken, burrata bruschetta, and all of our drinks were amazing. The only thing that brings this down from a five was the man who I’m assuming was the manager walking around the dining room complaining over the headset about almost anything. Despite our AMAZING experience with our server, I didn’t hear him say a single nice thing to any of the staff, who all seemed pleasant and hardworking! The rest of the meal was wonderful, but I would like to eat in a restaurant where I know the staff is appreciated.
We visited on a Monday during the holidays. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The food is comfort food. The chefs could not correctly make modifications to the menu. Steak and pepper sandwich includes cheese and mushrooms. Chicken tenders are covered with loads of breading, a taste difficult to replicate at home. The cost is reasonable. Good luck trying to find a similar meal at their price points.

We went with a group of 24 people. They gave us a room to ourselves so we could enjoy the experience better. Many nice food selections and options for gluten-free people. This is so nice for GF people. They replaced regular pasta dishes with gluten -free upon request. It didn't take long at all for everyone to get their great food at fairly good prices, even when the place was busy! Toilets are handicapped accessible.
Very cozy and nice atmosphere. The staff is really friendly. Sat at the bar for $7 martini Wednesday and had great conversations with both bartenders that were working that night. It's nice that they took the time to be so personable. Food was good and portion sizes very generous. I had fish tacos. Will be returning to try other items and take advantage of the Martini special.
This is my fourth time here and those avocado egg rolls will never ever disappoint me. 6/7 of us ordered those for appetisers. They are SO GOOD. Other than that we were satisfied with our food. Our waiter Jack was a real sweetheart and served us very nicely. We also agreed that he looks like an American version/deyassified version of Dexter from one day and he was funny. Their manager was good as well. He swiftly solved our problem without any complaints. Good experience.
Food was amazing. Our waiter was even better thank you Sky! Only problem was my husbands steak he asked for well done and it was sent back 3 times before it was cooked all the way. They did end up not making us pay for his food so it was all ok in the end. Definitely would recommend. Their alcohol drinks are super delicious. Would go back for sure. Visited my cousin at Binghamton University and since this restaurant was right next to her dorm, we decided to give it a try. Luckily, we made reservations beforehand because the place was jam packed when we walked in. To start we all shared the avocado eggrolls and sweet fire chicken tenders. Both appetizers were good nothing special. I got the French onion soup and that was very very good. It was cold up there so soup was just what I needed. My boyfriend got a Cosmopolitan, a bit strong but he loved it. For our meals we got the Bang Bang Chicken Noodles, Ahi Tuna Bowl, Steakhouse Ribeye, Mac & Cheese, Chinese Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Milanese. The best was the Chinese chicken salad. Ever since I left NY I’ve been looking for a salad that resembles this and can’t find anything anywhere. The dressing and the ingredients they used in the salad were soo soo good. Second best was the Bang Bang noodles, it was slightly spicy but also creamy, the flavor was great. The Chicken Milanese was also thinly fried and the salad on top paired well. The steak was also cooked well, very tender. The only issue we had really was with the Ahi Tuna Bowls. It was a bit bland and needed some soy sauce/spicy mayo/eel sauce type thing on it. The atmosphere was very comforting, the décor and seating inside felt like I was having dinner inside my house with family. Our server Monica was very sweet and attentive, she brought us everything we needed when we asked. Loved our dinner, if we ever come back to visit this is definitely going to be the spot we come to for dinner. @neverstuffed
