I mean, very veyy fairly priced coffee in front of Cattedrale San Lorenzo! What more can you ask for.

Prospiciente alla importante Piazza San Lorenzo, a fianco dell'omonima Cattedrale, sulla via pedonale, tavolini sulla piazza in una cornice splendida proprio di fronte alla facciata del Duomo genovese. Servizio al tavolo preciso e puntuale. Personale garbato e professionale. Un caffè normale (€2) un decaffeinato (€2) e una Cola in bottiglietta di vetro (€3.50). L'ideale per una sosta senza stress.

Caffè carino in cui provare la classica colazione genovese: focaccia e cappuccino! Non solo buonissimo ma anche buono con l'abbinamento cappuccino di soia. L'ambiente un po' buio ma confortevole

...ci ho preso un caffè all'aperto. È un luogo molto frequentato da turisti,e i tavolini sono sempre pieni, anche perché davanti alla Cattedrale di San Lorenzo.

Caffetteria con ampio spazio all'interno, e un paio di tavolini fuori proprio sulla piazza del duomo. Personale attento e professionale, non gentile, ma d'altronde siamo nel cuore di Genova, ed è giusto che sia così. Aperto tutti i giorni ,l'ambiente è comunque piacevole e le loro produzioni sono ottime sia i caffè, che i dolci o i tramezzini salati . Lo consiglio vivamente.

E' la 2nda volta che a Genova ci fermiamo a questo bar. La volta scorsa avevamo preso un aperitivo in piazza e, complice il suggestivo contesto, avevamo un buon ricordo di questa esperienza. Questa volta abbiamo pranzato nella saletta. I piatti sono abbondanti e buoni con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale attento e scrupoloso. Torneremo a trovarvi!!

Good cafe. You must try the Chocolade Calde. They make it with real chocolate. Delicious and only 4 euros. Good service, pleasant staff and clean toilets. Would recommend.

Il bar è ubicato in una posizione invidiabile in quanto realmente sulla via San Lorenzo, affianco alla Cattedrale. Il personale è capace e gentile, i prodotti da banco e niente di più, di giorno se ti siedi all'interno paghi come è giusto il servizio al tavolo. Alla sera il problema che se vuoi un caffè al banco c'è il proprietario che attorniato da numerosi amici, occupano la porta il bancone ed insomma se sali ancora 100 metri ti prendi in un bar decente e con soli 10 centesimi in più un buon caffè.

ho messo tre stelle solo perchè il caffè era buono ma il servizio pessimo! fanno finta di non sentire quando chiedi l'acqua vicino al caffè, quando poi insisti indovinate dove ve la offrono? in un bicchierino da cicchetto! tirchieria unica! a proposito...l'acqua l'abbiamo pagata!! tirchieria unica!

Una coca zero ed una acqua tonica 8 euro 8! A me sembra troppo, ergo se ci ripasso non mi fermo.

Locale molto semplice con arredamento cupo e buio. Al banco e nel servizio al tavolo nessuno sorride, sembra che siano scocciati. Da turista e da cliente avrei gradito trovare del personale che, almeno, sorride. Focaccia passabile. Toilette impresentabile. Sporca, molto sporca. Nel locale i tavoli occupati erano solo due. Bastavano cinque minuti per controllare e dare una sistemata!

Food was okay, nothing special but the service was particularly bad and unhelpful. Didn’t apologise when they forgot an order and served it more than 20 minutes after the other orders came.

Great coffee terrible service. The waiter was not happy to serve us or even see us. The bartender wore a frown that could be seen from across the street. The waiter refused to be hailed for an order, refusing to approach us unless it was at the waiter’s complete convenience, he made sure the tourists knew they were not worth his time. They seemed to enjoy ignoring us when in ear shot (the whole establishment was tiny) and then speak to each other and scowl while looking straight at the customers. It’s baffling to witness this trend of angry cafe owners and their terrible waiters. No one here is happy to see tourists and no one dare smile or speak with respect instead demanding Italian be spoken from a sea of happy tourists. The quiet rage here stinks worse than the streets, an achievement all its own.

They charged me 2 Euros for a cappuccino when it only costs 1.20 because I wanted to use their wifi!! I guess they have not caught up with the "Free Wifi" age when one purchases from their cafe. Also their customer service was unfriendly. They get plenty of customers, they are central, no need to charge for wifi. So YOU don't have to pay, here's pw-- caffedelduomosanlorenzo610

STATE ATTENTI!! Non ti mostrano il menù e approfittano del fatto che è un luogo di transito e turistico. Due birre € 12 TENGAN CUIDADO !! Come di consueto andiamo con i colleghi a prendere il caffè e come al solito restiamo senza parola per maleducazione ed arroganza. Chi lo frequenta sa di chi parliamo. Ma come si può lavorare con il pubblico se non si ha gentilezza e rispetto per i clienti? Consiglio vivamente alla proprietaria di cambiare personale visto le numerose recensioni che parlano di servizio pessimo e maleducazione. Continuerò ad andare a prendere il caffè sperando che le cose cambino

Mi sono seduta e per la maleducazione e l’arroganza del personale in servizio mi sono alzata e sono andata via senza consumare nulla. Queste attività e questa gente meritano solo il “Fallimento”.Noi turisti sorridiamo, paghiamo e ringraziamo e non meritiamo di essere trattati senza rispetto con tutti i soldi che portiamo nei loro locali. Ma chiudete se non avete voglia di lavorare!!! Vergognatevi!!

Peggior Aperol Spritz della mia vita (8 euro). Non sapeva di niente, sembrava allungato con l’acqua. Quando l’attenta cameriera ha fatto notare alla, credo titolare, che aveva fatto un cappuccino tutto sbrodolato lei ha fatto spallucce fregandosene. Location molto bella davanti alla cattedrale.

La maleducazione non va mai avallata, soprattutto quando si lavora in un posto così bello e a contatto continuo con le persone. Meglio per voi cambiare mestiere, io sicuramente cambierò bar

Don't go! We've just stayed because It was raining so much. They were no polite at all from the beginning. So rude even trying to speak english (and not french). We don't understand how people running a business can be so mean over clients. Antipathiques et désagréables. Fea gente que no aprecian turistas

Staff extremely rude and are put out to even acknowledge your existence. Wouldn’t even give us a food menu. Made you feel very unwelcome. Chocolate croissant was as hard as a brick. Focaccia was fine. Toastie was undercooked and underwhelming. Do not recommend. Take your patronage elsewhere.

Deliberately overcharged for a coffee at the bar, not an innocent mistake, no receipt given. Only 50 cent but I'll go somewhere else next time.

The waiter was incredibly rude, when we asked the menu he said that what do we expect that was a tipical Italian Bar and that we must hurry (after 5 seconds of thinking what to chose). They are so many coffee places that we left the place and I will not recommend it to anyone. They should fire the waiter. A perfect tourist trap!
