Good morning, today I stopped for lunch at the "rossopomodoro" restaurant in Vicolungo (NO). I ordered the daily menu consisting of Nerano-style spaghetti with sliced chicken on a bed of salad, served with grilled eggplant. It was an excellent dish, high-quality food at a fair price, and I recommend it to everyone. Compliments to the wait staff and the restaurant manager for their kindness and prompt service, and kudos to the chef for their excellent preparation. Also, kudos to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the attention to detail in the restrooms.
Rossopomodoro is a welcoming pizzeria-restaurant, perfect for those who love Neapolitan cuisine. The pizza is delicious, with a soft, well-leavened dough, and there's also a good selection of traditional Italian dishes. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant, suitable for both a quick dinner and a meal with friends. The staff is friendly, and the service is generally quick. Prices are a bit higher than a traditional pizzeria, but in line with the quality and the chain. Overall, a reliable choice if you want good pizza in a refined setting. 🍀
Good tasting pasta at the outlet
We went to Rossopomodoro at the Vicolungo shopping center on a Sunday for lunch, with four adults, two children under one year old, and our dog. Even though the place was packed, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The service was quick and attentive, truly impeccable. I ordered a plate of raw pasta with burrata: simply amazing, incredibly fresh and made with quality ingredients. In my opinion, the food surpasses the pizza, which is still good. The place is spacious, welcoming, and has a large, convenient parking lot for the shopping center. They also accept reservations, which is very convenient on weekends. Highly recommended for families, even those with small children and four-legged friends 🐶🍝🍕
Good for a quick snack. Not so many food options nearby, if you missed lunch opening time
The restaurant is located inside the Vicolungo outlet. The furnishings are simple, the tables are arranged at an adequate distance that allows customers to get up and sit down peacefully without bothering the other tables. The staff is professional and the service is quick. There were three of us and we had 2 margheritas, 1 calzone, 1 beer, 1 water, 1 iced tea and 2 coffees. The pizza dough is good, it remains thick and soft. You can choose whole wheat dough. The dimensions are not exactly generous. The calzone was well stuffed. The ingredients were good and of good quality. Poor choice of beers. The prices are quite high, €8.90 for a Margherita. In the end we spent €54 for three, without dessert, just pizza and a drink and 2 coffees.
We waited more than 30 minutes yesterday for 2 margarita pizzas. We asked them to hurry up several times because we had to go on a trip but nothing happened. The pizzas arrived when we were about to leave so we asked them to put them in cardboard boxes to take away. In the end we ate them almost cold. Very bad experience. Margarita pizza costs 11e
The pizza is well-made, following the chain's standards. A standard environment where you can eat without too many fuss and frills. The staff is forgettable. During sales, the crowds are considerable and constant, but the restaurant is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, so it's impossible to turn away people who ask for a table even if it's 3:00 pm or later. Work these days is certainly tiring and stressful, but I think it's when there's no work that you should worry, and when there is, even if it's excessive, you can't afford to avoid it.
This morning at 9:30, we stopped with our family of five for a quick breakfast while the car was charging after a 16-hour intercontinental trip. We were hungry to finally eat some good Italian food, so we decided to stop in at this place, which usually has both sweet and savory options, and we could have eaten anything and everything. Alas, we got up and left, dissatisfied but not too upset—after all, it's only January 8th. I tried to order, and the girl at the counter, already particularly sulky (it probably wasn't off to a good start), made a fuss over not seeing me at the counter and took the order of the lady who arrived after me. Okay, never mind… another one arrives. At that point, I politely intervened: Excuse me, could I order a few things too? Answer: Oh no! You have to wait, otherwise I can't keep up with everything… Noooo, okay… never happened!!!! What a shame!!! All five of us got up and went somewhere else a few steps further. I'm sorry for the attitude. I understand that the lady probably shrugged, but being unaccommodating at 9:30 in the morning makes everything very sad. A little kindness wouldn't hurt, even if the place probably isn't hers, and I imagine that's the case from her attitude. I'll report to Tesla the services provided at the places where they sponsor charging. Friendliness
I just wanted to warn you that anyone intending to take advantage of the Rossopomodoro promotion, advertised on the Vicolungo Outlet website among the offers for the period December 3-19, 2025, will be disappointed because it is not recognized by Rossopomodoro Vicolungo employees. Congratulations to Rossopomodoro.
We order for 8 people on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Draught beer Sliced steak for €22 Chicken with potatoes Bottled beer arrives Tasteless meat without potatoes Chicken even without potatoes Answer: The keg of beer and potatoes are gone But is that how you run a restaurant? Can you tell us first, respond with an excuse, or offer something free? Uh... never again.
My wife and I went to Rossopomodoro in Vicolungo today because we love the brand and their meticulous selection of products. However, we found subpar products here, pizza without toppings and tomato sauce without a gram of salt. My wife's pizza was very thin and dry, while the crust on mine was raw and half-empty. Besides the pizzas, the bathrooms were dirty, and the women's bathroom was a dirty place. I don't want to mention what we found on the floor. More attention and careful research by a pizza chef who knows his job are needed.
Being Neapolitan, pizza is sacred to me, and at this place the pizza is terrible!!! The pizza has very little toppings. When you point it out, they even say it's strange because we have standards to follow to even add a spoonful of tomato sauce 😱 etc. The tomato sauce was missing, the mozzarella was missing, and you call it pizza?!?!? Plus, the girl who served us was really annoying with her voice. Especially when you're at the counter, you don't talk to your coworkers about your own business, and then you serve customers very slowly, both inside and out. Thumbs down for this place, which is also very poor in terms of cleanliness!!! The photo of the pizza says it all!
Besides waiting almost 40 minutes, the beer arriving already warm, I can say with certainty that I ate the smallest and lowest-quality pizza of my life. The photos speak for themselves. You'll notice a calzone that's NOT a calzone and pizzas that don't rise. Calling it Neapolitan pizza is an insult to Neapolitans, but so is calling it pizza!
