Love this McDonald’s location in Pasadena, CA ❤️🌹 I was surprised to see that this location is very different than the other McDonald’s locations. It is different definitely because the way it is decorated inside and how they show the history of The Tournament of Roses Parade history 🌹✨ on display. When I noticed that I was like wow that is so cool! And amazing 🤩 But what I also love is the calm, clean atmosphere. It is not too noisy inside and what is mostly relaxing is to hear the classical music playing inside the restaurant. Music 🎵
Food was nice and hot (love it when my food is fresh) but service was really slow that day 😒 not sure what was going on after about 20mins I asked if they received my order because I did do moblie they checked and confirmed and I still had to wait like another 5to minutes everyone that came in after me weather they ordered in or moblie left before me .
Cozy place for what you’d expect. I ordered on the kiosk to eat inside and was pleasantly surprised by two aspects of the experience: a friendly associate brought the food to my table, and relaxing classical music played from their speakers. Fries were crispy, and the gold chicken wraps were tasty!
Great breakfast food tasty and hits the spot
I’ve always ordered via drive thru but today I sat in with my family and was surprised at how clean the location is. All the seats and tables were clean and the bathroom as well! Food came out quickly and no issues with the order. Would definitely say that this is one of the best locations where you can actually sit in and enjoy a meal compared to other locations where I would avoid sitting in.
When it’s “coffee time,” I always find myself pulling into this McDonald’s almost on autopilot. It’s surprisingly cozy here — the lighting is soft, and the vibe is calm, even when it’s busy. I always get a cappuccino, and it’s consistently good, just the way I like it. The real surprise? Classical music playing in the restroom! It may seem like a small thing, but it adds an unexpectedly relaxing touch. It’s more than just a coffee stop — it’s a little ritual that makes my day better.
This is a nice Mickey D's the service is polite and the food is consistent. They remodeled it several years ago and it since has become a nice hangout spot with free wifi, TV, soothing music and comfy furnishings. The app works well with their generous rewards program which has many awesome deals each week. The drive-thru is quick and the restrooms are clean as well. Free parking in lot.
When your in the mood for a classic burger and you enjoy McDonald's, this is the place to go. Just make sure that when you order LARGE fries you don't get a large box with fries half way up the box. It's happened to me at several McDonald's that even if we go and ordered in the Drive Thru, we have to make sure the fries are ALL the way up to the rim of the box.
I like this McDonalds. They have Kiosks to order - I prefer a human, but many times there's nobody at the counter to take your order. They are open a bit later, which is good. The lines at the drive thru can be long, so I go inside most of the time. It feels nice inside. I notice that there are small groups that meet here and socialize - that's nice. Seniors getting out - that's good too. The parking lot is large enough too! Food is McDonalds. Consistent and nothing special. Service is mixed. Sometimes it's great and they bring the food to me. Sometimes it's my number being called out. I've also sat in the pick up parking spot and they bring the food out to my car. A brighter, happier feeling McDonalda. Clean and feels very safe inside and out.
Always check your bags when you leave the drive up window...they forget item and don't like to bring them out. I went to leave and then noticed no hash brown. Pulled into the mobile pick up sn
This store has a very nice floor plan, you can get a feeling of open space, especially when it is not too crowded. I got the fresh beef Quarter Pounder with Cheese this time, just to try it for a taste. It is good. It does taste fresh, overall 4 stars on the fast food scale. Next time I would try it dry, without pickles, tomato, onions, just meat-cheese-and-the-buns, to get that beef flavour in high def. To be continued.
Nice clean location with nice employees. However, they included cheeseehen I had ordered wthout! Oddly enough the person who helped me through away my receipt. Took a photo of the bag receipt. Lowered my review when I was told they charge $0.50 for cofee refills! Nickel and diming won't get my repeat biz!
Person in the drive thru seemed like she didn’t want to be there and my burger was drowning in mayo. Barely ate half and threw it out
I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered breakfast through the McDonald’s app before 10:30 and my order was confirmed. When I arrived at the drive thru, the line was moving very slowly, but I wasn’t concerned since my mobile order had already been placed and confirmed. When I finally reached the speaker, I was told I couldn’t get my order because I didn’t reach the speaker before 10:30. I explained I was already waiting in line and had a confirmed mobile order, but the employee just kept repeating that I had to be there at the speaker before 10:30. She didn’t bother to apologizing or help for the inconvenience. The manager was also very unprofessional and showed no concern for customer service. This has never happened to me at other McDonald’s locations, especially when my order is already confirmed through the app. They need to work on their customer service skills. I would not recommend coming to this location.
A BUNCH OF USELESS “it’s in the bag” “ITS IN THE BAG” little girls running the drive thru. When in fact, ITS NOT IN THE BAG!!!!.. JUST INCOMPETENT ON ALL LEVELS. Your food will be cold before they get the order correct.
I felt ripped off, the service was bad, and the meal was incomplete.
Just went through the late-night drive through. Order the two cheeseburger value meal. Got home, opened the bag, found the fries, a cheeseburger, and what's this at the bottom, a fish filet sandwhich?! No second cheeseburger like I ordered, one burger, one fish. That's no accident. The fish filet is in a box, not a wrapper. Nobody mixes those two up. The only had one burger, so they stuck in a fish sandwhich figuring "by the time they notice, they'll be home, and it'll be too late then". NOT HAPPY!
The lady at the drive thru yelled at me for driving Foward for the drive thru and it was really rude the way she yelled at me. Not only that the Frappuccino that they served me was all iced and no liquid by the way I was the only car in drive thru so there was no reason to rush me . Never coming to this McDonald’s again I would drive somewhere farther if that’s better for me .
Place, an order app was not working. So I stood in line with no one in front of me, they helped set another people who used the app and 6 people in the drive through before I said something to get help place my order. Then I found out they did not have any soda so I asked if I could have a refund on my soda. The only way she could do.Was to refund my whole meal and I had to start all Oliver.She was not kind or courteous.I definitely would not come here again.And I do not trust the food after what I want to recommend you find somewhere else to eat.
After asking for extra ketchup and sauce because I got none the lady at the second window dropped the sauce. Which clearly has happened before because there were plenty of sauce packets on the ground. Then I get home and open my burger to my surprise there's a fly on it laying a larva. I get that it's busy but quality control should be a #1 priority
