Food good, but too much expensive
Everything was great, but after we went to the restroom, they didn’t let us back inside even though we had a table and had spent nearly 300 euros. They made us wait at security, and we felt humiliated despite spending our money. Our friend inside tried to help us get back in, but we were left waiting at the door for almost an hour. They responded to us in Italian even though we didn’t speak the language, which was very rude. We felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. It was a terrible experience, and we were very upset. This system needs to be fixed. We were four girls, and the situation was completely absurd.
We arrived post-lunch hours, encountering the Italian custom of serving specific items at set times. We opted for two small pizzas, one toast, and two glasses of mulled wine, totaling €21.5—a sum I find steep for the offering. My decision to return? Unlikely. The staff's demeanor was passable but fell short of the warmth we've experienced elsewhere. Though the location is conveniently situated at the foot of the gondola, the elevated prices, presumably due to the locale, were anticipated but still felt excessive.
Very disappointed with the service, got shouted by two different waiters. the food variety actually is not bad.
Multiple free tables, many free seats at the bar in the restaurant part. The apres ski bar half empty I'd say. Still we only got a: you have to wait for half an hour. Without even asking whether we only want to drink something or whether we intend to eat something. Did they not like our faces or think that a family of 3 would not be interesting enough for the income?
