We found this pastry shop by chance and were thrilled. Excellent pastries, cookies, and savory snacks. A good selection of hot teas, friendly and pleasant staff, a lovely, welcoming space, and a clean bathroom.

As noted in other reviews, this lovely, well-kept place lacks a smile, not a polite attitude. The products I've tried are all high-quality and delicious. Sweet and savory. The coffee is good. With a smile, I would have given it 5 stars. For now, 4.

March 23. Passing by, we take our cue from the large number of cars parked out front... The place isn't very large, but it has several tables and a U-shaped counter that allows for displaying all their products. The pastry shop is very good, but professional and lacks friendly service. Anyone passing through should definitely stop here, especially if it's a time that's conducive to dessert.

Discovered by chance on vacation, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and the place very nice, but when it gets crowded it becomes a problem for both customers and employees. The breakfast was plentiful and good, with a wide selection. As a Sicilian, I can say I drank the best macchiato I've had in Turin and the surrounding province. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't get to buy or try the pastries and chocolates, which looked very tempting. All the more reason to return. Recommended.

The croissants are very good, both in terms of dough and filling. It's a shame, however, that the chocolate ones were cut in half for filling; perhaps given the quality of the pastry, it's not the best option. Anyway, we'll definitely return.

Molto maleducata la titolare del locale il Chicco tostato, è di consuetudine mandarci via appena finiamo la consumazione al tavolino x dare spazio ad altri. Essendo che spendo vorrei essere libera di consumare in tempo adeguato, la titolare è maleducata e nevrotica. Non è all altezza di seguire un piccolo locale che su strada. Vergogna!!!!

Nulla da dire sulla qualità dei prodotti ma a volte purtroppo non basta. La maleducazione e la strafottenza della titolare hanno fatto sì che non mettessi più piede nel locale. Ricordo che a suo tempo le feci notare che gli orari di apertura su Internet erano errati e lei mi rispose in modo arrogante che non erano problemi suoi. Pensavo di essere stata cortese a farglielo notare e invece…!!! Purtroppo la stessa strafottenza la usa anche con i dipendenti

So the croissants are quite good but they're exorbitantly expensive, the staff is very rude and superficial and above all they've removed Satispay... Never again. We should boycott all the places that don't have Satispay.
