Últimamente se hacen una larga fila para comprar, hay personas que se desesperan y mejor se van, deberían mejorar en la rapidez del servicio. En cuestion de ubicación esta en la avenida principal, bien ubicado.

Un poquito de buena ondez en las que atienden no estaría nada mal!

Nunca tienen pizzas listas. Hay que esperar por lo menos media hora para que te la entreguen.

Usually packed, they offer instant pizza, but they almost never have what you order and you have to wait. You end up buying whatever they have available. Limited seating.

It's clearly a pizzeria and basically for takeout. The huge problem is that there's no parking, only 3 spaces, it's always full, and they never have enough product for delivery. The wait is over 30 minutes, a classic for this franchise.

There's a girl at the register whose customer service leaves much to be desired; she's rather rude. I arrived an hour before closing time and she wasn't selling accessories anymore because, according to her explanation, they couldn't be prepared. I only saw her happy when they gave her the keys to close up and not let any more customers in.

Cada que vengo no cuentan con pizza clásicas, tienes que comprar de las que a ellos se les antoje, no todos nos gusta consumir pizza de orilla rellena de queso..

Honestly, they don't make their pizzas like they used to. They're so dry. They don't even put tomato on them anymore. We eat the three-meat pizzas because we paid for them, but I won't buy from them again.

No les recomiendo ir a este lugar, las personas que trabajan ahí hasta parece que les vas a pedir regalado, te atienden de mala gana y cuando imprimen tu ticket hasta te lo avientan espere más de 30 min por mi orden cuando se supone que por eso no haces filas, gente que llego después de mi paso antes por su orden no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, todavía que pregunte por mi orden se molestaron como si les estuviera pidiendo una favor.. Solo de recordar hasta me moleste, de mi comida no puedo decir nada voy a little Caesars porque disfruto mucho de sus pizzas no para tolerar gente mediocre...!

La peor sucursal que hay......tratan mal a los repartidores, les avientan la ventana que pusieron, y los tienes esperando más de 50 minutos bajo el sol de 38 grados

Cuidado.! Establecimiento que no emite facturas, el lunes 30 de enero, realice una compra y quedaron de enviarme ese mismo día, mi factura correspondiente a las 3 pm, es el día que no recibo nada. Además de tener la descortesía de no brindarte por lo menos 30 días para facturar y no tener servicio de facturación en línea, te complican las cosas al no emitir tu factura en ese mismo momento. Pésimo es la segunda ocasión que pasa esto, buscaré reportar ante el SAT.

Pésimo servicio. Atienden de mala gana y se tarda mucho.

They should receive customer service training. They can afford to refuse service because they don't have change! Honestly, it's terrible; they have absolutely no attention or interest in serving you as a customer. Terrible attitude.

There is a constant and long line and they don't want to sell to you because they don't have change for any denomination and the manager prefers not to sell to you than to get the change.
