We went on two Sundays and had a great time. The restaurant is old-fashioned, the food good and plentiful. The service is excellent, and the waitresses and the owner are very kind and helpful. They even made gluten-free pasta for my celiac child, which was greatly appreciated. We'll be back!

We moved to Borgone di Susa a few days ago, today we were looking for a restaurant where we could have lunch.....there are no words to describe how good the food was and how plentiful it was, the staff was very friendly and fast....we will definitely be back

Just what I was looking for for my escape from the city. A small, heartfelt place, where you feel like family even if they're people you've never met, where the flavors are ones we've long forgotten. They welcomed us with a smile and explained their set menu. On the table, a delicious platter of various cured meats awaited us. We ordered appetizers and a sampling of two first courses, and they always offered us seconds of everything. There would have been a second course with a side dish, but we skipped that to focus on dessert. A wonderful experience, one we'll repeat soon.

Lunch featuring well-prepared traditional dishes, made with quality ingredients and generous portions. Courteous and prompt service. The atmosphere is a bit retro, but neat and clean. Kudos to all the staff, but especially to the expert hands of the chef.

An atmosphere best described as "informal, welcoming, like going to lunch at Aunt's." And the flavors offered are traditional Piedmontese and...local. A couple of examples: veal with tuna sauce... agnolotti with ragù... roast cooked slowly to showcase the meat... mushrooms and chestnuts in season. (We are among centuries-old chestnut groves, those of Villar Focchiardo where "the extraordinary marroni" are harvested (Which will be transformed into precious marroni glacés). The staff is more than kind and helpful and goes out of their way to satisfy diners' requests. I've been frequenting this trattoria for at least 20 years. Am I biased? No... "I'm at home" ❤️

The place is dated, but clean (including the restrooms). The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! The appetizer buffet is very generous and offers a wide selection. Good selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes! Desserts and coffee are available with a fixed price menu at €10 (unless otherwise specified). A great place to stay at the entrance to the Susa Valley, definitely worth considering!
