As a frequent traveler to Vicente Guerrero, I enjoyed going to this place for ramen in the evenings. However, since the cashier said they no longer offer invoicing, I stopped going. The food was very good; it's a shame their invoicing service is discontinued. Restaurant does not offer invoicing service as of January 2026 Points for improvement: - Waiting times - Efficient after-sales service and faster invoicing - Communication via WhatsApp, as they don't respond

100% honest review based on my experience. -The drinks and desserts are good and fairly priced, with a variety of flavors (the seasonal specials are very good). -I find the sushi expensive for the portion size; the rolls are very thin, and the amount of carrot they serve seems extremely small. -The place is pleasant for conversation; the staff gives you space and doesn't pressure you to leave (as can happen in other restaurants). However, the tall wooden chairs are very uncomfortable, so you have to sit on the lower ones. - -The music they play is good and at a good volume (which allows you to talk without shouting). -I've had mixed experiences with customer service. The first time I went, the cashier was super friendly, as was the waitress. Later, I was served by a woman who was much ruder when taking orders or when ordering by phone. Then another woman started serving us who was friendly at first, but she also became indifferent over time. -When we went to pay, we asked for a separate bill, and the staff rudely told us it wasn't possible (I'm not sure if you're supposed to ask for separate bills from the start or if it's simply not allowed) (it was our mistake not to ask from the beginning). -The view from the balcony is nice, although sometimes that area isn't available (the first few times I went, the chairs were strapped to the railing, making it difficult to sit down and not a good experience). For that reason, I never went back to the balcony (but I think they've changed that). -The location is excellent because it's right in the center.

Sushi is SUPER dry and tasteless, the sauces are like water. No seasoning or flavor. The only good thing there is the coffee, but not at all. Order the sushi, it's horrible. It's better in Chaan, honestly.
