Have been here twice, both times have been great experiences. Perfect place to experience very good quality local cuisine.
We had a 3 course dinner here last night. The food was delicious and the ambiance was very nice. The menu was diverse and the price range vs quality was good.
It was a very nice experience for us! We were searching for an “okay” restaurant on a Saturday evening and found this one after 30-40 minutes of walking in Aosta. The problem for others was the food looking bad, the hygiene, the menu, etc. This restaurant is the opposite. Friendly atmosphere, clean dishes, a nice location, polite staff, and very tasty food. We’ve ordered pasta, risotto, and an apple pie with ice cream. For me, it was perfect, because the portion was neither small nor big. Exactly the right fit, so you could also eat a dessert after and not feel like a balloon, which happens quite often in other restaurants. (for my family the portion was a little small, so it can depend, I guess.) We’ve had a bad experience with other restaurants in Aosta, so I can say that this one is a gem for people, who appreciate good service, clean space, and tasty food. Thank you!

Excellent restaurant, warm and excellent service, food is worth the price, wine is very good and perfectly served, the timing for serving each meal was perfect.
I usually give four stars because there is always something to improve, in this case this is a genuine 5 stars place. Here is why: - It fulfills all the expectations created by the owner in the presentation (fresh ingredients, traditional cuisine, according the season, authentic flavours etc). That's all true, congratulations to the cooks, we cook ourselves gnocchi, my parents make fresh pasta, I learned from my Italian friends how to cook decently pasta, so we could really appreciate the mastery of what we ate. - The environment is calm, and the music fine for eating. - The service extremely kind and willing to explain anything necessary, even though the menu is translated. And not assuming anything, therefore making the right questions to avoid mistakes. - The timing of the service was impeccable, we were two tables, so I can't promise if it would be the same when crowded...but if the principle is there, that matters. - We were not that hungry, so we decided to share our second course, we said it to explain why only one second for two, and they separated the portion served into two plates by their own initiative! Our choices: gnocchi from chestnut flour with blue from Aosta, tagliatelle with chevreuil, boar with polenta and blueberries, + 50cl bottle of local red wine. Delicious for an excellent value for money.

That was the best restaurant with vegan food on our trip though Alps, these vegan dishes were not even in the menu, the lady owner/chef was absolutely lovely and her food was delicious, highly recommended, we will be back, thank you so much 😃
After several days of struggling to find a decent meal tried this place. Absolutely superb, food and service is first class. Fully recommend this place.

Sapori di Casa is a good Italian restaurant in Aosta. It has a nice atmosphere, with music and good service. It offers local food (polenta with spezzatino wine-cooked for example). It is not cheap, but it is definitely a good pick if you are in Aosta.
Good food and service. Pasta ragù was amazing. Wine selection was very small but well selected. Fair prices. Unfortunately, they totally messed up the meat which came overcooked and dry (ordered medium). They apologized and prepared a second one which was great. You could see they made a small cut in the meat to make sure it was good the second time. This is quite an unusual take for a good restaurant imo. But hey. No harm done and overall experience was very good.

Nice area cute restaurant, which seemed clean. But not worth going to for the food as it’s nothing special!
They have fancy menu and nice atmosphere, but the food just doesn’t taste right. Swordfish salad is very salty and doesn’t fit with the orange sauce at all. Boar pasta is very salty and the hack meat smells strange. Octopus is just normal. I understand this may be the style of “local food”. So if you want to go there, be prepared.
Flavours&service are both good, the only reason that I gave 3 stars(I would rate 3.5/5 if I could) is because of the price. Quite overpriced for the ingredients & presentation offered.
Below average food. Very slow service
It is overpriced, for “home food”, not Italian cuisine level at all. Not worth of it money. The place itself and personal is super tough.
