Red river was closed because of Christmas party so we went to the port lavaca hwy location and were pleasantly surprised to see it had been remodeled. I think the staff at this location is more in tune with the customers.

The Dairy Queen on Port Lavaca Hwy is so much faster. And they tell you to move to the other side if your order is not a pickup. The line moves much faster this way. If we havexa call in order. Just call them if the line is too long and they will bring it to your car.

This is hands down the best DQ I’ve ever been to. We visited tonight after a baseball game, and the staff was incredibly respectful and courteous. The restaurant was also very clean. Took the kids for there favorites, oreo blizzards and ice cream cones saw the signs for the new Carolina reaper tacos and geabd some. I have to say it's pretty hard to beat the original D.Q tacos but I think they did! They are awesome!😋

This is the only fast food restaurant in victoria that is not a complete mess. Every time I go the staff is great (most times it’s that sweet young lady Gloria taking my order) my order is correct and the food is fresh and hot! Appreciate this place so much, hope it stays this way.

This particular Dairy Queen in Victoria is actually not bad. The staff have been friendly and helpful every time I visit. The restaurant and restrooms are well taken care of and clean. The food is made fast, but very good. The staff takes the time to do it right. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is outstanding. If you're in the neighborhood, I highly recommend hitting this DQ up. You won't regret it.

This place isn't terrible. The problem usually is that there's no one at the front counter. The time I went the janitor lady. Turn the computer on for the other lady. Who got another lady to do the older? So I think they're a little confused on. Who's actually supposed to work the register? But once you get the food, it's not too bad. Ice cream is always good whenever the machine works.

Have been eating food from this dairy queen for many years and they’ve always been nice to us. Love their food, which comes in an affordable price. My only complaint is the drive through menu. The relocated it a couple years ago and it’s in an awful place! It accommodates only two, maybe three vehicles at a time before the line starts hindering other drivers and customers because of its location. Whoever chose the location of this drive through menu should have his head examined.

The blizzard had few bites of cookies and cream. It was also very soft.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed to Dairy Queen, and after confirming readiness to order, my wife and I proceeded to order a fully loaded banana split. Despite confirming the inclusion of pecans, the order received at the first window lacked this crucial component. When I raised the concern with the server, I was met with an unhelpful attitude, being told that I did not request pecans and wasn't charged for them. Very rude when taking my order. She kept interrupting me and then kept making me repeat myself several times. She didn't repeat the order back to me, but the receipt showed the correct things we ordered. However, the food was not correct. I wanted steak fingers and got chicken strips. The girl was very rude and not personable at all. We were traveling so by the time I got everyone's food handed out and then noticed my order was wrong, it was too late to turn back around. Not a happy customer.

Normally we go here for blizzards. We've never had a bad experience until recently. I usually don't do this but man, this was bad enough to mention. I order two blizzards and the guy at the drive-thru sounded really snippy with me. No biggie I guess, everyone gets tired. But the pecan pie blizzard I got tasted like sawdust in vanilla ice cream. I've ordered this blizzard multiple times in November and it was amazing so it was quite a shock. If they were out of supplies or something to make it correctly, I wish the guy who took my order would have just told me. Or maybe he didn't know how to properly make it? Either way, the service was really gross tonight. I can't stomach eating the blizzard I brought home. It's actually really bad, which is upsetting since I was crazy about this particular flavor when it was introduced. I hope service gets better here. Just avoid going later at night and avoid the pecan pie blizzard I guess.

Food good but took forever to get it! Went to drive through, only one car in front of me, ordered only a grilled chicken sandwich and it took 15 minutes! The girl that finally brought it out didn’t apologize for the wait and didn’t say thank you! Whatever happened to good, friendly customer service?

There was a veteran in front of us and when he ordered that lady cashier took his order and ranged it up and he said right after she ranked it up he said that he was a veteran and she said she couldn't do anything about it that she had ranged it up she could have easily canceled it and then rerang his order up and given him his veteran discount and then the manager comes in laughing about it that wasn't right at all our order was sent to the side and the tacos that we ordered was cold and the cashier was at a corner eating something when the manager was in the back I wish more people would complain about this there was another couple behind us they didn't get their kids fries and then when they asked for it they didn't get it until they were leaving so I rate them very low very low.

The service was fine but the hot chocolate was very watered down served piping hot in a wax cup. Yep wax flavored!

On Saturday Jan 8I ordered 4 meals in the drive thru. When good was delivered 2 burgers were missing.i immediately went back into the store to get the missing items. Instead of replacing the items they asked me to bring the bags back into the store. The lady at the counter became upset when I asked" If I'm trying to get free burgers what will me bringing the bags back in prove? If I were free loading wouldn't I just take the burgers out b4 I bought the bags back in? The manger came up said the same thing that the associate said. Stated that the policy is to bring the bags back in. She then began arguing with me. It's amazing how people that work in customer service industries have no customer service skills. It's freaking insulting to be accused of trying to steal 2 burgers that I just paid 30 for. So I told them if i bring the bags back in I wanted my money back. So Instead of replacing the missing burgers she gave me my money back. Winder how they will explain the missing 30 considering she gave me cask when I paid with credit card. Karma is a bi... Won't change anything, because you can't fix stupid or incompetence.

I went to this location at around 1030 today,and I was there so much longer than I expected,jus to ask for a job, ordered a Jr burger and water,they had 3 people working,I was told by the manager that she is not hiring at the moment,after she told me that,I ordered my water and burger to go since I had to wait for the bus,I was there for at least 30 mins,and was one of the first customer,the manager kept walking away from me even before I was finished with what I needed and even ignored me while I was talking,how very rude when I was being completely respectful,I've worked for 2 different DQ locations, McDonald's and restaurants for at least 6 years and I've never experienced customer service like this,very bad even for a short staffed crew,I looked in the kitchen while they were making my burger and after the manager touching everything without washing her hands,she picked up my burger with her bare hands, honest to God I have never been to a DQ like this, definitely will not be returning.

The service was very slow. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes. Then they overcharged me. I had to argue with the employees to get them to correct their error. After all that they made us wait longer to get our ice cream

Called in order. Told tgem NO drinks. I get there 7 cars just ahead to get to the speaker. Called my wife. She calls and talks to mgr. Ask if they can bring out food to him since they are doing it for those in line outside. He said, NO for him to come inside. Then finally at window the girl hands ne drinks. I tell I didn't order the meal. She insisted that's what I ordered. I didn't want to argue so I paid. Then we get home and the food is cold and mice is mad because they charged us extra for drinks we didn't want. She thought maybe out of courtesy the gave us the drinks free for editing too long. They need to be more organized when they get too much traffic in the evening. I had better service at the Port Lavaca Dairy Queen. That mgr has been there for years and knows how to run that business there. She needs to go ti the Red River and train tgise people there. Plus sometimes they don't answer the phone when busy.

This has to be slowest dairy queen in Texas. Even when they arent busy. Only come here for ice creams. That's the only thing you'll get in a decent time.

We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. Chicken was slightly raw on both. Took back to let them know. Cook right away started talking loud angry that we took food back and even told the young worker “ Don’t ever bring me raw chicken back”. Cooks attitude was horrible and unprofessional. With that attitude we asked for our money back which she only sent money for sandwich with young worker and then still proceeded to yell out that if we didn’t like it we could leave.. Wow unbelievable the time of worker she was. We would always go to this Dairy Queen at least 3 times a week, but after this I think Not!
