Delightful. Arrive early or have a reservation because it is a local fave and people were waiting outside when they opened @ 7:30pm. We loved the food, service and atmosphere. Perfect for us 3 Americans. ❤️🇮🇹
I visited this restaurant by fortunate accident. I lost my travel pass and I found it back in front of this restaurant. It was crowded so I went in for lunch time. I am no Italian cuisine expert and there was no English menu, so I had to Google every dish. Staff waited patiently. I ordered Tonnarelli carbonara thinking it will be spaghetti but that dish was amazing. Serving portion was in very good in quantity and super tasty. Staff also suggested me wine. As a desert I ordered Tiramisu and god it was delicious. Overall I found prices fair enough for quality of food and copared to other big restaurants prices are reasonable.
I ordered the oxtail rigatoni and the saltimbocca. Both were very delicious and had a great combination of flavors. The servers were very friendly, though service was a bit slow. (Given how busy they were, however, I understand.)
I went there in the noon, and still the place was full of people and it was so lovely!!!!!! 😍 I had one of the best carbonara’s in my life, and ordered a glass of house wine it was okay. The service was fast, and they were so sincere. I wanted to eat the tiramisu but I was full but I got the feeling that it is also good. 😀 Definitely must place to go, it is worth it!
Owner and staff are super nice and welcoming. Even though they were very busy on a Friday evening, we promised to eat quickly and they fed us delicious pastas, salad and dessert. All with open hearts and smiles. Beef tail rigatoni! Carbonara! Carciofi e guanciale! Tiramisù. We will rush back any day. Grazie Nonna
Very authentic Italian pasta place, the staff is super friendly, the pasta was amazing and the drinks were also very good! Would recommend this to everyone who wants to eat good Italian food. We had the ragout pasta, the carbonara and the ricotta pesto pasta. Also recommend the tonnarelli pasta!
If as a non-italian you're reading this and you're wondering whether this restaurant is a good one or not then stop hesitating just walk in. This place is perfectly alright, prices are reasonable, food is great, service is friendly. If you don't read the menu don't worry. All dishes are fine and you can just order. You may even order a bit and then order some more as you go through the menu cause service is fast too. Early on in the evening ( say at7:30 or so) it may still be quite empty but that's just because people may come in as late as 9:30. It's not because the restaurant ain't good. They may only give you a table if you promise to leave by 9h30 but that ain't a problem either because they serve stuff quickly. Now there are two scathing reviews in Italian for this place. The basic tenet of those is that the food is not really Roman, but that it has been adapted to the Milanese taste. That's probably true. But that doesn't mean the food ain't good. Another critique may be that many dishes include "guanciale" which is bacon from the pork cheek, and not the belly fat. True but there is also a nice salad among the starters and I would recommend the pure di fave, which is a thick bean soup and very tasty. As a "primo" I would recommend the pasta grizia. Again, this food is probably best enjoyed in Rome itself but don't let that stop you from walking in.

Amazing little spot hidden away in the narrow streets of Salerno. The food was at a very high standard and tasted amazing, the service was excellent and price of the restaurant was very good.

This place has very tasty pasta. We had a different type, but both were very delicious. The thing that I didn't like was the bill because we were charged for bread and water. Watch out when you are paying because the guy at the checkout gave the receipt and automatically covered it with the card machine (if you are paying by card), so if you believe that everything is regular, you just pay, and then it is too late to complain.
Very delicious Italian food! Tradition from Rome. The prices are a little high compared to others, but the quality is amazing! The food is really delicious. Unfortunately, very few vegetarian option, but is not common to find in the Roman cuisine. Definitely recommended ! Better if you call to book a table because the place is quite small.
This is a simple restaurant with classic roman dishes. We tried carbonara and pasta with artichokes and pecorino. Delicious and fast. Service is nice, no wonder it gets quite crowded at lunch.

Nice and cozy place with a friendly atmosphere. Quite complicated to park the car around the restaurant. Typical food from Rome Some of the most famous dishes may not be available due to seasonalit…
I would rate the overall experience as 3.5. The restaurant is cozy and atmospheric, and the staff is attentive. However, the food was quite average. We tried two different pastas — alla Gricia and Amatriciana. While we were hungry enough to almost finish them, they honestly weren’t very tasty. The flavors lacked balance, with too much pepper overpowering the dishes. That said, I must admit the portions were generous.
I would love to give this restaurant a glowing review but I cannot. The reason being that when I visited I was told I HAD to sit outside even though there were tables available inside. The food, …
I was immediately drawn to this restaurant by the cozy, warm and authentic atmosphere it possesses. I was excited to try the pasta here as I was certain it would be delicious. However these imaginations were quickly crushed when the food arrived. I ordered a tomato spaghetti dish, and it was literally just that, spaghetti noodles in nothing but plain tomato sauce. It lacked any hint of flavoring, no salt, no pepper, no olive oil or oregano or basil or any other seasoning I would have imagined. It did not even come with cheese ( which was said to be there in the menu). On top of this, I had to ask for the complimentary bread basket as it was never given to me, only to be disappointed again as the bread was stale. I’m sorely disappointed and I feel both my time, appetite and money was wasted in this restaurant. In order to not waste these things completely I am taking it home and seasoning it myself so it is actually enjoyable.
