Kayla is the absolute best. I go to Dutch just to see her face now. I can be in the worst mood ever, but leaving after seeing her and getting some delicious coffee always puts the biggest smile on my face. She has the sweetest soul to match that beautiful smile! Absolutely an angel! Great job management on always hiring happy spirits. 🤍

Love to come here every now and again especially since it is hot! I love the choices the menus are huge. There are way tooo many options! Love it!

I took a trip to California from Arizona this past weekend with some friends and just had to make a stop at Dutch Bros in Visalia! Kayla helped me with my drink and she was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to make sure my drink was perfect and that I was taken care of from start to finish. She was so sweet and personable, it truly made my day. The passion she has for her customers and for her job is incredible. Every location needs more employees like her! I have been going to dutch for years and I absolutely love this company! The broistas are what truly makes my experiences there amazing every single time I go. Thank you for making my time in California unforgettable and please give Kayla tons of love and recognition for her exceptional dedication to your company and your brand. This is by far the friendliest and fastest Dutch to go to!!!! If there is a line it goes fast and they are sure to send someone out to get orders done ✔️ I keep coming back because of the great people that take my order. I’ve always had a great experience. Kayla is the sweetest Broista that works at Dutch! She’s always having a smile on her face and engaging in conversation with you. With the amount of people that come through to that location I’m surprised that she remembers my name and drink order! 10/10 I’m always looking forward to seeing her when I go

We absolutely love Dutch bros! But we love our baristas who make the experience so much better! Sydney is the best and we couldn’t wait to make our daily Dutch trip to see her! She’s amazing and makes getting Dutch just that much better!

We order: *Golden Egale* Larg size with cubed ice (taste and less sweet) Small size with crushed ice (sweet and refreshing) Kid cotton candy Total : 16 $ I really recommend giving it a try

First time with my girlfriend trying the drinks from this drive-thru spot and we really loved them, we had the shark attack, the kicker I believe is the name, (with Irish cream) and golden eagle with coffee, all 3 were so delicious, definitely we will look for dutch bros in LA and try them all. The girls working there are super nice and friendly, the really explain with details our questions and even gave us recommendations about which drinks are mostly popular highly recommend this place to refresh and even when is cold, is worth it, must try.

So yeah, I’ve been getting Dutch Bros now probably twice a week. It’s always consistent and there’s SO MUCH selection. It’s like the same price as Starbucks for most drinks (but better) and a LOT better than Dunkin. I think I’ve visited all their locations in Visalia now South of the 198 plus one in Sacramento, too. And it’s ALWAYS so consistent. Not to mention the staff is so friendly every time!

Especially since they can make us our crazy concoction 😆 WE call it "Get ER Done" first we discovered the salted carmel protein latte, then we discovered the white coffee, so we added the salted carmel protien to that but then we found the 911, then we added the white coffee with the salted carmel protien GAME CHANGER! Yup we're crazy! Especially during tax season we need some serious GO GO to Get ER Done! How to order: 1/2 911, 1/2 white coffee add salted carmel protein with extra carmel and soft top, iced or hot, either way you'll be JAMMIN! ***its ALOT of espresso***

Great service! Everyone looks so happy to be working here. I've tried the iced coconut mocha and a caramel iced drink. They're good, but a but watery for me. I like my coffee strong (cold brew). I'll have to find out if they have stronger drinks.

I felt like the coffee was a bit overrated however still better than starbucks

It’s ok. I don’t do the specialty drinks, so maybe those are better. I got a cold brew and asked for a “little” cream, but I could not taste the coffee. I was in a rush, but I’m sure if I had asked the staff to correct it, they would have, so that’s on me. Great staff, average coffee.

I love Chai Tea lattes! I've gotten them twice before at this location, both times they tasted watered down. My son went this morning and surprised me with a large iced Chai Tea Latte. Again, very little flavor. Everywhere else I've gone (non Dutch Bros), the Chai Tea Lattes are very flavorful. I wonder if this location or just Dutch Bros in general has a milder taste than others.

We placed a mobile order, arrived, let them know we were there. We saw our drinks ready and they just sat there for 30 minutes melting. Our names never got called. Maybe work on a better system for mobile orders. It’s just frustrating getting a melting drink. If I had time I would’ve asked them to be remade.

We try to avoid this place but with the sticker hunt we had no choice to make our final stop here and the guy this morning was rude and obviously didn’t know that it’s a sticker with every purchase which makes sense as all kids don’t need coffee and just want a muffintop. This location needs better training on customer service. Unless we get another sticker hunt, we’ll advise everyone we know avoid this location.

Just found out that I was given a green straw which According to Dutch bros means unsightly or ugly not cool. I'm new to Dutch bros and was super excited Visalia got one due to the fact I live in Fresno and work out here 5 days a week doing 10 hrs shifts. This was hurtful and will no longer be spending my money at this location.

Ordered a large with no ice and this is what I get. Basically what Dutch bros is telling us is you get 40% drink and 60% ice. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. $5.00+ for this drink? Not worth it. Go to Starbucks Visalia. I’ll be posting this to my social media that gets over 178k views in just one day.

Literally waited somewhere between 15 to 20 minutes for one drink. Got to the store at about 7:50pm left at approx 8:08pm. went to the walk up. Employees had seemed to have no energy or sense urgency. I understand it's not a life or death situation and its just coffee, but the poor girl that handed me my drink definitely looked like she was having a bad day or just didn't want to be there. Something about this dutch bros store is off for me. Still love dutch though. Just not this store.

I ordered a blended Rebel with sugar-free strawberry and coconut, but what I got looked more likea snow cone swimming in liquid than the smooth, icy texture a Rebel should have. It wasn’t even properly blended—it was chunky ice with syrup running through it. I didn’t have time to go back and have them remake it since I had somewhere to be, but honestly, I would have if I could. This has never happened before, so I’m hoping it was just a one-off, but still kind of a letdown, especially after a long gym session when I was really looking forward to it.

They love to keep you waiting while they chat up with people they know while holding up the line!! Waited a good 5/10 minutes and you can see the drinks are ready just sitting there while they are having a full blown conversation with their friends. Yes they got a kick out of it because they were all laughing shaking hands!! Ummm some of us don’t have time or gas to be sitting there while they have full blown conversations with friends that come through their drive through disgusting behavior do better!! And this was around 11 AM Sunday February 22 2026

Ordered at window and waited 20 min just to see them make their friends drinks first. Then cashier asked if we were ready to order… When they went to check on our order turns out drinks were already done and they never called our name. You could tell drinks had been there a while because of the condensation on drinks. No apology or anything. My drink was so watered down. This location isn’t good. Sucks that you leave tip before getting drinks because now I want that tip back. Lame customer service. Luckily there are better Dutch Bros to go to. Avoid this one.
