It doesn't look like it from the outside!!! It's a truly beautiful place with lots of paintings, objects to see, exposed brick, and wooden beams. The cuisine features genuine, authentic Brianza flavors. The waiters are discreet, always attentive, with a smile, and ready to answer any questions. Time flew by!!!

Typical Brianza in the heart of Brianza: dinner based on river fish, pork and typical ingredients of this Lombard region. The sturgeon terrine was very good, the roast pork baked in the oven with potatoes was tasty (although for me it was too… strong in flavour). To try again, perhaps in winter, to taste the more classic ossobuco and risotto or casseula. Very kind staff, rustic atmosphere

The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, almost like dining at a friend's house. The menu isn't very varied, but the dishes are well-prepared and of good quality. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant place to return to for a quiet lunch.

Totally rude. Every time you try to call, the phone is either disconnected or they answer hastily, hanging up without even saying goodbye. What can I say? Good manners are clearly not a priority for them.

The price of the wines isn't disclosed; you only find out when you go to pay. The bill is given by showing only the total, not the partials. It's a bit unclear and unfriendly, which is a shame because the food isn't bad.

Lunch with my daughter, who was taking an English exam at a nearby school. To avoid making her uncomfortable, I avoided pointing out that the first course was inedible, worthy of a complaint. If I'd been alone, I would have gotten up immediately and just paid for the bottle of water. A first course with veal ragù had obviously exceeded its shelf life in the refrigerator...it smelled of spoiled food, inedible. We both left our plates untouched, and the waitress didn't even offer an exchange. The second course was swimming in oil/butter. Pieces of embalmed focaccia. I skipped the coffee. Naturally, the bill wasn't changed at all. Where did all these positive reviews come from??? I'm stunned. A nightmare place (I can't even call it a restaurant/osteria). AVOID IT.

We decided to try this restaurant, drawn by the numerous positive reviews and images online. JUST THE OPPOSITE! Upon arrival, without even a greeting, we were shown to our table. (Bread and sparkling water were already on the table.) After a first glance at the menu, we asked the waitress for information, who knew less than us. She paid no attention to allergies, intolerances, or customer preferences. She seemed in a hurry to take our order. I asked to see the wine list, and she pointed to some bottles on a table and called over to the person we thought was the owner. He picked three bottles at random and showed them to me, asking which one I preferred. No information about prices or types. I asked the waitress for a glass of wine, but she opened the entire bottle and left it on the table. The dishes were mediocre, too greasy, and lacked any attention to detail (instant polenta was the only side dish with the main courses). Tradition should be synonymous with quality, but not in this case. The atmosphere was impersonal, with refectory-like lighting and no background music, meaning all the service noises could be heard from the nearby kitchen. The bill was in line with the amount received, a positive note. They offered bitters after presenting the receipt. You can tell the place has a long history and is certainly in a better place than it is now.
