Andato a pranzo con colleghi mentre eravamo in trasferta in zona. Consigliato da nostro cliente. Locale carino con atmosfera familiare. Cucina caratteristica della zona. Cibo ottimo a ottimi prezzi.
I like it. I often go there for lunch, with the set menu for workers. Excellent food and generous portions.
Typical Ligurian lunch menu, excellent pansoti with walnut sauce
Excellent cuisine and excellent service!! Very friendly staff and fair prices for the quality offered. More than a trattoria, almost a restaurant!! Portions are drier than a typical trattoria, but the quality is decidedly higher!! The mixed antipasto platter was very good, and we recommend accompanying it with a portion of fries. The panissa was exceptional, as was the carpaccio. The only negative was the frisceu (fried fish), which hadn't risen much. The first courses were very good, and the meat-based second courses were exceptional: the lamb stew with artichokes was exquisite, as was the Ligurian-style rabbit and the baked pork ribs with apricots. The desserts were also very good, and there was a wide variety of after-dinner drinks. We went for our soccer team's Christmas dinner, and despite the occasional noise, the staff was always extremely friendly. At the end, they offered a round of liqueurs and even offered a discount!! (It was 50 euros each, they charged us 45) (money very well spent!!) (considering that we had a starter, first course, second course, dessert and wine!!)
Well-deserved 5 stars, beautiful location Excellent dishes, I recommend the pansoti and the Italian-style fried food, and the desserts are also good (I tried the crunchy pistachio semifreddo, and oh my, it was amazing!). Excellent service, and the wait times aren't long.
100% homemade cuisine, a real treat! You can tell that each dish is prepared with care, just like in traditional Italian cooking. The atmosphere is that of a typical small Italian restaurant, warm and friendly. We were welcomed with great kindness and had a lovely time chatting with the owner, who was kind and attentive. An authentic Italian experience that I highly recommend!
Excellent home-style restaurant, well-prepared traditional home cooking, with prices more than adequate for the portions and quality. I appreciated that, in addition to the menu, there were additional dishes based on the season and availability. The fried mushrooms in particular were exquisite. Overall, the rabbit and pansotti were also very good. Recommended!
The homemade ravioli were exceptional, everything else was excellent, the girl at the table was great, the price was excellent, it's worth it, I'll definitely be back. I came back today after a while, but because I live outside Genoa, everything was very good again, from the house wine to the starters, main courses, dessert, coffee, and limoncino (we had the daily menu, not the à la carte menu) with extras of cucculli and fried mushrooms. Everything was fine. The girl in the dining room was good, very nice, and she knows her job very well. The price, well, go and see. Oops, I forgot, the two empty plates are for dessert (I forgot to take a photo first, hahaha).
A lovely discovery. Very good home cooking and reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Ligurian-style rabbit...spectacular. But I must say the trofie with pesto are also very good. Friendly staff and a very quiet place. Overall, nothing to complain about. If we're ever in Genoa again, we'll definitely revisit.
I'm only giving it 5 stars because I can't give it more. We were there on vacation. One evening for dinner, we had mushroom night (which I'm crazy about). Everything was excellent, even the wine, which I don't usually drink; I struggle to find anything as good as that. Highly recommended ❤️
It was a wonderful meal in a peaceful location. Had an appetiser, prima, dessert, wine and coffee for only €32. Totally worth it. The owners were kind and hospitable. The lasagne was fresh and sits lightly on your stomach. Dessert was wonderful.
Bel locale accogliente, cibo ottimo, ampio parcheggio.
Excellent and plentiful food, very friendly staff
A quiet, family-run restaurant serving traditional Ligurian food, located in a quaint village.
Among the best Genoese osterias. I liked it. I was satisfied with the food and the kindness of the owner. The first courses were obviously delicious, especially the pesto (even though it lacked the right amount of garlic). The set menu was excellent for the price. The mixed Italian-style fried fish was very good. The other main courses were good. The desserts were also good. In the evening, the menu changed, offering slightly more sophisticated dishes. The à la carte prices were completely in line with the average for Genoese restaurants. Special mention goes to the blonde waitress named Roberta: always kind, helpful, and smiling. Parking was a bit difficult at lunchtime, despite the designated space.
The trattoria is in the countryside between Struppa and Fontanegli, and with Maps you can reach the convenient parking lot next to the restaurant. The weekday workers' menu is €12 for lunch, which includes a first course, second course, water, and 1/4 cup of wine. A quiet spot on both the covered and uncovered veranda, the food is good, with decent portions, and you can pay the bill at the bar.
Trattoria with friendly, polite, and welcoming staff. The food is excellent, with a €10 lunch menu featuring a choice of five first courses and five second courses. The linguine with mushroom sauce is delicious. Everything is homemade, even the exquisite tiramisu. I highly recommend it.
Trattoria in name, but NOT in fact. Like every year before Christmas, we go to a different trattoria with friends, but this year we were very disappointed. The first wine they brought us tasted like stale wine, and it was truly disgusting. Thankfully, the second course was good. The appetizers were fairly unremarkable, except for the carpaccio, which was very respectable. The ravioli were good, but topped with a completely unremarkable tomato sauce, which made the whole thing truly mediocre. The lasagna, on the other hand, was very good. The lamb was okay, but the Italian-style fried food... raw vegetables stuck to bland, rubbery batter, truly disappointing. The desserts were okay, but nothing special. Another negative is the quantity of food: I go to a trattoria to fill up, not to starve. But here, despite having a few courses, we still woke up hungry. Just to give you an idea, we ordered some ravioli and some lasagna to share, so that each person had a generous half portion of ravioli and half of lasagna. Seven ravioli and a handful of lasagna. These quantities don't exist in a real trattoria, I'm afraid. And to make matters worse: the exorbitant price of €50 per person, truly insane and outrageous compared to other places. The staff, on the other hand, is exceptionally friendly and warm. I don't recommend going there, especially since the hills around Genoa are chock-full of a thousand, a thousand times better, alternatives.
A Genoese trattoria where you can eat on the veranda in the warmth of a pellet stove that produces quite a bit of heat. The mixed antipasti are good, including Russian salad, cold cuts, fritters, and carpaccio. The ravioli with tomato sauce are excellent, as are the tagliolini with mushroom sauce. It's a shame that the pesto lasagna isn't up to par with the other first courses. The raw meat with walnuts and cheese, the Ligurian-style rabbit, and the cheese platter with jam and honey are all delicious. The wine list is quite extensive. The service isn't the fastest, but the staff is always friendly. The price, in my opinion, should be a little lower.
