The food is always good! But the prices are outrageous! I remember 8 years ago you can get a steak bowl for $7-8 and now they are about $15 each if you add avocado. In all honesty I can only come here alone with one or 2 kids at a time or I’m breaking the bank, lol. Last time I came with my 4 kids and it was over $80 for all of us!! 😅 customer service 10/10
Make sure you are Hungry when you go here. Serving portions are what we would call American sized! Kids meals are also for the Hungry Kids portion size! This location opened on the first of September and the staff is cool calm and collected. Hard to believe it's not even a full month and they are doing so well. Kudos to the training department for a job well done.
I love Chipotle. Just wish the staff didn't always look put out or mad about being there.
My brother and I order Chipotle for pick up quite often and I have to stay that Mariah always greets us with a smile and is full of positive energy and really makes our experience amazing!
Always enjoy the kind service hospitality and delicious food
You definitely get your money's worth here! Fast service and great portion sizes. There's an added Chipotlane for quick online order pickup too. Very convenient.
It is a typical Chipotle establishment! This one is conveniently located close to Walmart near Palmdale Road, in Victorville! In 2020, when I would visit my relatives in High Desert, during COVID-19 lockdowns, I would order take out food, through Uber Eats, from this establishment. At that time, the meals were well made, and delivered on time. So, at the end of 2024, during Holiday season, I came to visit this establishment again. Oh boy, I was not disappointed. The meals, that I would order, were quite delicious, and well-made. At the same time, the lines, inside the restaurant, were moving fast. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, the staff members were courteous and helpful. Not only staff members were courteous, the tables, too, were neat, and there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy food. Of course, price wise, it could get expensive, especially their brisket bowls. Still, I did not mind paying the price, since meals were well-made. So, if anyone is in High Desert, specifically Victorville area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The meals, themselves, are worth the visit!

Nice and easy to have what you want costs a few extra to eat out but it's every thing you order
UPDATE MAY 13 2025: Aftermarket first review, corporate contacted me. The representative for Chipotle was very apologetic and offered a coupon to make amends. I said that was very nice and figured to never redeem it. Never to suffer THAT again. HOWEVER... I dropped the car at the Ford dealership and thought, why not! I pulled in and ordered the double burrito, without the guacamole, sourcream or cheese. Not taking any chances. It was GREAT!!! SERVICE WAS STELLAR! I made two meals out of it. HAPPY I DID TRY AGAIN! Give it a try if you had any apprehension before. I was VERY PLEASED. Explosive diarrhea in 2 hours. Best laxative money can buy! Update: The next day, Chipotle in Ohio called after I made them aware of my surprising experience. The person was sympathetic and understood the situation. Apologized for any inconvenience and was very concerned with any sickness complaints. My visit was a couple hours after lunch rush, maybe hot or cold parts of serving trays at wrong temperature. Living in the high desert, I've eaten off of roadside taco trucks and Tijuana street vendors. Without issues. I've never eaten at Chipotle before because of the previous complaints and legal issues. Since I was at the tire store, I thought I would try it. Flavor was good, price is kind of high. 20 dollars for a bowl with soda. Don't know if maybe guacamole was old or whatever. Corporate was attentive and kind. I might try again, maybe when ingredients are peak freshness.
The people they’re are cool a girl said if it was going to decline again and I thought it was pretty funny everyone they’re smiles a lot and usually I’m there because the food is good thank you.
I have visited this establishment, several times, when I would visit my relatives. Since it is closely located to Walmart, I would come here, to grab my lunches, before shopping. They have a good selection of options for burritos or bowls. Those options, too, are quite delicious. Of course, without meal options, they have a good selection of drink fountain options. Nevertheless, the meal options could get pricey, especially with add-ons. So I would recommend visit to this restaurant, when discretionary funds are available. Still, the establishment, in itself is quite neat. There is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the staff members, at least during my visits, were helpful and attentive. So, if anyone is in High Desert, and wants to try burritos, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. It is located close to Palmdale Road, and in the same area as Walmart.
I have been to a few other locatiions but this one is the best. Nicolette was very friendly and had great customer service. The portion size was well worth the money. Thank you Nicolette I will definitely be coming back.

It’s a good location and much needed for the Adelanto area. The food was good and the employees were friendly. It is a little messy but it was lunch time so maybe they were too busy to spare someone to do the cleaning. I got super excited to see the drive through but was sadly disappointed because it’s just a pick up window. I’ll download the app now that I have a location closer to me.
The prep area is always messy, they fill your bowl with so little and move so fast they make more of a mess and miss your actual bowl. If they moved a little slower and actually gave you a full scoop or two of an item it would make the cost actually worth it.
I don't like the way the food cools down fast and the protein are soft cooked. The employee stair at you like cattle
The food has always been good, but the service is a hit or miss. It doesn't matter whether there is a lunch rush or a steady trickle of customers, tables and floors tend to be filthy.
Dining area and fountain drink are is usually untidy. Service and food is usually good.

The only customer service I encountered was when they made our burrito. It was our first time for both of us. The food was okay but the customer service was really not because every table was dirty. I literally had to go get my own paper. Towels wiped down my own table to even eat there... But we both thought our burritos were OK.
I've never been a big fan of Chipotle but this one was actually pretty good. So much so I actually would crave it from time to time. Idk who yall got back there cooking the rice but it's been hard my last few visits. I probably would have g8ven 5 stars if it wasn't for that.
The food is great! But the customer service isn’t great at all. The first staff that ask us what we wanted, had to much attitude and wasn’t kind at all. This was on October 13,2024. We went to go have lunch after church with our family but the environment isn’t very welcoming. The other staff keep making fun of people who were walking out, I kept noticing it.
Today I ordered a steak burrito extra meat and a 3 taco plate they didn't have the cost on the menu board how much extra meat would have been. The burrito itself cost almost $13.00 and for the extra steak meat was an additional $5.70 found that out at the cash register the lady that prepare my Tacos put the corn Shells in the tray and just Through the ingredients in rather they got in the shell or not. Wasn't neat about it at all. The lady at the register seems as if she didn't know how to count. Will not be going back no way soon and if do I will not be getting any extra meat. It's not worth it.

went in the drive thru to pick up an order. first time at chipotle. there was no greeting, no smile, no “enjoy” or “have a good day,” just a “what order are you here to pick up.” i ordered two glass izzes (along with two bowls) so when i was handed just one paper bag i asked if everything was in the bag. i wasn’t sure if the bottles would be handed to me separately or in the bag, as i’ve, again, never been to chipotle, and also bagged orders are oftentimes missing items. the employee gave a curt yes and immediately shut the window. i’ve worked customer service/fast food. someone who values providing customers with quality service would have politely and gladly greeted me, kindly answered my questions (and dare i say, they’d have the foresight to say something like “everything is in the bag” before i even have to ask, and no i don’t think this is doing too much because like i said i’ve worked customer service and i always did this), told me to have a nice day, and would not have shut the window in my face. i’m truly astonished on a daily basis by the unfortunate amount of people that lack basic respect, manners, and critical thinking skills. i personally can’t imagine ever speaking to my customers with such a careless attitude and mindset, nor would i ever employ someone with such poor work ethic. the least he could’ve done was fake smile so that even if he was just having a bad day i’d know he had the emotional maturity to at least try not to let that out on others. giving food a 3 bc it wasn’t for me so idk how it was, but to my knowledge, everything was in the bag. my overall review is based on the one-on-one/face-to-face service.
Food was OK for my FIRST time ever. I got there and the lady that helped me with my bowl seemed mad , like she did not want to be there and every time I told her if she could add a bit more she just stared at me. Besides counting my 4 pieces of chicken, when I got to the register to pay the lady that cashed me out told me the amount, I swiped my card and she just left me there without a receipt.
I have never had a worse experience with Chipotle. They had under cooked, cold dried black beans. The rice was the same, under cooked and dried. Not sure if thry chsnged the quality of their ingredients or the service?
Ok so I've had food from this new location 3 times so far. Visit 1 was in person and taken home to eat. Everything about that visit was great. Visit 2 was delivery by a 3rd party app...pro-tip...I personally won't use chipotles own delivery service because if anything goes wrong (and it has) with your order there is zero customer service to help. Stores will say call corporate because they have no control over the app and guess what...there is no customer service at corporate. Ok so back to order 2...3rd party service. The order was made correctly however the steak was so heavily salted it was like a salt lick...or what I'd imagine pure salt to taste like since I haven't licked a horses salt wheel before. This was on the level of a lid coming off the shaker and dumping on the grill. Way beyond a personal preference issue. It wasn't edible and it went into the trash and I ate cheese and crackers for dinner because I was so over it. The 3rd party app gave me some partial credit to fix it...glad I used a 3rd party service. Ok now to fridays order #3. This order also came from a 3rd party app. The steak was seasoned as one would expect and I was so relieved. Then as I'm eating I'm having to spit out pieces. Fat, fat, gristle. When I eat chipotle I expect the napkins to be for wiping the globs of sourcream and guacamole off my face as I'm chowing down...not for spitting out pieces of the meat. 2/3 of the meat (steak) was in a huge pile of napkins when I was done. Now this bowl was a carnitas with extra steak added...so I still had the pork and therefore had something to eat...planned ahead after the previous salt problem and made sure I had 2 proteins. However...now I'm getting to the bottom of my bowl and there is something weird in my food. A BIG BAY LEAF! I'm assuming this was part of the seasoning for the carnitas however YOU MUST FISH THEM OUT AFTER COOKING...THEY ARE NOT EDIBLE! Photos attached. Don't worry I spared you pics of the pile of half chewed fat and grisle steak and just did pics of the giant bay leaf...you will just have to take my word on the steak part. So 1 for 3 is not good. If you were a football team I'd bet against you. Chipotle is one of my favorites if not favorite fast food so I'm incredibly disappointed. To management... QUALITY CONTROL is a huge part of training your cooks! Fat and grisle should be trimmed off after cooking not fed to your paying customers. Half the meat being fat and grisle means half that customers money was being wasted in the name of more profit? I imagine a restaurant makes more money when they serve scrap meat as filler? If that's not what you intended then fix it! I'm aware that most chipotle stores are corporate owned so this is on you. Pay more attention... Do better Be better You aren't cheap chipotle and it's a lot of money to waste if customers can't eat the food they paid for. And for you...it's a customer that may not ever return. I'm not sure that going in person would have made any difference since the order is made by the store and put in bags that are taped shut with stickers so none of this was on the delivery service who only act as drivers. But maybe if I'd seen for myself the fat hunks in the bin in person I might have known to choose something else. But I expect consistent product when I pay...and moreover I should be able to expect that no matter how I order my food, in person or for delivery, that care will be taken with my food and it's preparation. It is not unreasonable to expect quality for my money. So chipotle...MAKE ME WANT TO COME BACK! Update...sending form replies that take us to surveys isn't making me want to come back🤔 just saying🫤

I didn't drink any of my drink The food better be good
Horrible service not helpful they didnt give me what i orderd
How is that they haven’t been open a full year and yet they already have horrible customer service? I got a bowl and tacos and the bowl wasn’t even filled . The tacos had NO MEAT. why would I order them without the meat??? If I wanted no meat I would’ve got tortilla chips. They can’t get basic orders right and it’s happened several times. Based on reviews they’re not very good at taking feedback at this establishment to improve their business.
I was a frequent customer, today is my last time coming here. Portions are a lot less than they were. $32 for basically 1 bowl (purchased 2)
trash experience, servers are terrible and don’t have good customer service. lame lmao.
Portion control has been an issue at several locations up here. I'm sad to say that this one is no exception. My wife placed an order for pick-up through the app, and it wasn't until I got home that I realized how alarmingly light weight my bowl felt. Once I opened it up, I was irritated to see that my bowl was barely half full! I get everything in my bowl: rice, beans, meat, and all of the works! It looked like they barely used half a spoonful for each item. I don't expect my food to be served on a silver platter, I mean, it's just Chipotle after all; but with the prices they charge I do expect full portions at the very least! My advice: IF you're going to order from this location, DO NOT order with the app. Instead, go in and make sure they give you the correct portions!
Restaurant looked clean from what I saw. Rude staff, asked for two meats and the second one was maybe three little scraps of meat. Second woman for the salsa wasn't paying attention, then cut me off saying very rudely 'I can't hear you.' Man at the register just said 'okay' when I told him I had a reward to use, and then repeated the same total like I was stupid. I don't normally come to Chipotle, and now I remember why. I only came in because I got a reward in my email. Thank you to this location for reminding me why I don't eat here.
Never going back here. Horrible everything! Tried using a reward on a mobile order hoping it was going to be a seamless process.. but service was horrible and rude and seemed like they could care less.. the app tries to encourage you to use any rewards and you can't even get it in your order. I would have to go inside to redeem. Ridiculous operation they got going on.
When calling, there’s no option to actually speak to someone in the store. It’s only an ai agent. Very frustrating
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location. And honestly your staff really hate their job. There’s no enthusiasm or motivation there. I get in line , no greeting , just “brown rice or white rice?” No smiles or expression, just the energy of “annoyance.” This location has not been open long enough for your girls to be unhappy. I feel rushed on making a decision on what to eat, I feel they are just not concerned about the customers, as if we are a burden more than anything. There’s just no friendly atmosphere every time. Please have your shift lead talk to your girls, because they seem very uptight and unfriendly, & you can tell they do not want to be there. It should be more like,” Hello welcome! How are you? What can I get started for you today?” With a smile on their face. But nope, I get an annoyed face that says “white rice or brown rice.” So much for “Chipotle, build your own happiness,” when your staff have clearly have no happiness, so your food won’t either.
First time going to this location and it was disappointing. I literally got 2 small bites of barbaquoa. The bowl was packed to the top with everything except for protein. First and last time!
The food was cold and the chips were STALE. I recommend nothing to eat from THIS particular store. This is the 3rd time I've had this same experience at THIS store. They either need new employees and managers or everyone needs extra training to stay open. Pay attention to your (store mechanics) Sincerely, A Foodie
Didnt give me any meat when I paid extra for steak with my bowl. Took over an hour to get to me. Horrible service 1/5 stars
I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I ordered a veggie bowl with chips and guacamole. Both times the guacamole and chips had no seasoning and the guacamole was brown. The veggie bowls portions were very skimpy and lettuce looked old. I live extremely close to this location but I rather drive to Hesperia where I’ve always been satisfied. Really disappointed guys. Do not waste y’all money here, seriously.
I see why this place was empty when I got there, and workers were just standing around. The guy was literally putting 1 piece of meat at a time. It’s not only the meat that they are skimping on , it’s everything, including the rice. Lower the prices, if you don’t wanna give any food. I’m gonna stay away from chipotle for a while. The Hesperia location is trash too!
I forgot to take a pic of the dining room but the place was extremely messy for it to be at least six people just standing around, getting paid. The manager literally just standed there hovering over the guacamole like she had to protect it at all cost. She policed the cheese and guacamole like they weren't just sued for being skimpy on the servings, I literally got half a spoon of guacamole for my barely cheese quesadilla 😔 this location needs help, manager needs to be retrained immediately!🚨🚨🚨 P.S. the rice and beans sucked!🤢🤢🤢
this is the worst experience i’ve had at this chipotle, at the start i asked for 1 soft taco and then i got all the normal ingredients i got normally and then when it came to pay i told them it was a soft taco and the didn’t believe me and i was forced to pay for the full price of a bowl and they didn’t even check and i said that the lady at the front said it was a taco but the rude male at the cashier yelled at me and gave me no other choice to pay for the bowl the worker that did this did not wear a name tag and but was wearing a mask. this is the worst experience ever!!!
Came here last Saturday. I should of walked out when I saw how messy the place was and how nasty the lettuce looked! I ordered a steak bowl and definitely regret it now. The steak was way undercooked and grisly (the grisly part isn't a first for Chipotle) but what's worse one of the pieces had a bone in it, didn't finish it and it's now Monday night and I'm typing this sick and I know for a fact it's because of this place! Won't be back!
Do not eat here. I found a roach in my bowl. It was disgusting. Makes me never wanna eat out again

LIVE BUG in my $20 bowl. Definitely won’t be eating here again. All the manager had to say was that “it’s in the lettuce” as if they don’t wash their veggies. The restaurant is always messy and dirty. The managers are rude and portions are small.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent family order. I had requested a carnitas bowl, and while ordering other items, I did not carefully check the bowl, assuming it would be prepared as requested. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my bowl contained only a small amount of carnitas, resulting in what was essentially a rice and bean bowl. This was rather disheartening, particularly considering the price, as I had anticipated a more substantial portion of protein.
They are extremely rude here the employees are terrible 😑 I hate coming here and the food is always cold .... the food isn't worth the price ... I've come here before and the employees are the worst ever , then they sit there and gossip 🙄 and talk about the customers... I hate this one management needs to talk with these extremely Rude employees!!!!
They completely give cold food. Not enough food for what you pay for. I ordered tacos to go. Meat on the side so I could put the meat on at home. The meat didnt cover the entire shell. Definitely need corporate number or write the president's of Chipotle
I’ve been here multiple times and I have to say I’ve always been disappointed. This time I will not be going back. I’ve always purchased the same thing a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream, and a chicken bowl every time I purchase that same exact burrito it’s always a different price. Ranging from 4, 5, now 9 dollars and change. It’s ridiculous how a bean and cheese burrito with very little beans can cost almost 10 dollars almost the same price as a full bowl . Not only that they will only serve you very little, this place is very greedy with their food. The customer service is horrible they need a lot of training in that area. The girls that work there look miserable and when you ask them a question about what you are paying for they get upset. keyword ( what I’m paying for) . I asked why the bean and cheese burrito was that much she said because of the sour cream, well I didn’t know sour cream was a luxury item there. I can purchase a whole container of sour cream for a couple dollars, so don’t get sour cream on your items they will charge you significantly. Highly disappointed and will not return.

I was a frequent customer, today is my last time coming here. Portions are a lot less than they were. $32 for basically 1 bowl (purchased 2)
LIVE BUG in my $20 bowl. Definitely won’t be eating here again. All the manager had to say was that “it’s in the lettuce” as if they don’t wash their veggies. The restaurant is always messy and dirty. The managers are rude and portions are small.
