Personale attentissimo a chi segue questo regime alimentare, cibo curato e delizioso, buone birre e musica dal vivo al venerdì sera, unico punto a sfavore (ma è soggettivo) è che siano in massima parte cover band...

Ottima accoglienza, camerieri giovani e gentili. Il cibo è molto buono: ci sono abbondanti primi, ottimi piatti unici, una grande scelta di dolci, il tutto accompagnato dalle birre artigianali locali.

I'd never been to this pub before, but I have to say it was a pleasant discovery! The food was good and plentiful, and the prices were very fair. The girl who served us was very kind and stopped by several times throughout the evening to check if everything was okay.

Un bel pub, carino, a luci basse! Il cibo è buono, non è eccellente a livello di bontà ma il rapporto qualità prezzo mi ha lasciato un'impressione molto positiva. Bella atmosfera, musica di sottofondo non troppo alta (dovrebbero occasionalmente fare anche musica live). Si può giocare a freccette, il personale è gentile e trattano bene i clienti, servizio veloce e birre artigianali buone. Lo consiglio per persone giovani o per chiunque voglia fare una cena informale con un gruppo di amici.

Sono sempre andata diverse volte e mi sono trovata bene. L' ultima volta purtroppo il cibo o non era fresco o qualche ingrediente era avariato perché sono stata subito male

Locale carino e atmosfera da pub. Il servizio è gentile e veloce. I piatti abbondanti e con prezzi bassi. Questo purtroppo a discapito della qualità del cibo che risulta insufficiente. Hamburger grande ma che non sapeva di niente (mancava di sale, di salse e di gusto). Crostini abbondanti ma pane tipo toast industriale. Drink buoni.

I discovered this place by chance, even though I'm from Biella, because it's one of the few places open on Mondays. The food is quite good and the service is friendly. I really like the inside; the wooden tables, the counter with the taps, and the tasteful background music create a lovely atmosphere. From the outside, it doesn't look all that nice, to be honest, but inside, it's very nice, and there's even convenient parking.

Pricy for what it is. The waiter serving us was stressed out (possibly short staffed) but no reason to waste time arguing with customers just to make a point. Not very friendly. I may visit again for a drink, to meet up with friends but I'm not eating there again.

La cucina dall ultima volta che siamo stati è cambiata di parecchio... porzioni sproporzionate quintali di patate e carne poca... arrivata neanche della cottura richiesta.

Unacceptable behavior by a waitress and the owner: avoid if you don't want to risk being mistreated. We went there for a couple of beers, ordering the first ones at the bar. The waitress at the bar was grumpy (I read from other reviews that I'm not the first to write this) and, in keeping with her behavior, was wearing a T-shirt that said "I'm not in the mood." We sat down and ordered two more beers. We were pleasantly surprised when another waitress brought us a small plate of Ascoli olives, smiling as she served them. We assumed they were a small snack on the house to accompany the beers. After about twenty to half an hour, the grumpy waitress at the bar arrived and, very rudely, told us that those olives weren't for us, but for another table. We immediately told her we thought they were a snack to accompany the beers. We were taken aback by her attitude, but we assumed the matter was over since it was a staff mistake. However, when it came time to pay, the owner charged us for the olives without even informing us first, passive-aggressively joking as he handed us the receipt about someone having "eaten someone else's food." We felt truly insulted. It wasn't our fault—we had no way of knowing they weren't for us, and no one had told us anything at the time. When we pointed this out, the owner responded defensively, derisively, and inappropriately, claiming that "if they didn't charge everyone, they'd lose money and have to close the place down" (remember, all this for four olives, and because of their mistake). They eventually refunded us, but only after 15 minutes of unpleasant discussion. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and a sad end to the evening. I've been to this bar several times, and this time they showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. They lost two customers, and I will warn everyone I know. I've never experienced such treatment from a restaurant's staff, either in Italy or abroad. A place that puts profit and rudeness ahead of basic courtesy isn't worth your time. Avoid.
