We came here for dinner after spending our day in Bellagio and we loved this restaurant. Very authentic local Italian cuisine just a little bit off the main path. The waiter did not speak much English but he was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was very good and the view from the terrace was amazing. We plan on going back.

We came for dinner as had arrived late to Tremezzo after long day travel. The service was great, they couldn’t fit us outside (which is much more pleasant than inside) however, they specially made an effort to move our table into the balcony for lake views and outdoor seating to an area which wouldn’t usually have a table. The food is basic but yum. We also had nice wine. The spot is really stunning and great family run restaurant.

First visit here for dinner last Saturday, came a little after 6pm, got sat inside without reservations however on weekends they seem to be very busy so reservations are recommended. Best lasagna we've had, portioning was just so, prices were right. Came back with friends for drinks on the terrace few days later. Christina was gracious, attentive and happy to serve us. Will definitely be back a few more times before we leave Tremezzo where we are staying for a month. Lovely area, friendly neighbors, beautiful scenery every where you look. Love Como!

I ordered some dish that was not delivered to me but it was added to the receipt. The food was ok, rather home quality not restaurant grade. Service was quick. There is a nice view from the terrace.

The restaurant gives a home feeling, which is nice. The food is just like the place, very "home taste", which is also nice, good food, with a fair price. I think if it's warm outside, you can eat on the terasse, to enjoy the view. We ate inside, so we didn't take benefit of this, but is not problem. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because I do understand this is a family business, but they seem a bit disorganized, and not smiling very much, kind of like "bossy" approach. We tried 2 times to eat there, and every time was "fully booked". But for the second time, with "a lot of efforts", they were able to give us a place. When we got there, we spent the whole evening in the restaurant, but half of the tables were always empty. So, it's more like a nice place to eat, but not necesarilly a nice feeling overall. Still, I would encourage you to visit the place, I'm sure they will improve in time. For now I would consider them slightly below mediocre, I don't understand why so many people are hyped and give 5 stars, maybe in the past it was much better. With a minimum amount of effort, they could atract much more customers.

Great view, but don’t come here for the food. Its inexpensive but not good value… especially the amatraciana was terrible. The homemade tiramisu was probably the worst we’ve ever had and rather have one from a local supermarket.

Absolutely the rudest woman I have come across in Italy. We came in to have a drink at lunch time afternoon, she then looked at us, then said something to the Italian couple and laughed at us, walked up, and then left us. Absolutely offensive and so rude. Do NOT come here.

Had an evening meal here in Sept 2024. No room on tiny terrace so sat inside. A basket of 5 small slices of bread was placed on the table before ordering. I had spaghetti bolognese. Very poor and next to no meat. The green salad was literally cut up lettuce for 4 euros (no dressing).The waiter was rude enough to try and take the plates while we were still eating. Then they charged 10 euros on the bill for the stale bread in the basket. Not impressed, don`t go there.

It could easily be called the worst experience i ever had in all my life at a restaurant, and i ate at some places in asia where toilet paper served as napkins, just so you understand im not a princess. The "lasagna" .. im quiet sure anyone ever cooked one in all Hungary, did it better. At least they use salt and put some meet in the ragu.. not to talk about the 0,5cm thick lasagna sheets.. Also i've never been treated with such arrogance and never felt so humiliated in my life for speaking up (even too much educated) when i got served food that was uneatable. The fact that they wanted to be payed for it even after taking the whole (98%) plate back in the kitchen and didnt even bother asking if i wanted to eat something else instead.. ridiculous, no comment really.. She even told me when i was asking for some details on bolognese pasta: "there is nothing i can do for you as you dont like anything".. In fact we shyly pointed out that the appetizer plate of 11euros looked a bit poor and empty with its 4 tiny slice of salamino, 3 slice of pancetta and 3 slice of liver mortadella, but in the end we even said it tasted good. Maybe they are right (another direct quote of the owner/waitress) : "its better you stay home by day".. For sure its better than spending our money on what you call food.. And to think about, that i waited for so long to come visit your place.. such a delusion, it would have been smarter to eat at home for sure. Hope i could help others not to make my mistake! I would have closed an eye on a bad lasagna if treated with empathy and respect, anyone can have a bad day at cooking.. but for your behaviour there is no excuse.. In the end it was your wish we "go home and write a bad review", so you're welcome! :)
