Comí varias veces en las semanas que estuve aquí en Villahermosa y todo perfecto hasta la última vez, había algo raro con las alitas y no sabían bien, la ventaja es que me tocó un execelente gerente el chico fue muy amable y me cambio las alitas, así como el jefe de cocina, excelente atención (ojo creo que no siempre está ese gerente pues antes no lo había visto y los meseros atendían muy mal)

Prices are similar to any other wing restaurant in Villahermosa, but the menu isn't very varied—just wings, boneless wings, and burgers. The wing combos seem like the best option, but if you upgrade to boneless wings, you get less than half the amount for the same price, and the wings are usually quite small. If they improved the size of the wings and offered more variety, they would definitely be a better choice. The sauces are pretty good, though.

La comida está buena, sobre todo las papas a la francesa y los dedos de queso, sin embargo considero que es demasiado caro, aparte que los boneless no cuentan con aderezo incluído si no que lo pagas aparte, las costillas muy pequeñas, sin carne y aparte quemadas y las porciones muy pequeñas, el lugar está bien, los meseros amables, hay buen ambiente pero demasiado caro, hay otras opciones mejores y económicas, por el precio por el que comen 2 personas en otros lugares pueden comer hasta 5-6 sin bajar la calidad.

We really like going to the restaurant, we like the wings and we hadn't had any problems until today, with a waitress, we asked her about a drink and she gave us a bad answer, then she brought the wrong drink, we prefer the cabinets for comfort, because their chairs and tables are uncomfortable but when we arrived it was all full and we had to sit at a table but sometimes when a cabinet is free we move, well one became free and we asked her if we could move and we went to the cabinet, well she waited for us to sit down to get up because she was going to reserve it and we had to go back to the table, only because my husband was already hungry, if not, we would have left, I was very embarrassed! Terrible service I hadn't seen her there, I think she's new!!! Train your staff to be friendly and not do that kind of thing to your customers!!! I don't even want to go anymore

Una hora esperando una orden de bonneles y a 5 mesas que llegaron despues de nosotros les llevaron su comida antes

No les recomiendo la promo de los martes, buffete de alitas o boneles. Las órdenes tardan entre lapsos de 30 minutos, los meseros tiene una pésima actitud, no explican nada. Pues mala experiencia en general.

El servicio proporcionado es de mal humor en cuestión de tiempo es execivo entre orden y orden entre desde las 8:10 y sali alas 11 de la noche debido a que solo me dieron 4 ordenes de 4 piezas en cada orden y tardaron 2 horas. te ponen muchos candados para poder pedir las promociones que ofertan y no son baratas los gramajes no corresponden a lo que ofertan y te hacen esperar para que no pidas mas de dos veces ellos se la pasan platicando entre ellos no estan atentos a lo que tu necesites a pesar de que el lugar casi no tiene comensales, la promoción de $269 los dias martes solo te traen 4 alitas o 4 bonels por orden y mas papa no cumplen con la oferta en gramaje proporcionada. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA !!!!

Terrible. I ordered mild sauce and there was no sauce. I ordered Blue Cheese - it’s what makes wings for me. I have No idea what the sauce was that they gave me - but it sure wasn’t Blue cheese! I am from the US And this was very different from any US Wing Army joint. The worst thing is the Blue Cheese that wasn’t Blue cheese. I also ordered a bowl and it was cold and tasteless.

The music was too loud, the waiters were slow, the service was poor, and the worst part was that I found a hair in the wings, even though I still had some left. They took them away and didn't even give me back the wings I was missing, and they charged me the full amount. The manager's response was terrible, with no apologies or anything. I don't recommend it at all.
