True farinata from Savona, made with wheat or chickpeas, even in the most delicious and often popular filling variations (with added onion, sausage, rosemary, crescenza cheese and cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola—superb, even if a little salty—or countless others), can be found at ESCO PAZZO! I wanted farinata and I was fully satisfied! Both were excellent, its chickpeas and wheat, thin with a nice crunchy crust but at the same time with a soft base. Attentive and professional service, fair bill in relation to the quality of the food and service.

We've been going to Esco Pazzo for years, and it's always a sure thing. Their farinata is consistently the best in the Savona area. They recently introduced pizza, and... so much more. Family-run since 2000 by Fulvio's family, everyone is always super kind and helpful.

Trovato su Google Maps. Ero in trasferta per lavoro con i colleghi. Proviamo zona di mare prezzi abbordabile. 🤩🤩Waw ragazzi cibo buonissimo mi sentivo a casa . Ottimo qualità prezzo. Se non sbaglio sono tutti in famiglia proprietari e camerieri . Molto educati e veloci . Peccato che lo trovato solo adesso ma almeno per 3 giorni ad ottobre ed aprile ci andrò tutte le sere . Personalmente ho mangiato pesce ottimo anche quello fritto peccato il mio collega non mangia pesce a preso pennette all'arrabbiata. Secondo misto affettato e formaggi ottimo anche questi . La prossima volta provo anche la farinata .

È stata una scelta all'ultimo minuto ma siamo stati decisamente soddisfatti. Menù composto da antipasti, primi e secondi, noi abbiamo optato per della farinata, sia bianca che di ceci, e una mezza formaggetta con olive. Porzioni abbondanti e di buona qualità. Servizio rapido e gentile, ci hanno accolti bene nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Prezzi giusti considerata la quantità di cibo e in linea con altri ristoranti di questo tipo. Unica pecca, locale abbastanza spoglio e la parte esterna un po' trascurata, migliorabile davvero con qualche piccola accortezza in più. Penso comunque che torneremo. Consigliato!

Andati per la farinata e devo dire che non siamo rimasti delusi. Ottima sia quella bianca di grano che quella di ceci.. che puoi assaggiare anche con varie farciture. Servizio buono e tutti molto gentili.

Excellent farinata with generous portions and the option to choose and combine various toppings as desired. You can choose between farinata made with chickpea flour (the classic yellow version) and wheat flour (white farinata): the yellow farinata is one of the best I've ever had, while I've had better ones with the white version (I found the base a bit undercooked). Very quick and efficient service.

Far from "I'm going crazy"... I leave full and satisfied. A casual place where you can eat a lot and pay little. The chickpea farinata with sausage is very good, as are the penne/spaghetti with pesto. Quick service and very friendly staff. I recommend booking because even though there are plenty of seats, you might not find a seat.

Just an okay place to go. I have been a few times over the years. They have a very small menu and whenever I have gone the are either sold out or just don't have what is on the menu. Their farinata is okay, sorry but nothing special here. Usually very crowded so maybe I am just too particular, but have had much better.

Da evitare assolutamente. Penso che avrà cambiato gestione sennò non si spiegano le stelle che ha... Mi dispiace per il proprietario che fa tutto da solo, ma la cucina e l'ambiente sono da sotto allo 0. Cucina veramente pessima e poi un gatto in cucina non si è mai visto, (ho 4 cani e 3 gatti, ma in cucina ci vuole igiene), sapone intimo per lavarsi le mani... ecc... ecc...
