A well-deserved five stars. A truly spectacular dinner in terms of service and quality of the dishes. We especially recommend the guanciale and rabbit, which were truly amazing. The prices are medium-high, but considering the quality and quantity of the dishes and the fact that you leave the table with a full stomach, they're reasonable.
A wonderful experience, everything perfect, absolutely recommended. The sommelier and the owner add value. Follow their advice when you're at the table! If you can, go for lunch; the view must be truly beautiful! Excellent ingredients.
Top restaurant, a refined location with impeccable service, not your typical mountain restaurant. Refined dishes and innovative offerings. The dishes are a sweet harmonies of flavor. The Milanese-style fried pork is sublime; you can see the search for quality products and attention to every detail. Congratulations!
I had the pleasure of dining at Cesira Restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent. The cuisine stands out for its attention to detail, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, expertly crafted into dishes with authentic and refined flavors. Each course was meticulously crafted, showcasing the flavors without ever being overwhelming. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, attentive, and discreet, making the meal even more enjoyable. A place where quality and kindness blend seamlessly. In my opinion, the level of service is undoubtedly worthy of a Michelin star. I will definitely return with great pleasure.
We stopped in today for lunch after hearing good things about this restaurant, and indeed, our expectations were exceeded. An elegant restaurant with a very family-like approach from the staff and owner. The dishes were truly exceptional, both in presentation and flavor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat soon. Another thing that made this experience wonderful was the view over the Scalve Valley that opens up as you sit at the table; it feels like you're truly at high altitude eating. Finally, it was a super positive experience. I frequent quite a few restaurants, partly because of my job as a photographer for hotels and restaurants. If you're in the Presolana Pass area, you absolutely must stop by Da Cesira. Advance reservations are recommended, given the influx of people who were there for lunch today. Well done, congratulations indeed!!!
We've found our new favorite spot! A friend recommended it to us, so we trusted it, and it was a great experience! The location is fantastic, with a view of the mountains. It's a shame we didn't ask for a table with a view. The atmosphere is refined, the staff professional, attentive, and courteous. The menu is extensive (perhaps even too extensive). For my appetizer, I had the ash-baked potatoes with branzi fondue and truffle. The balance of flavors was incredible, and I couldn't find a flaw. For my first course, the wild mountain herb dumplings. It's not a dish I'd order again, for my personal taste, but it was also tasty and very balanced despite the simple and few ingredients. This is to be appreciated, because few chefs have the ability to create high-quality dishes with simple and humble ingredients, recurring them repeatedly throughout the dish in different consistencies. The dessert (cheesecake) was also sublime, light, not greasy and cheesy, the only flaw I found in the entire menu I tasted, I found it here, the fruit was not seasonal fruit, so perhaps I would prefer the seasonal one, and I would have preferred the biscuit to be crunchier like in a real cheesecake, the consistency and flavor of the biscuit were barely noticeable. But still, a really well-made dessert! I will definitely be back. Prices are higher than average but justified by the high quality of the raw materials and the location. The welcome appetizer and the pre-dessert (fabulous cannoncino) were highly appreciated. Congratulations, keep it up!!!
Undoubtedly a high-end restaurant, worthy of a Michelin star. The decor is exquisite, the table settings are clean, and the food is meticulously prepared. The menu is varied. The ingredients are of excellent quality. The presentation of the dishes is meticulously crafted. At the same time, the balance of flavors is truly impressive. The variety of the menu makes it worth returning time and time again. The service is always attentive and never intrusive. The prices are in line with the quality of the offerings. PS. Glad to have reconnected with an old friend.
Beautiful setting grt food overall fantastic..
A very positive experience!! A very welcoming and well-kept location. Cesira is an excellent hostess; always attentive to the customer but never intrusive. The kitchen offers tasty dishes made with quality ingredients. The impeccable service ensures a pleasant experience for customers, and above all, they offer recommendations on dishes to try. The bill was very reasonable; for what we ate, I would have expected more!! We'll be back.
Excellent quality in large quantities!!! We left the restaurant completely satisfied; all the dishes we tried were delicious and generously portioned, especially the duck steak, which was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were also offered some delicious fried pizzas, and before leaving, some cream-filled cannoli. The restaurant is beautiful, elegant, and warm, with a view of the mountains from the windows. The staff is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, paying the utmost attention to the smallest details. Given the high quality of the restaurant, the price is fair. Highly recommended!
I can only give this wonderful restaurant 5 stars: the food was excellent, without a single flaw, the restaurant's aesthetic is meticulously designed, and the service is impeccable. We weren't familiar with it in our family, but we were fortunate enough to be accompanied by some dear friends who introduced us to the menu. It's perhaps not for everyone's budget, but it's worth treating yourself to a few indulgences every now and then. I'd recommend the zucchini and zucchini flower tartlet as an appetizer and the Angus entrecote as a main course. We'll be back soon.
Top!

A renowned restaurant in an excellent location with a beautiful view. The setting is beautiful, modern mountain ambiance, clean and tidy. Good service. High-quality ingredients, and I was particularly impressed with the extra virgin olive oil used. However, neither of the two meat dishes were adequate. One was overcooked, while the other was too tough and difficult to chew. The accompanying polenta was decidedly too salty, a serious mistake. The marinated cabbage was excellent. The baked potatoes were decent enough. The plating was not up to par. Considering all this, the price is excessive.
A popular restaurant offering excellent ingredients, but in my opinion the dishes are far too generous, so you risk having food left over, and they clash a bit with the restaurant itself, which is otherwise classy and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff, excellent fish first course, but not so good anchovy dish, which didn't quite match the mortadella. The bill was very reasonable.
Very nice place. Friendly staff and exceptional food. The only downside is that they don't allow dogs. I'd like to point out that they let me in anyway and served me, but the owner clearly stated that, although she loves dogs, she prefers not to have them in the dining room. That's not a criticism; she certainly has her reasons. I'm just saying this to let you know that if you want to go, well... it's best to keep dogs at home. I ate very well anyway, so I highly recommend it.
We've been going to this restaurant for a long time, and I brought my dog. He's a quiet, tiny poodle. The sommelier arrives and tells us the dog can't come in. We ask him to put us in the back room, but he says no, saying he's already turned away 15 people (it was 12:00, not exactly possible). So we tell him to call the owner, but he insists on sending us away. After a while, the owner, whom we know very well, calls us. She invites us to sit down, and we put the dog aside, which hadn't dazzled us and had been sleeping the whole time. After ordering the wine, the sommelier himself arrives, and our friends ask him what wine it was, since they hadn't ordered it. The sommelier replies, "I don't know what wine it was; you ordered it." We look at each other in disbelief, seeing as the service should be on par with the quality of the food, but instead it's the opposite. Offended (probably reprimanded by the owner), he no longer pours wine throughout the meal like he usually does. Aside from this misfortune, I'll definitely be back. If it weren't for this, I'd honestly give it a solid 10 out of 10.
Recommended, we decided to dine at this restaurant. The menu offers good options, combining typical Bergamo flavors with excellent alternatives. I opted for lamb chops, but was honestly a bit surprised by the cooking, which in my opinion was too rare to be lamb and lacking in flavor. The side dish was excellent polenta with baked potatoes. My partner chose entrecote, which was excellent: flavor, cooking, and quality. For my son, we opted for a burger with potato chips. It was good, but the meat was too rare. I expect that if the customer is a 6-year-old, perhaps they'd be careful to cook the meat half a minute longer... No? The bread had absorbed the blood, and we told our son it was ketchup, otherwise he wouldn't have eaten it. The chips were too greasy. The oil used and requested to dress a small, excellent side salad. The desserts were high-quality and very good. I'll open a chapter on the service, along with the ambiance. The wait staff was top-notch! Young, well-prepared, and helpful; I loved them. It's a shame about the lady taking orders... the feeling from every interaction she had with us was: so when are you leaving? Maybe because there were only two of us with a child? I don't know and I don't care, but from a woman with the experience she presented herself to, I definitely expected a different welcome. She even responded annoyed when I asked her about a dessert I didn't understand. It's a shame, it could have been more memorable! The service from the staff was sweet and harmonious... maybe even less so! I prefer balanced and equally welcoming staff rather than remembering the girl who clears my trumpets from the table before dessert. The atmosphere is nice, quite well-kept, but even in this case it felt like entering a Michelin-starred restaurant, but that's not the case. I'm from the center of Milan and I don't need certain formalities; I prefer authenticity and hospitality, especially in any mountain location. Price, I'd say, is average. Considering the €4 cover charge, which also includes a welcome drink, I'm glad I was there, but I won't be back.
