Los sabores están muy bien, sus salsas, sus bebidas, la ambientación del lugar y la atención y el servicio ni se diga. Mi único detalle es que los estilos no son los que estamos acostumbrados en colima, como el que los chilaquiles no lleven huevo o que las enchiladas no vayan rellenas de nada. Si no lees bien te llevas una sorpresa no muy grata. Los huaraches están espectaculares. Hay que pedir con tiempo porque se llegan a demorar un poco en la preparación

Comida algo diferente pero muy rica

La comida es muy rica, atienden rápido y muy amablemente. Recomiendo el huarache de chicharrón prensado con queso gratinado

Un lugar fresco y agradable, con un menú poético y peculiar, a la vista una agradable introspección al arte y un exelente amor por el arte de cocinar, la atención es magnífica, los huaraches son lo más parecido a como los recuerdo en mi infancia , les quiero agradecer por arriesgarse a hacer la diferencia en Colima ,me encantó deseo volver pronto.

Los huaraches muy buenos, probé las gorditas, también buenas, pero la salsita roja uff, esa está buenísima y no pica fuerte, apenas es como dar sabor, precios accesibles.

Small place in Villa de Álvarez, Colima. Very, very cozy and quiet. Very good, what you expect when going anywhere: good. They accept card payments and are included in the local delivery apps. They are closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

I went there about three years ago, and everything was very good: the masa, salsas, beans, meat, and so on. However, there's no reason to complain about the staff; they are excellent and friendly people. The unpleasant part was the surprise I got when I opened my order. In this case, it was huaraches with different flavors, but the masa was extremely hard and dry. The bean filling only had a small ball of beans in the middle (inside the masa); everything else was hard masa. The meat—cochinita, carnitas, and adobada—was extremely salty. Even though I can't confirm it, their products don't taste like they're freshly made. If you ask me now if I recommend it, I do NOT. It has lost its flavor and its quality in terms of food.
