El servicio es pésimo, y la higiene no se queda atrás, pedí una pizza y casi cuando estaba por terminarla noté que la rebanada que estaba comiendo tenía un cabello pegado en la parte de abajo se lo hice saber a la muchacha que toma las órdenes y ella después se comunicó con su supervisor solo para decirme que no podía hacer nada, que si quería podía tomar lo que quisiera siempre y cuando fuera del mismo valor que la pizza que ya había pagado porque si me reembolsaba mi dinero a ella se lo descontaban de su sueldo, obviamente no iba a tomar mas comida de ese lugar donde ni siquiera tienen las mínimas precauciones de salubridad, si pueden no vallan a comer a ese lugar!!!

Al elegir la pizza no tienen todos los ingredientes, y no ofrecen opciones, además de que el trato de "jorge" el encargado es déspota, una experiencia no grata!!!

No atienden igual, depende esto de estado anímico de la mesera.

Muy mal servicio, trajeron la orden equivocada y se demoraron más de 90 minutos en traer lo que ya se había pagado. El sabor de la pizza deja mucho que desear. No los recomiendo.

The unhelpful brunette lady or girl forced us to order the most expensive pizza because they didn't have something on sale or the ingredients couldn't be combined, so she wanted us to force us to order the one in the picture when online it is possible and the advertisement says that other ingredients are allowed. The truth is the pizza is good but the attitude and performance of the cashier are not.

I don't know what happened or what they did at this branch, because the pizza they gave me didn't taste anything like Benedetti's pizza. I could almost swear they gave me a pizza from somewhere else. All fast-food chains are known for having a particular flavor in their products, and in these pizzas, their distinguishing feature is the sauce and the flavor and texture of their bread with the sesame crust. It's not right that they try to deceive people. If for some reason they don't have the ingredients they need, then stop serving instead of buying ingredients from somewhere else. I'm so angry! 😡 I paid for Benedetti's pizza and they gave me Doña Pelos pizza! I'm never buying pizza at that branch again.

I think the pictures speak for themselves. Just in case, here it is: The pizza was cold; we had to use a knife to cut it. The ketchup packet was thicker than the pizza itself, it tasted bad, the presentation was awful, there were 12 slices of ham, 13 of pineapple, and the mushrooms were practically unusable—they looked like ground meat. The crust was supposed to be stuffed with cheese, but it was only on the short sides. The only redeeming feature was the Peroni cheese, but because the pizza was so dry, it was painful to chew and swallow. Unfortunately, for almost 600 pesos, the quality is appalling. I mean, the only quality was the box. It was a total rip-off! Oh! By the way, the guy who delivered the pizza had terrible service. He scolded me for not finding the street address, even though I gave the girl who took the order the exact address. In short, a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We placed a phone call order and they told us that it would take a 30 min to have it ready. We showed up to the wrong location, using the address posted with the phone number we called, and they direct us to the right place. They had also called the right location and were told that our pizzas were ready for us to pick up. When we got to the right location we were an hr late and they told us that our pizza was going to be done in another 30 min because they wanted to make sure it was fresh and hot. The costumer service was VERY bad. Don’t waste your time going to this place.
