A fantastic day in the country side. at 1hr and half from Bergamo you can have lovely time riding a horse (or a pony for kids), have trekking in the mountain, enjoy the landscape and have a tasteful lunch under the fresh shadows of big trees. and what you like more you can buy to bring with you to taste again. there is also the possibility to book a room and to have a message in the spa.

Spent an unforgettable week here in the summer of 2016. Highlights for us were the horse riding lessons, a donkey trek in the mountains and the incredible farm made food. All the staff were amazing as well. It was hard to leave when our stay came to an end.

Regarding our dinner experience, it was overall very good. However, I did notice a few minor areas for improvement regarding service, food, and table dynamics. Here are my small complaints to consider improving: finding an English-speaking server that describes the dishes well was hard, there was a dog present at the table beside us the entire time, potentially adjusting the heavier dishes to be smaller or less greasy, improving the quality of the bread a bit. Additionally, I felt that one dish, specifically the "lepre" (heir), could have been better, the truffle on top makes no sense for such a strongly flavored dish, and the meat really felt like discards and did not taste good.

The bread was the most delicious thing we had. The appetizer was good. The rest of the menu was good but nothing to take home, pehaps my expectations were too high, i would expect more fresh alpine herbs flavors and not just cheeses from start to finish. Service, except a young curly boy, was informal and lacked of personal touch, almost not friendly, no eye contact or any kind if engagement and story telling, specially since it is a green michelin star, maybe too many guests VS service staff. when you leave 340 euro on the table i expect the wine to be served. The wine was excellent (70 euro).

One of a Kind Experience! This is truly the most well known Agriturismo in north Italy, due to is popularity on the social media. It is honestly a wonderful location with plenty of well curated open space gardens and a real factory with different kind of animals. The hotels and rooms are nice and curated. Mr. Ferdy, the owner and master of the house he’s discreetly present. The son Nicolo, he is well present everywhere, managing the operation. When he talks, you can feel the passion on what he does. Unfortunately, on the weekends, there are too many people with not the same intention has me (relax) or others, but the main point for them is to take pictures with the animals and on their plates, to satisfy their social media page. The quality of service and food on a Sunday lunch is average, due to the high quantity of guests. During dinner is totally a different experience, great, but not cheap. The wish of the chef, to create an elaborate dish sometimes vanish in the quality of the product itself. The most acclaimed thing is the cheese trolley with his wild selection of different “formaggi” some of them tasty some not at all. Wine selection is the winning point for my point of view. Wide variety and many unknowns products good to be discovered. Overall it deserve a visit, but not on the weekend.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, well-kept grounds, and many animals. Cons: People visit a Michelin-starred restaurant for fine cuisine and a memorable experience — unfortunately, we found neither. Prices are high, yet the quality falls short, especially compared to nearby alternatives offering fresh, seasonal homemade food. Even a simple tea at the bar was refused, reserved “only for hotel guests,” which felt unnecessarily snobbish and unwelcoming. Overall: A lovely location, but the food, service, and atmosphere did not meet expectations. Not recommended.

The room and breakfast were delightful but overpriced. The farm, with all its animals, is beautiful and well-maintained, and the views are stunning. I strongly recommend avoiding the restaurant. It’s a classic tourist trap with overpriced items that don’t match the quality. They charge a steep 4 euros for coperto, and a single glass of wine will set you back 12 euros. The dishes are mediocre at best, starting at 22 euros. Even a simple coffee costs 3 euros. Save your money and find a better place to eat. Additionally, the interactions with the owner, were poor, erratic, and tense—from the reservation process all the way through to the final payment—leaving us with a bitter experience.

Extremely poor customer service provided by a lady called Cinzia or Celia (don't remember). Very uncomfortable with her listening skills, kept speaking louder over me while I was trying to find a sort of arrangement to postpone an event for which we had already paid the deposit, which they felt was ok to retain in full and inform us via email of this. Made me feel uncomfortable when I called back, despite I was already going through something quite difficult, considering the reason for the postponing was a serious health issue of the family member, whose anniversary we wanted to celebrate at the agriturismo. Unfriendly and not well trained on customer service, they sure don't deserve we go there anytime soon (or later, in fact). I would suggest they use the money they retained to train their staff.
