The people working here are fantastic! I’ve got nothing but praise for what they do and their great degree of customer service. That said, if you’re driving or even going in the morning after a run, watch out when you’re in the parking lot - I really think some of the drivers around there shouldn’t have their driver’s licenses.

My experience here at this location has been fenominal! My drinks always taste so good! The staff always put care in each cup of coffee! I highly recommend trying out this location. The staff are always super nice! Plus in the mornings there’s no line if any. ☕️✨ keep up the good work Starbucks staff!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place. I go there almost every single day and everyone on the staff all greet me by Sam because that’s what I’ve asked to be called and since my real name is hard to annunciation for me through a speaker but that doesn’t change their attitude when they see me from Brad,Sirr,Sophia, Julian, Trevor, Alex Julianne all smile and make my day better. ❤️❤️❤️

This location has great baristas! They are kind and friendly and helpful. They don't treat you like a number! I love their cinnamon dolce latte with caramel drizzle!

Always friendly, only got my order wrong once and they fixed it WITH some extras, and this store is usually not as crammed as the RP location. Plus, they rarely run out of menu items. My favorite SB location in BCS!

Great service and coffee. I ordered a short cafe latte with three pumps of vanilla and two stevias. It was made perfectly. Thank you. 10/10 - recommend and I will definitely return. If I had to say one not so good thing about this location it would be about the position of the building/drive-thru. If this place is busy, the drive-thru line can form awkwardly and even block traffic.

The drinks are starbucks, I come back for the staff. I have been going to this starbucls a few years now every few days and stiff the staff remembers me and my order it makes my morning to have them say hello, not just hand me a coffee. The best Starbucks in town, and I’m here every day. The staff is amazing (shoutout to Jose, Robert, Ellen, and Miranda.... but mainly bc those are the only names I know. Everyone is great). The drinks are consistent and the location is clean. My mobile order is always ready when I get there. You don’t see large groups of people standing around waiting for drinks like you do at other locations.

Today I went in to pick up my mobile order only to realize i accidentally ordered it hot instead of cold. When I stated it, the baristas were real quick to fix it for me, even though it wasn’t their mistake. Btw the hot drink was delicious and even if they wouldn’t have offered to remake it, I was very happy with my drink. I ended up getting it remade, because I was really craving the iced one. A shout to Ainsley and Mateo. They were so kind nice and made me remember why I love this location. ( oh and the drink was the Pecan Crunch Oat milk Latte)

Love this place, staff is nice, drinks are always made well. I took off a star not for the staff or drinks, but the drive through lane always clogs up and blocks off part of the parking lot if people dont leave space and clogs the road depending on the time of day. That part wasnt planned out well by the engineers.

Great place to study with a friend, however I wish it was bigger. I ordered a peach tea and they ended making it hot tea instead of iced, I should've specified if I wanted it iced. They ended up making the iced one which was sweet of them! The staff is very friendly and their paninis are good as well.

I love this starbucks, always friendly to me and quick service. I go here very very often. I used to work for starbucks and it was one of the best jobs I had, everyone is spunky and has personality. I will say starbucks is known for its inconsistency which is true but I can on behalf of experience and training that it’s not the baristas fault. The ability to customize your drink completely, is something not a lot of places offer. So there is bound to be some discrepancies along the way but I wish people would be nicer to the baristas. Nicer customers = Nicer baristas = Happy World! I’m only giving this starbucks 4 stars only because of the common trend that happens, almost everytime I get a drink, they always forget at least one thing. I understand mistakes happen and things are easily overlooked but it hurts when I order something (pay for it) and don’t get it. This isn’t the first time. My brown sugar oat milk has no cinnamon (they could’ve been out that’s okay) but they forgot my caramel drizzle too and that was an extra cost. Not a huge deal, my life won’t end, but I feel like this is a problem they have and I’m not sure others are feeling the same way.

Got the drive through order wrong. Drinks were super sugary not, like how it is made across starbucks. We were driving from Houston to Dallas and made a pit coffee stop at college station. The school kids there need more training and be attentive to the order.

I ordered on the app at 9:01 and it said it'd be ready for pick up at 9:13. I arrived at around 9:23, and the lady said they didn't receive any order and I must have ordered in a different store or the order didn't go through. I held my phone in front of her to show her the confirmation page that says order ready time on my phone, and she started checking different pages in the app. I am not sure if it was an app glitch or something she did, but suddenly my "previous" order page went empty, not showing a single one of the tens of orders that I placed since I started using the app. So she said I must have not placed an order, otherwise it'd show under previous order. I was trying to find a receipt, but the email I got from the Starbucks app only showed a giftcard reload of $25, not the actual order. I stood there wondering whether I should insist about getting my order that I placed or just leave. As the confirmation screen was gone, I had no idea how to prove that I put the order in. Later on someone else came; he was nice and polite, asked me what I ordered, and got them to me. But the way she questioned me make me feel like I was begging for a coffee that I didn't order. After I got home, I searched online, and found out that startbucks app does have a History page that shows all transactions in detail. I didn't know about it while standing in the store. Did she also not know? Maybe it is time I quit coffee anyways.

Drinks feel sloppily made, outside seating is never clean. I like to study outside so I’ve been bringing wet wipes to wipe down the disgusting tables. Bathrooms make me feel disgusting also. I will say there is one girl there, tall, with glasses. She is so sweet and by far the most energetic person there. I love talking to her she makes my day!

I Rated a 3 out of 5 due to acouple reason, 1 being I wasn't greated which isn't a big deal but took forever for someone to get my order and when the lady did she wasn't apologetic, second the wifi was horrible. Took forever to load and when I brought it up to the lady she did nothing about it she said yeah i know sometimes it takes awhile.... doesnt try and fix it or anything. Don't think i'll go back to sit inside and study again. On the Positive side the seats were super comfy and I did get my drink and food fast.

Wow, first time we come here, and last. Ordered regular coffees and sándwiches in person inside the place. They brought coffees out for people without writing the name so the people starting touching all coffees looking for a name. The person in charge of "yelling" the name barely whispered, so in top of the loud noise, nobody could hear when an order was called. They never got our plain, regular coffees out, so after after 15 mins i had to ask call them and ask them to make it again. At this point our sándwiches were cold. Finally, my wife paid for a new set of sandwiches, but they run out. So she ordered another one, paid for it, Nd never came. 15 mins later she adked what happened to it, and they didn't know and didn't have the sandwich anymore. They gave her a lesser value sandwich instead. What a disorganized coffee shop !!!!!

This site underpeforms expectations. Slow service, dirty, and the wifi tends to be sketchy. Does not hold the standard of what a Starbucks should be. Only gave it 2 stars because once you finally do get your coffee its decent. You can do better.

You know how sometimes life has a way of telling you to quit doing something? My experience at this location was a case of this scenario. Even though I ordered ahead by about 10 minutes, I still had to wait for about 20 minutes more for a single cup of coffee and turkey breakfast sandwich. When each item came out, I never knew it because the barista looked at someone else's ticket, called out their name, but actually held my stuff. Not that big of a deal. Then it happened a 2nd time when the coffee arrived. Repeated the exact same mistake. My coffee was sitting there, and someone else's name was called. Also, I think the company is starting to get cheaper, less durable cups for coffee. I had a Venti sized cup. I'm driving down the road to work, and I reach over to my cup holder to grab a sip, but when I grabbed it, the cup was so flimsy that it collapsed in my hand, and shot out a foot long stream of hot coffee on my car's interior and my expensive dress slacks. So then I get to spend another half hour when I arrive at work cleaning up the car, my clothes, and such from the lousy materials used today for their coffee. So Sad. And now it's time to exit the stage, and look elsewhere for a morning cup of Joe. It was a good run, you guys, but it's time to step aside for a new competitor to reach the top of the hill.

I was looking for a coffee shop to sit and finish some work, so I stopped by here one time. Found this place to be too loud to work (weird lighting and loud music). Ambience is a big part of a coffee shop experience and this place is just not for me. Tip: Club music is not coffee shop music.

The wait in the drive-through is unbelievably too long especially since Covid has shut the inside down. It’s a 2 to 3 minute wait at the menu and another 2 to 3 minute wait at the window. Not to mention all the time that’s wasted sitting in a line that’s already taking too long. Since you’re not serving anyone inside what’s the damn deal?

It's happened a few times that I ordered a venti and ended up with only grande amount of coffee in my venti cup. I pour my coffees in their grande tumblers and it didn't fill it up, despite it being a "venti". It's happened to myself and a few others people. I don't have this issue when I go to the Rock Prairie or the University locations. If it gave me options to post pictures, I would post pictures. This mornings coffee filled it, leaving 2 inches of open space at the top. Didn't want to be a Karen and post something. But when I called they basically told me I would have to go inside and get a free cup.. but really, I just want the high priced coffees made right!

Please quit shoving the payment thing in peoples faces when they are trying to pay! This right here is enough to make me not want to come back! I’m getting tired of this everytime I come to THIS Starbucks! Maybe come up with a different solution. Not once have I ever, nor will I ever, leave a tip if someone does this to me! Why can’t the cashier run the card themselves (like every other business)?! If they are unable, at least let the person know they can “tap to pay” instead of the customer trying to struggle to put their card in there! Plus, trying to force someone to feel like they need to tip, is 9/10 NOT going to bring a tip! Instead it just makes people upset and uncomfortable! Not a good experience!

Showed up to pick up a mobile order, was told they didn’t have it, was asked to show my receipt which I showed that reflected that it was submitted and I was charged. The person said they’d to make it. They then came back and forcefully handed it to us and rolled their eyes in the process. Stellar customer service. Shameful, actually. There was nobody in line behind us and nobody visibly inside, either. I don’t understand the need for having attitude when we were cordial throughout the entire interaction. Perhaps some coaching is in order since this location seems to have low morale and low customer service standards. This wasn’t our first poor experience here, just the one that pushed me to write a review finally.

This location is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. They ALWAYS take a long time to make any drink, regardless of if I’m the only customer or not. One time, I waited for 11 minutes AS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE for them to open the window and ask “what did you have again”? It’s literally almost better to just go to McDonalds down the road and get a cheap coffee drink rather than wait for God knows how long for them to even acknowledge you/ have your drink ready. Side note, I’ve also heard ordering the drink before hand is useless. It still won’t be ready for pickup, as that has happened to many of my coworkers.

I normally don't have problems with rushes as I understand that the workers got a lot on their plate, but the downside is that the two drinks I had ordered for the morning didn't have the added syrup I had paid for, and the drink wasn't filled all the way where it normally is. The drinks themselves costed me almost 20 dollars so I was a bit upset when I discovered they weren't made how I had paid

Not sure what happened. Have had coffee here several times and was good. Just picked up 4 venti white chocolate mocca to go. They taste like slightly flavored water. Was headed out on a 3 hr drive so didnt have time to go back wait in line and ask them to make it right. Hopefully next trip will be better.

Okay, Starbucks!!!  Have your creative engineers fix the issue with your app.  I ordered two drinks with your app, and selected mobile walk-in pickup.  Upon my arrival, I found the front doors locked and a handwritten note indicating I could pickup my drinks in the drive-thru that was backed up with at least ten cars.  I ordered through your app with walk-in pickup, so I would not have to wait in line!  When ordering through the Starbucks' app, if there is no walk-in pickup at a specific location, then don't allow my order to proceed.

Drinks were terrible and went to request them to be remade when the barista, Brianna or Brihanna was rude and unprofessional with a simple request. I simply stated the Mocha tasted like milk and she responded rudely (seeing some of it spilt on the lid from carrying it after driving back to Starbucks) “it has coffee in it otherwise it wouldn’t be that color”. SMH.

Total waste of money. Waited twenty minutes to get my husband and I a drink that was all whip cream served in a sticky cup. I had to ask where my drink was and they had lost the order. It was like this a year ago when we stopped on our way out of town after visiting our kids. Not again.

I walked in on my birthday to enjoy a drink with my family (July 31.) We sat down so I could review the menu and as I was arranging my purse on the bench, I watched a long-haired male employee sneeze, blow his nose into a napkin, then proceed to wipe down the tops of the coffee machines with that napkin. To say I was appalled is a gross understatement. In these days, much less any other time, having sanitary food handling practices is paramount. But to think it’s ok to blow your nose and use that napkin to wipe equipment that makes everyone’s drinks and then proceed on to make drinks and handle food without washing your hands or putting on gloves? That’s unthinkable! We called and spoke to a man about what happened and he said, “they’d take care of it” after asking what time it occurred. A few weeks later, I figured it had been addressed and visited again. I saw the same employee arrive for shift and make himself food before beginning for the day, no gloves, no precaution taken to handle things safely. I guess cleanliness and customer safety isn’t priority at this location. I won’t be back. This is absolutely disgusting. **UPDATED** So I returned. I’d hoped things had improved in nearly 4 months’ time, but here we are. Same old, same old. No real improvement to the cleanliness factor. The store is dirty just like it was before. Also, I feel like whenever I use their bathroom, it has the same messes daily (we’ve stopped in a few times now out of convenience while working). Like it’s never properly cleaned, which is a big sanitation issue and health concern. Makes me queasy just looking at it. When you bring it up to the staff, they say ok, but clearly it doesn’t get taken seriously. This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks location I’ve encountered.

I am only rating this because I had to to give this review. I am very upset that I spent my money here. I typically ask soy or a dairy free milk because I have a very bad dairy allergy. i even made sure to check she knew it was soy. She rudely nodded and once I got my drink I realized it was dairy and got a horrible stomachache. She also didn’t put the dairy free on I receipt. Very upset and sad I didn’t realize she got it wrong sooner. Will not be going to this Starbucks again.

This is the second time time that I have been to this location and ordered coffee with cream in the drive through and I was given colder than room temperature coffee. The first time I just chalked it up to a bad day, but today my coffee was so cold that I went right back through the drive through. Which took a really long time. When I told the server what the problem was she apologized and gave me another cup. The big problem was that this second cup was not even luke warm. I have been to Starbucks all over the United States and I have never had this happen. This location is a terrible location. They can’t even get a hot cup of coffee right!
